Prix correct donc c'est une belle option pour être de passage sans trop dépenser. Chambre qui aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture et d'une décoration plus moderne, pas grand chose mais cela ferait une différence. Le personnel nous a appelés plusieurs fois au début de la nuit quand nous dormions (vers 23h) pour nous demander quand on allait arriver alors que nous étions déjà là avec le check-in fait depuis plusieurs heures. Chambres bruyantes et mal isolées, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres alentour.

Découvert cet hôtel dans le quartier de Hochelaga, très animé, cosmopolite et très sympa. Belle chambre (25 m²), petit déjeuner buffet inclus. Réceptionnistes à horaire variable mais code d'entrée et de la chambre communiqués par sms ou mail. Pas besoin de clé. Bémol: rien aux environs (1er resto vietnamien à 10' à pied). Dièse: arrêt de bus juste en face. Et la rue Ontario (l'artère commerçante de Hochelaga) à 700 m. Isolé et au calme. Passé 4 nuits et ne regrette vraiment pas. Un grand bravo et surtout un immense merci au propriétaire, Stéphane, qui a eu la gentillesse de me déposer en voiture à l'arrêt du bus 747 pour l'aéroport. Et un coucou tout spécial à Birgit, réceptionniste d"origine allemande, avec qui j'ai pu parler et sympathiser (musique, voyages,). Octobre 2023.

I'd like to share my experience at the hotel I visited with my wife. Unfortunately, the place was considerably dirty and didn't match its advertised pictures. Despite claiming to offer free parking, the hotel had limited space for only seven cars in front of the entrance, and the narrow, busy street had parking prohibited signs everywhere.

The lobby lacked a reception area, and the rooms were devoid of shampoo. When we inquired about it, we were informed that none was available. The aging elevator added to the discomfort with its noise, prompting most guests to opt for the stairs.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted by an old and unclean space, making us contemplate canceling our reservation. To add to the dismay, we encountered two centipedes during our three-night stay. In summary, I would advise against choosing this hotel and suggest opting for Airbnb instead.

Super uncomfortable bed, foam mattress, woke up with a sore back, the whole place and bathrooms smell bad

Bon accueil, "jean" qui fait la réception est vraiment agréable, aidant. A notre arrivée nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires (parking, transports publics, shopping, et lieux ou manger), le personnel de nettoyage a aussi répondu à nos demandes. Un grand merci. Petit dejeuner sur place avec du choix (pain, confiture, jambon, fromage, yaourt, céréales, viennoiseries). Je recommande cette auberge au style modeste et qui répond à nos attentes.

An outdated hotel.
Beds were good, bathroom very small, ventilation a bit loud, but we still slept well. It was clean and didn't smell. Metro is within walking distance, making it easy to get into the city and back again. Parking was included
For this price it was absolutely fine for us.

Breakfast was great

I booked it online through booking.com. The building looks ancient outwardly but not managed properly. Very limited parking space, I parked my car on the street. While booking it says breakfast included but just tea/ coffee and aome breads/ cookies. You don't feel like living in a hotel, you feel better living in a cheap airbnb. The customer service was good, pretty friendly. Hard to see them, you can contact over phone; they receive call for sure. The washroom is very congested and old silicone hanging around. I wish to give 5 stars but it doesn't deserve in comparision to the money you pay.

Un réceptionniste arrogant. Et une organisation de menteurs.
On a rouler 1 joint dans la chambre et ils nous accuse d avoir fumer. Ce qui est faux, ça aura pris la police pour leur faire entendre raison.
Ils ne devraient plus avoir le droit de faire du commerce.
Il tente de surchargé.
On croirait avoir fait affaire avec des fraudeurs.mais on ne les accusé de rien. Juste d incompétence crasse.
Un peu comme la saleté qui est la marque de commerce de la place.pas de déjeuner. Pas de rabais pour ça non plus

Très bon hôtel, un rapport qualité prix très apprécié. Et un très bel accueil merci beaucoup.

Un travail d'insonorisation pourrait être faire par exemple.

Excellent service malgré mon arrivée tardive. La proprio m'a escortée jusqu'à ma chambre et m'a apporté une couverture supplémentaire.
Le lendemain matin, un petit déjeuner tout près de la réception.
Un bon séjour et la chambre était propre et confortable. Très calme aussi

Bon! J'ai pas venue chez vous encore mais ceux qui réponds au telephone sont malheureusement besoin a plus d'expérience.

