Had a great experience from their pre-owned department. Salesperson Ash in was courteous, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to get the sale done. While I asked for a lot, he delivered and went beyond my expectations. Found a small issue upon delivery and he was happy to take care of it. Will come in shortly to have it serviced. Very happy so far and likely to return to check out for next car.

From one of the best dealerships to one of the worst because of their after sales service.
What’s the point of having a great sales team when it’s backed with a very bad service. A brand new Audi Q4 car with an AC malfunction in less than 2 weeks.
Took an appointment for service which got cancelled a day before without any solutions proposed. Then to propose another appointment 2 weeks later after i expressed my disappointment.
The person was rude. This is the second time it happens to me at this dealership in less than a year with 2 different cars bought from Audi St Laurent.
I was a loyal client for 17 years, but not anymore!
On the same day my appointment got cancelled, i tried calling another dealership without being their customer and without having to explain my situation. They booked an appointment the very next day, and fixed the air conditioning in 1 day. They welcomed me like their loyal client!

Unfortunately thats what happens when sales are more important than after sales.

I was asked to return my trunk liner with my old vehicle and I would get a replacement with my new vehicle. Was never the case and had to complain to no avail. Used to be great customer service, all they care about is the sale.

EDIT: Instead of offering a trunk liner replacement, all they have to say is that they missed the mark. Again showing their unprofessionalism.

J’ai amené ma voiture Audi q5 pour une inspection et par la suite j’ai décidé de faire la réparation de suspension et rotors selon ce qui a été trouvé à l’inspection. Après réparation mr Sergeiy m’appelle 1jour après pour dire que la ventilation ne fonctionne pas et qu’il faut encore réparer et pourtant moi j’avais remis mon auto sans ce problème (ventilation) en plus de la facture qui a été augmentée. J’ai eu une très très mauvaise expérience chez Audi st Laurent. Par conséquent je ne recommande personnellement personne à y aller faire l’inspection ou réparation car le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’Audi surtout quand on parle d’Audi c’est la qualité et la satisfaction des clients.

We have had tons of issues dealing with them, no accountability and they don't try to fix their mistakes. They told us 3 hours for a repair, it took 3 days and they did not have the courtesy to send their shuttle service.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and they fixed 2 issues - a malfunction under warranty and also a recall for airbag. Plus they provided a shuttle to my work. Happy with the service!

Pire service depuis que j'ai des allemandes. J'ai eu un flat à quelques kilomètres du centre de service de St-Laurent. Je ne peux pas changer la bolt de sécurité, puisqu'elle était ''stripé''. J'appelle Audi St-Laurent, je suis transféré au garage et on me promet au téléphone, que je dois simplement venir au concessionnaire pour qu'il valide quel est la bonne bolt et me la prêter.

Je viens au garage, avec mon collègue de travail, finalement on nous fait perdre 30 min, puisque supposément Audi, ne sait pas qui m’a promis ça. Je spécifie à quelle heure j’ai appelé et le monsieur des pièces me dit: « Oui je me rappelle vous avoir parlé et transféré », mais soi-disant, il ne sait pas qui a répondu, au garage. Bref, tout ça pour une bolt… Grand manque de professionnalisme, soit il faut donner la bonne information au client, soit honorer ses promesses.

Suite à ce terrible service, je vais bien y penser, avant de prendre Audi. Les voitures restent incroyables, mais le service à désirer.

Le pire service mécanique du mécanicien jusqu’au directeur, on dirait pas chez Audi, le mécanicien du coin est plus professionnel et plus crédible et plus honnête…
Leur diagnostic n’est pas fondé il m’ont fait payé 1500$ De réparation pour rien et n’ont jamais reconnu leur faute. Le seul service qu’il m’ont rendu vraiment après cette très mauvaise expérience c’est de me donner mille raisons de vendre ma Audi et partir à jamais de cette marque, alors pour ça merci bcp.
Une étoile biensur parce qu’il y a pas moins.

! HORRIBLE AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE!

! STAY AWAY! Brought in my car for winter tire change on Saturday morning, explicitly said to the garage foreman DO NOT WASH THE CAR. I have a $500 paint correction job done on it. Not only was the staff rude and unprofessional but they also washed the car and now the clear coat is full of swirl marks. I spoke to Bruno Marijian who's promised to call me back and did not. When I called for a follow up he pretended he didn't know who I was.totally unprofessional. Sales men at Audi Saint Laurent are nice to you when you're buying a car but after sales service is garbage. Save your money go somewhere else. 0/10

Had an issue with the passenger window on my Q5. Third time the issue occurred. Stephanie got me an appointment the next business day and provided me with a loaner. The issue was fixed and I picked up my vehicle the next day. So far, the issue seems to have been fixed.

