Audacieuse Vanille / Pâtisserie Béline

I ordered their items online and went to pick them up. The pastries are delicious and not very sweet. They have a great variety of items all vegan and gluten free. My favourite were the amaretti cookies and the raspberry rose mini bundt cakes.

Not overly sweet which is perfect for me. Many flavours to choose and it was soft and fresh. FYI, Gluten free but not nut free, it’s made from almond flours majority of the pastries.

The absolute best gluten free and vegan pastries in Montreal, and I've tried pretty much all of them. Their brioches are AMAZING! A must-try!

What can I tell you about Audacieuse Vanille. I was very impressed that they bake Vegan cakes without any gluten or soy!

I ordered a Carrot Cake for a birthday about a month in advance through their website and the cake was delectable! Everyone enjoyed it (even the people who are not vegan). The presentation of the cake was so photo worthy (see the pictures attached!)

This place is a gem in the city and I would recommend you buy your cake from here when you need one.

Audacieuse Vanille is a vegan + gluten free pastry cake cafe. I only tried Earl Grey lemon cake and The Magic coffee both are delicious!

One of the reasons I drop by here is because there is some specific pistachio, almond, oat milks that I cannot find in Toronto so I come here to get it, especially Tache Pistachio Milk. Thanks!

Variété incroyable de pâtisseries, service impeccable et amical! Explosions de saveurs en bouche et pas trop sucré au goût. Sans gluten, mais même le plus glutineux ne s’en apercevrait pas! Un vrai délice à coup sur!

Oh my goodness these were delicious!
It can be hard to get the right consistency when it comes to gluten free + vegan baked goods and they’ve nailed it. I really enjoyed the cookie, as well as the Persian love Bundt. It was such a nice balance for a cake and the flavour was amazing. My husband said if I gave him either and didn’t tell him they were allergen friendly, he wouldn’t have known the difference️
Now I still enjoyed the cinnamon bun, but I’d pass on it next time and get a different flavour Bundt.

I’d definitely go back & recommend this place to others!

Favorite place to eat bunts and pasteries. They have my favorite amaretti cookies. It's a familly owned buisness so I always feel great to give my money to them and see the shop grow. They added some savory options aswell like sandwiches and some vegan quiche. Both are amazing!

Very welcoming and attention to details. Great choice for gluten free desserts which are very good.

Vegan bundt cake are a big yes with perfect amount of sweetness. Their also serve tempting vegan brownies.

Ordered Le Classique cake. Looks great, but the amount of icing is almost non-existent, which is dissapointing for the price.

It is always amazing to find a vegan and GF bakery and this one is definitely worth the visit. All items available looked great, but we opted for the cinnamon rolls and they were delicious! My only criticism is that it's a tad expensive.

Ever since I tried their cookies at a festival a little while back I have been waiting to go. I live a 45 min bike ride away but I was finally able to visit last Friday evening.

I wish I lived in Verdun, I would literally be here every week. I bought many pastries and cookies, they were all so beautiful and delicious. High quality and fresh ingredients. I have been gluten free and dairy free for over 10 years, hands down one of the best gf bakeries I’ve eaten at (and I’ve lived in California and Portland both gf heaven) as a baker myself, my expectations are high and they were exceeded.

Also the person working was very kind and helpful and the bakery is super cute. As a native Montréaler this bakery is now in my top 10 fav places of the city. Merci Audacieuse Vanille, je serais de retours encore et encore!

Amazing vegan gf baked goods and drinks. I’m going to be dreaming about their cinnamon rolls for days. The staff are also so nice.

Si vous cherchez un lieu sans gluten et Végane à Montréal! Rendez-vous au café gourmand à cette place à Verdun. Un large choix de pâtisseries pour satisfaire tous les gourmands (e) accompagné d'un petit chocolat chaud, cappuccino, latte etc.
Les personnes qui y travaillent sont très gentils, accueillants souriants et sympa
J'étais enchantée par sa décoration d'ambiance "cocooning, nature"
Parfait pour une pause midi avec un part de biscuits ou gâteau sans gluten.
Ils avaient aujourd'hui Un plateau dégustation madeleine au citron!