Très content de mon séjour ma dernière visite datait de 6 ans, beaucoup de beaux changements depuis, décord, propre, chaleureux, confortable chambre agréable c'est un 3 étoiles de qualité et à recommander j'y retournerai surement

There was not enough parking space, room lock handle was broken from in side, washroom door was very noisy, it does close properly, no one was available at reception if We need any help. Someone was smoking in the building as well. Unknown person came to our room at midnight and was banging the door, we denied to open it then he told that he is going to call copes, if we don’t open the door. So there was no safety.

Probably the best value-for-money in the entire world I dare to say.
Alhamdulillah, very happy with the stay here. Great people!

It's a 3 as it's an old building no hotel amenities. Good value for money. No frills.

Hôtel vieillot, personnel ne parlant pas bien français (peu d'information donnée), on a eu froid la nuit, hôtel très excentré du vieux Montréal

C'était parfait pour ce que j'avais besoin. Pour le prix en comparaison avec d'autres de ce calibre c'est bon et je crois que ça a bien de l'allure comme on dit.:)

C'est ok pour une nuit, un endroit de passage situé (malheureusement) dans un quartier pas trop rassurant.

L'auberge, auparavant un bureau de poste, fait vieillotte autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Le personnel était courtois, bonnes explications sur le fonctionnement des codes de porte car il n'y a plus de clés. Notre chambre était petite avec un haut plafond. Il y avait du duct tape au sol?

La propreté était correcte, malgré l'odeur de vieux bâtiment. Nous avons passé une nuit satisfaisante niveau confort du lit, mais la ventilation était assez bruyante.

The room was spacious for the cost and clean. Has all the amenities available. The only part that was odd is that it is located in an industrial region. The front desk staff may not always be there so make sure you get the main entrance code and your room code prior to arrival. Everytime I wrote the staff an email they replied promptly.

It’s definitely the staff that made this 5 stars for me! And the fact that the hotel is inside an old building! I love these heritage properties! The check in was a breeze and the lady at front desk was incredible! I think she was the owner!

Very bad management. No breakfast.it's like froud And illegally they changed 250 for nothing its like theft.

Unprofessionals.the man was very rude. Very fishy when they ask you for the pre authorise 250$. The lady basically wanted me to give her my visa nip.absolutely not. Better to pay more and go elsewhere!

Personnel super très gentil, petit déjeuné super, chaîne francophone aussi.par contre j' ai vu sur un avis qu il fallait faire la vaisselle, c est faux, il faut juste débarrasser sa table et mettre la vaisselle dans des bacs.ce que je trouve normal.bien placé, proche métro, tout est accessible même a pieds pour les bons marcheurs, on y dort bien.franchement j y retournerais sans problème.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay here during February. Facilities and our room were a bit old but conditions were good. Staff were very friendly and inviting, with a cosy sense of French. Parking was available in front of the hotel.

Wifi is fast, cleaning services are friendly and great! But it is about 25 mins from downtown, not as close as stated. As it is resides in the factory district, the surrounding areas outside, the lobby and breakfast floor reek of cement or chemicals? Not very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and quickly learned the doors and walls are paper thin, you hear everything/everyone. The tv in room was also pretty water damaged but still worked. Although the room was pretty clean, the mattress was very hard and lumpy. I wouldn't stay again. The security fee is also 200$ and isn't immediately refunded either.

No air conditioning in the website show different and actually different money is 3 star but not even 1

+ Bien placé, pas loin du centre ville et on peut même y aller à pied si on aime marcher. L'arrêt de bus est à 2 mn de l'hôtel. Station
métro précontrainte est a quelques mn. Wifi fonctionne bien.
Petit déjeuner correct.
- Chambre et salle de bain vétustes, et mal entretenues, même pas d'aspirateur.
L'hôtel est vieillot mal agencé mais l'emplacement reste son point fort.

Endroit propre sauf que la femme de ménage n'est pas passée la fin de semaine. Personnel très gentils. Par contre le stationnement est très limité, chacun se vole la place de l'autre dès qu'il part. En général bonne expérience, je compte y retourner.

I left this place with mixed feelings. Friendly staff but looks like this place need serious renovation or maintenance program. AC not working, weird door everywhere. It’s looks like hostile not a hotel.

This is like hostel, not hotel. Stinky. Everything is very poor. Even if it looks like cheap, the price is still too much for that hostel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My key broke easily when I went to unlock the door and they tried charging me for the key and they had only one extra spare that barely worked. Shower was very cramped and you can't control the temperature in your room. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Quaint clean but small rooms. Good breakfast and customer service. Close to downtown worth the price
