Personne accueillante mais lorsqu'on a aurait eu besoin de quelque choses sans être une urgence il n'y avait personne pour nous répondre.

This place was neat and clean. (Expect washrooms). Wifi is not available, which is a nightmare. Service is non existent and terrible at the best. There is no one to help and answer your questions. The lady who replied my calls doesn’t reply to your greetings. She sounded rude and lacks basic hospitality courtesies. Text replies from the property are also without any courtesies and look very crude. This place should focus high on customised service.

The room code was left in an envelope with my name on it at the reception for check in, no one is at the reception. The code was not functioning to unlock the door. Called the emergency number, I get a new functioning code over the phone and the admin text me the code as a reminder.

We then left our most of our stuff in the room and went back to Tremblant proper.

We come back around 9 PM, the code I received by text is not the right one. Still no one at the reception, called the emergency phone again, no answer. Called repeatedly until 10 PM, with no answers. I finally managed to remember the right code.

Texted about the issue to the emergency number and a week later, I still haven't gotten a reply.

Also, the TV wasn't working, I suspect that the remote batteries were dead, but didn't care enough to look into it.

It's located next to the lake, so it's nice to be able to go to the lake on foot.
The forest seen from Jaguchi on the second floor is beautiful.

All bedding is not replaced but only cleaned up. When I lay down to sleep, the inside of the blanket was full of sand, fur, wood chips, etc.
There was a progressive odor coming from the towel.
It looks like it wasn't washed but just dried.

We did not enjoy our stay and the management of this place is an absolute nightmare.
First they sent us to a cabin very different from the one we paid for, it was across the road, very old and smelled bad. We complained and they moved us (after 2 hour wait) to a different cabin, this one was bigger and newer, but the bedroom sits directly on the main road, so we woke up at 5am from loud noises.
Our jacuzzi was too cold, we asked for help, no one even bothered to answer us, wifi was also a mystery.
There was no one at the reception, and all our messages were completely ignored.
The place could be nice, but the management and staff is terrible, they should all just quiet, either way they are barely there and barely working.
Don’t come here, find another place that has more respect for guest.

Charmante Auberge. La chambre et l’établissement étaient beaux et propres. Nous avons eu un beau séjour en couple et y reviendrons certainement si l’occasion se présente. Un spa extérieur est aussi à la disposition des clients (faute de temps nous n’avons pas testé). Situé tout près des activités à Tremblant, donc aussi bien pratique. Également, la station déjeuner inclus est bien apprécié.

Charming place. The room and the establishment were beautiful and clean. We had a lovely couple stay and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises. An outdoor spa is also available to guests (due to lack of time we did not try it). Located very close to activities in Tremblant, so very practical. Also, the included breakfast station is much appreciated.

I have been in contact with this hotel for 6 months now, after cancelling our trip for January. They have passed me around several times when trying to reclaim my deposit. Each time the person who answers says the manager is not in, and they will call me back. They never call back.
I am beyond frustrated.

Je ne parle que du chalet Trappeur:
Très rustique voire vieillot, équipements d’une autre génération, manque de prises électriques, pas de transats ni de table extérieur, bbq qui ne fonctionne pas, il lui faudrait un grand coup de fraîcheur et il est horriblement cher! L’emplacement est à 25 min à pied du village qui ressemble plus à Disneyland d’ailleurs! Le pompon: tout est payant jusqu’à la plage, bref une belle arnaque à touristes. Préférez le parc national…

My fiance and I stayed at Auberge Sauvignon this past friday to sunday. Affordable price, convenient to the lake, the village and the mountain. Breakfast options were great and delicious. There was a hot tub available, but we didn't get to use it as it was raining, but happy it was available. Fitness equipment available. There was a lounge area with tv and board games. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Deffinetly recommend this place!

For a chalet in Tremblant this is one if the better ones. It comes with every amenity and modern. Hot tub on the patio definitely a plus

Endroit et hébergement formidable, le spa a l'étage super! Le seul hic, les accessoires pour cuisiner, brisés pour certains et les couteaux ne coupent pas bien. Mais le personnel est tres accueillant.

This place was good, until the guy who ran this location quit. The front desk lady is one of the laziest workers I have ever encountered. We asked to get a shuttle to the resort and she said “my boyfriend told me the resort is closed” even though we can see the resort was open online. After going back and forth we finally got a shuttle to the resort which was indeed open. When we tried to get back from the resort at 4pm she said the shuttle was closed even though there is a sign in the building saying the shuttle runs to 5pm. We brushed the inconvenience off for that day but the very next day when we tried to get a shuttle back from the resort at 3: 40 no one answered for 2 hours. There were no taxis or rider sharing services so we were stranded at the resort and there was no way we could call any earlier since the lift closes at 3: 30pm. The worst part about it was when we finally got to the hotel we walked into a family in the lobby who flew from France that was waiting there 4 hours to check in since no one was there.

The place is at a great location. Our room was an average room slightly cold by default. They had given a seperate room heater and extra blanket.

There is only 1-2 restuarant nearby which were already full when we reach. So reserve table in advance.

Very clean, and nice location! Overall enjoyable stay however, there was a ladybug infestation in the upstairs washroom which is the only reason why I am not giving five stars.

L'hôtel est bien placé. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont bonnes et le cafe est excellent. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
