We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is magnificent on the tip of the island directly on the river. In a refined and atmospheric environment. The dishes are good, especially the island poutine, a local version of the traditional one.

This review is for the restaurant. Worst service of our life and sub par food! I had to get up twice to 1. Remind the server to bring my husband's beer 2. Bring myself to front to pay the bill. But the worst of it: it's so over priced for the quality, the poutine was so overdone - the potatoes were literally black. My husband felt awful after (thankfully I didn't touch it bc I knew it was bad). The lobster roll was a joke for the price. 2 small pieces of lobster and the rest was tiny shrimp. A supposedly quick lunch was a torturous 2 hours with the bad service and long wait. Trust me, no view is worth that! Not sure if they are understaffed or what is the deal. I should have heeded warning to some of the one and two star reviews - all true. There was a restaurant we ate at up the road that I had a far better experience with food and service with.

During our week in the Quebec City region, our culinary journey led us to Île d'Orléans, where we stumbled upon a gem of a restaurant that turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Nestled amidst stormy weather, the dining experience at this establishment was nothing short of exceptional.

The portions served were generous, satisfying our appetites without overwhelming us. Every bite was a delight, as the flavors danced on our taste buds. Despite the turbulent weather outside, the cozy atmosphere inside provided a perfect escape, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Our male waiter carried a hint of attitude which isn't for everyone.

The crowning glory of the meal was the breathtaking view over the St. Lawrence River, offering a stunning panorama of Quebec City. The sight was mesmerizing against the backdrop of the river, creating an unforgettable scene that complemented the exquisite meal.

Undoubtedly, this dining experience was the pinnacle of our week-long trip. Despite the stormy day and the waiter's distinct demeanor, the combination of delectable food, welcoming ambiance, and awe-inspiring view made it an experience we would gladly repeat. This hidden culinary treasure on Île d'Orléans is a definite must-visit, and we are already planning our return to relive the magic.

Le lieu est très bien situé, nous nous sommes régalés, les plats sont bien réalisés et copieux. Le service est parfait.

Located on Ile d'Orleans. Unbelievable view of St. Lawrence Seaway. We stopped here for lunch, and it was very nice.

Nous sommes passés faire un tour et contempler le fleuve et les vagues. On y va chaque année.

Had the lobster rolls and they were fantastic. Whatever they put in the side salad with the beets was also really good. Nice restaurant decor and very peaceful seafront atmosphere.

Près de l’entrée sur l’Île d’Orléans, cette auberge est bien située. Les chambres sont propre et le personnel est charmant. Pour le souper, vous avez un beau menu qui vous attends. C’est un régal pour les yeux et le ventre!

Nous avons mangé au restaurant, très bon, service rapide et très agréable!
Les plats sont vraiment très bons, burger top, poulet parfait et fish and chips nickel! Je recommande!

Nous y allons à presque tous les étés. C'est notre endroit de prédilection. Le service, l'ambiance, tout est toujours parfait!

Great location!
Considering the location you shall expect expensive food and they’re quite expensive. Good service and food (not a super high quality although like a 3 star restaurants but very good) I tried to find a cheap option on the menu but that didn’t go anywhere so if you are okay to spend 120 ish and more for 2 people meal, go there and enjoy.
The hotel itself is probably one of the best on the island! So level your expectations about the other places

Super emplacement. Très bonne nourriture. Il est dommage que sur la terrasse extérieure il n'y a pas le service de commande de repas et qu'il faille d'abord passer commande au kiosque extérieur.

We’ve stop here for lunch, we were 9 and got seated within minutes despite being really busy. Food was great, we tried the fish and chip, dumplings and Acra and many soups of the day. Great staff and awesome view of the river. Cheers

Endroit vraiment très agréable! Vue magnifique! Le restaurant est à recommander, la nourriture y est excellente. Les plats sont copieux. Tout est délicieux.

Très bel endroit au bord du fleuve. Il y a une belle salle, mais aussi une belle terrasse. Nous avons très bien mangé. La vue sur le centre ville est très belle.

Nous avions une chambre avec balcon, cela nous a permis de déjeuner devant le fleuve tranquillement avec notre nourriture. Il n'y a pas de déjeuner sur place mais des commodités sont disponibles comme un grille-pain, café, frigo. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre chambre et sommes restés 3 nuits. La piscine extérieure Nous a été utile entre nos visites sur l'île.

Came here for dinner. Ordered the Lobster Roll and their specialty poutine, "Island Poutine", both were amazing. The view was very nice too.

Only had a lunch. Great food! Nice spot. Slightly pricy.

I wish that we could communicate with the server better.
