Auberge Royal Versailles

We had a great experience staying here. Friendly and supportive stuff, clean and quiet room, comfortable beds, and a great location just 1 minute away from subway station.
I am particularly grateful for the outstanding assistance provided by Receptionist Kate. When I encountered an issue, their dedication and prompt resolution resolved my concern and truly made a difference in my overall experience. I was deeply impressed by their kindness, professionalism and willingness to assist, which left a lasting positive impression on me. Please convey my gratitude to Kate for making my stay memorable.

Directly at a substation. It was buzzing all night long. Location great. 50 m to the metro. Quite clean.

Hôtel pratique, car facile d'accès, stationnement gratuit et métro à 2 pas, mais.
Le ménage est négligé. La toilette de la chambre était bouchée, impossible de l'utiliser (je me demande encore comment on peut nettoyer une cuvette, tirer la chasse et ne pas s'apercevoir qu'il y a un problème), le plancher de la douche était sale, on n'a même pas osé s'y laver! Les lits sont très mous, vieux matelas défoncé et les draps sont hyper rêches, rien d'agréable là. Une chance qu'on était fatigués! Le lendemain matin, impossible de faire la grasse matinée: on entend tout du corridor en plus des gens du dessus qui nous marchent sur la tête! Insonorisation vraiment déficiente!
Points positifs: le service efficace et courtois, l'accès direct a la cour intérieure depuis le rez-de-chaussée (zone entièrement non-fumeur) et le fait qu'on a droit à l'ambiance sonore des voisins qui s'amusent (je le mets dans les positifs vu que j'ai bon coeur!)

Pas le meilleur rapport qualité-prix ni le plus beau séjour.

The hotel looks like it needs maintenance. The room was comfortable but had some issues with cleaning. And not all the outlets worked, I had to put the coffee maker into the bed table lamp socket

Auberge Royal Versailles was conveniently located to the metro, clean & comfortable. We would return

Rooms were typical of a hotel with the exception of not having a safe in the room. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The view from our window wasn't the best, looking at the Hydro-Quebec transformer field. Metro station was right next to the hotel.

Whole place needs an update.carpets are worn out, broken coffee machine in room, Not enough pillows and not enough towels. Just need more customer svs skills was disappointed.

Got the suite because it was the only one left and the wifi wasn’t working in the room and ac was barely working too. Outside of that everything else was great.

Clean remodeled room but management would not provide free breakfast that was promised at our booking. Bad business.

Basic hotel, clean and conveniently located one minute walk from subway. Breakfast is expensive (35$/2) for the bare minimum in a poor space.

The receptionista Cat was lovely. So good to be welcomed with her smile and good energy. She helped us planing our night and transportation to the event.the roons were really clean and updated. Stayed in 223 and nothing to complain. Quiet and new remodeling bathroom. The only bad thing the wifi did not worked in the room.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights, it was really great stay.clean room and washroom.staff at reception was really efficient and quick to respond to any needs.will definitely come back again.