Ordered a discovery box from Uber eats. I’m new to gluten free, but I haven’t loved what I’ve tried so far. These treats were phenomenal! So moist and with a nice crumb. My favorites in the box were the chocolate tahini brownie (huge), little bunt cake with purple icing (no sure of the flavour), and the carrot cake. My husband loved the chocolate tart. All 5 star!

Recently moved back to verdun and this is one of my faves, I can't recommend it enough. The owner is amazing and so kind. Don't hesitate, it's worth it

Les amaretti sont les meilleurs que j’aie trouvé en ville! Certains bundts sont un peu secs mais ça dépend des saveurs et je n’ai jamais été déçue.le café est bon (rare à verdun lol) et le service est super chaleureux!

Produits délicieux et utilise des produits locaux. Service client absolument courtois, je vous conseille fortement d'aller goûter ces douceurs.

Joli local. Gâteaux véganes, pas très bons, secs et assez dispendieux. Dommage car on peut faire de très bonnes pâtisseries véganes. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Best vegan pastries in town. The banana bread is my favorite. They also have great teas and coffees. Very cozy atmosphere.

Great place for vegan pastries. Since the ingredients they use are non-dairy and plant based, you feel light even after eating a whole pastry! A big selection of goodness to bring home and try. They also have drinks (coffees/teas)

Their pastries are so very good and there is a wide variety to choose from (vegan & gf)! The staff was very kind and the decor is lovely. They offer high tea service which I will definitely come back to try!

Excellent pastries and wonderful staff. Delicious not just by gluten-free or vegan standards: excellent outright. The earl grey cake is well worth it.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday it was very plain nothing special I was eager to see what's the cake would be like and was excited bcoz it was my baby's first birthday, they disappointed me.
I read some nice reviews about them that's why I choose them.
And I bought some cookies they were a disaster, very old, they should have said don't buy them they're not fresh.
All they wanted is my money.
I will never go back there.

The best bakery in Montreal, even compared to a traditional bakery! The nicest staff there is. Everything they have is amazing. A must try, especially if you are gluten free/dairy free!

Really cute local shop where I go weekly to pick up a few baked good. They have new ones each time I visit and it's always delicious.

Absolutely wonderful shop. The display case is full of delicious and inventive treats you’ll hardly believe are vegan and gluten free. We came here for tea and the owners were incredibly accommodating, and brought us such a lovely service of savory and sweet items. Their tea is also really good. Super patient and attentive staff and owners, can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great experience!

I'm so glad that Verdun has a vegan bakery. I bought two small naked cakes, and they were good, although a bit dense (not as light and fluffy as I'd hoped). I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing options for gluten-free and dairy pastries (and main allergens free), not easy to find! The owners are super friendly and professional and they always invent new recipies and improve on classics. Don't miss their waffles on weekends with unique toppings ;)

The place is very cute and I really wanted to like it. Both items I purchased- a mini vanilla and chocolate bundt cake and a spicy chocolate ganache filled cake were dry, yet pasty. Not good at all, we threw them out. And at almost 5$ a pop.yikes.

Amazing place with great service, the owners are extremely nice. The food is really good (tried the waffles that they do on weekends), the drinks are also really good and well made. Overall, the flavors are well balanced, not too sweet, and every cake and pastry look amazing.
There are 2 small tables where you can sit to enjoy your cake. The space is not huge, so it may easily be full, but it's really nice, inviting and cozy.

I really recommend it to anyone who is curious and likes to discover new things.

Small note: if you have a nut allergy, your choice will be extremely limited (as it is usually for vegan recipes)

Très bon! Les pâtisseries ne sont ni trop grasses ni trop sucrées! Et veganes et sans gluten en plus! Que demander de mieux pour une petite gâterie!