I got a flat tire on my S3 twice and they made me change all 4 tires by saying the tire discontinued. They didn’t gave me any options but to change all my tires for one flat. I ended up paying around 1.5k for a flat. Service was great but the price and the options that they give you isn’t worth

The smart comments from the service advisors is unacceptable.
Dont get me wrong I do understand all the obstacles of working in service industry or running a 200+ employee company with the added stress of Covid (everyones' excuse these days) but the tones and responses are completely unprofessional and this culture is across the dealership which seems like it comes from a lack of leadership

I had issue with this location after installing my remote starter in my Audi Q3, my LCD was not on.
No guy there could help out and the receptionist told me that I may have to come back again on next Monday. I was not pleased to hear that after leaving my car there for half day already. I intended to write a bad review last night because of this issue since their technician guy should double check everything before giving the key to customers. It is a good global brand which needs to go with good global service I think.
Luckily, this morning Saturday (November 14th), the customer service guy from this location texted me and fixed the problem.
I still decided to give them 5 Stars this time.

Service après vente vraiment pas l'hauteur des attentes. Après avoir preautorisé $100 pour la voiture de courtoisie, ils ne voulaient renverser le montant, prétextant que ça se ferait tout seul dans 4-5 jours? Quel insolence! Et après rempli l'essence de la voiture de courtoisie, on me charge encore $15. Évitez d'aller la. C'est vraiment pourri comme service.

Acheté une audi a3 2016 certifiée en 2019 de ce concessionaire. Mon conseiller vendeur (Jean Tremblay) était très affable/courtois et disponible. Que de bon mots à dire du département du service (Medhi et véronique) les aviseurs sont d'un professionalisme du tonnerre (ma meilleure expérience d'un garage automobile à ce jour). Cependant, malgré la certification du véhicule et l'inspection faite par le concessionnaire, mon inspection indépendante a décelé certains soucis avec le véhicule qui aurait dû être réglé préalablement à l'achat mais qui n'ont malheureusement pas été corriger malgré l'assurance de l'atelier mécanique. Les mêmes problèmes ont cependant été réglés par la suite et les travaux ont été sous la guarantie prolongée que j'avais heureeusement prise à l'achat. Bref, certfiée ou non, faites vos inspections. Sinon, je reccomande ce concessionnaire dans l'ensemble satisfaisant.

Worst service a la clientele ever. Waited 4.5 hours for a tire change. They said because they are too busy and have overbooked. Wanted to talk to a manager, the manager could not be reached.the cashiers were rude. They said because they are audi, and can put a high price.

I live in Ottawa and purchased an A7 over the phone with Rami and Peter as my Finance manager. I have to say that I'm very impressed with how my experience was. Even though I was purchasing a CPO I got the white glove treatment and I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. I plan to see them again in the future. The detail team is amazing as well. The car is absolutely mint, thanks again.

The worst Audi dealership, and very unprofessional. I went to the dealership and they said I was not able to finance if I am international student. Then I asked Audi St-Bruno, Westisland and Park Avenue, they all said I am able to do finance as an international student. One of the sell man in the dealership even said I might have communication problem with other 3 dearships, that makes me mad.

Today i went around 530pm with money in my pocket to buy a s6 2017 cash, i drove 1 hour and the lady from reception passed me a guy in grey suit with bad aptitude and i asked for the s6 and he said was sold more than 1 week ago, i said so why you keep it in the web site, i saw the car outside, he said yes thats the car.he said because until the car is not out of the store we cant remove it from our web, for me that was a joke.is putting fake advertisement for the clients, also not even an apologized that all, also this guy lacking a lot of customer service training, what a shame have people with not aptitude for customer service, is Audi.not even walmart treat clients like that!

I was impressed with how Sam put the deal together which included my trade-in.
Sam was very professional, courteous, friendly and had tremendous product knowledge.

This is one of the worst experience that i ever lived at a car dealer. Do not lease at this location. The service is horrible and messy. When my lease was up, i dropped the car at the dealership so they could take it back. I specifically asked the lease renewal manager, if I had to pay anything. She assured me that everything was perfect and clean. A month later, I received an invoice of 160$, because i dropped the car litteraly 2 days late. When i did reach out to them, the email's response that i received was so unpleasant and rude. In conclusion, the whole customer service experience is below average and you are not treated as a client, but as garbage.

What I had at the Audi prestige was an excellent experience due to the professionalism of the stuff and all the areas that I dealt with. I would like to thank Mr. Derrick who helped us find the car I was looking for and in particular Sam Attia who did not hesitate in giving me all his attention both during the delivery and finalizing aspects of the car thank you and keep up the good work.
