Auberge Jeunesse QBEDS Hostel

J'ai vécu 2ans dans cette auberge, une batisse historique, une auberge géniale et un staff incroyable! Que ce soit pour 1nuit, 1mois, ou 1an cette auberge saura vous ravir encore merci pour tout ces moments de vie!

J'ai récemment eu une expérience exceptionnelle à l'Aub QB Hostel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel accueillant et l'attention méticuleuse portée à la propreté ont contribué à un séjour mémorable. Les chambres confortables, les équipements modernes et le service client exceptionnel ont dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et prévois d'y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite. Un choix exceptionnel pour une expérience d'hébergement de qualité!

I’ve been to a LOT of hostels in my life and here’s my review of this one. I’ve only spent 2 nights there.

Pros: Really comfy beds. Downstairs smells like incense and dirty couches but upstairs the rooms, washrooms and showers are very clean. Great space to lock your luggage, big cage under the bunk bed. Big kitchen with everything you need. I have not used the bar and other common areas so can’t say much about it. Great location.

Cons: Very loud music until late (I can sleep through anything but if you’re a light sleeper, not sure how to put it better than saying you can clearly hear even the lyrics of the songs from your bed). Can’t sit on the bed - if you wanna chill you gotta lay down, the bed is way too low to sit. Creepy stairs with poor lighting, no elevator - not suitable for anybody with accessibility issues, incense in the reception - sorry I’ve never seen this before in a hostel and thought was pretty gross - very strong scent.

Overall it’s ok.

Such a lovely place! Felt like the excellent hostels you find in Europe but rarely in Canada. Friendly service, great interior design, a nice little terrace in the front to sit and have a drink, great location. We stayed in a private double room with a bathroom, so I can't comment on the dorms, but the room we did have was great. We loved our stay. I'll definitely look into staying here again the next time I'm in Quebec city.

Honnêtement j'en ai fait beaucoup des auberges de jeunesse dans ma vie. Mais celle-ci idéalement placée à deux pas du vieux Québec m'a offert un séjour de plus d'un mois de très bonne qualité. Le personnel d'accueil sont tous aussi jeune que professionnel, toujours le sourire et une disponibilité sans faille. La propreté des lieux assurée par Laurent (alias Schwarzenegger) et tout simplement brillante! Bref, si vous devez séjourner au Québec une seule adresse QBEDS.

J’ai adoré cet endroit, vraiment une belle découverte au cœur de Québec! Au début j’avais seulement réservé pour une nuit et nous avons prolongé notre séjour car nous aimions l’ambiance de cette auberge! Je recommande

C'est un bel endroit, dommage que les propriétaires le gèrent mal. Le bâtiment est très bien situé et les gens qui l'administrent en sont insouciant. C'est sur la grande allée (l'endroit le plus festif dans la ville de Québec). Ils nous ont accusé (415$ d'amende) de ne pas avoir respecté leurs règlements quand tout a été respecté. La seule chose que nous pouvions nous reprocher serait d'avoir laisser quelques miettes de croustilles sur le plancher et une odeur de flatulence.

Amazing stay! The staff is soo helpful! They speak both french and English! Be prepared that there is no bathroom in the room. Board games, puzzles, tv room (no tv in the room) a great kitchen and alots a places to sit.
In all amazing! Amazing restaurants near but do take a reservation!

Great find! It was our first time staying in a hostel and we will do it again. Visited in late December 2022, perfect spot to stay while exploring old Quebec and attending outdoor new years events (Tobaggan was great). Fantastic location, helpful staff, clean rooms and awesome common areas. We loved the hammocks and jungle spaces in particular. Thanks for a great stay.

L’endroit est très bien situé mais malheureusement leurs politiques sont abusive! L’hôtel à charger 410$ sur une carte de crédit sans préavis et ce car il y aurais eu des miettes de croustille dans la chambre et de la consommation d’alcool.

Pour voyagez dans des hôtels à tout les semaines c’est la première fois que je vois une tél situation. Même les compagnie de carte de crédit juge la situation abusive! Honte à vous

Ils osent pour justifier leur geste en disant qu’il y aurais eu consommation d’alcool dans la chambre qui a été loué exclusivement pour un groupe mais ce sans preuve visuelle et où de photo pour justifier une charge!

Évitez à tout prix cette endroit qui a première vu semble abordable!

Auberge très propre. Plusieurs lieux de détente (fauteuils, salle "ciné", espace jeux, salle lecture.). Grande cuisine propre et très bien équipée, de la place pour manger. Auberge très bien située à 15minutes du centre ville.

Expérience très intéressante! Pour des très bon prix, les chambre sont super et les différentes salles communes aussi (mention spécial pour la forêt). Pas de bruit la nuit, rideau d'intimité pour les plus pudiques et salle de bains impeccables. Salle de sport et de ciréma. Un plaisir!

Super auberge, propre, personnel accueillant, décoration originale, nombreux équipements comme la salle de sport, la cuisine ou la buanderie. Seul petit bémol dans la cuisine qui manque de certains de ustensiles, trop peu de fourchettes et de poêles.

This is one of the best hostels I have slept in. While it is not the hostels fault, that people in the room may stink or be noisy, the stuff they can influence I really liked. The kitchen was very well equipped, clean and even little things like paper towels were there. The washrooms also were very clean and the shower worked perfectly.
Overall the place is very functional, stylish and well kept. In case I ever sleep in a hostel again, I hope it is like this one!

The room was great, bunks were very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and I kinda wish their website or staff had warned that was a possibility without an elevator. We were from out of town and aren't familiar with the area. Very clean and friendly, though. The public fridges had not been cleaned out recently though.
