Since the pandemic this location definitely had some challenges and although it wasn't awful they took a few steps back compared to the service we received prior. Well my first visit back in 2023 felt like the good old days! They took good care and delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism. Shout out to Junior!

Junior was great to deal with. He is honest and friendly. He followed up everyday while my car was being serviced. He also sent videos of them working on my car. He was honest and told me he could not give me an exact date or time my car would be ready and explained their process. He did follow up while I waited.

J'ai acheté une A7 et suite a l'inspection de mon garage, nous avons trouvé quelques petites choses a faire. J'en ai parlé au directeur qui c'est occcupé de tout arranger. Ils m'ont pretté une voiture pour 2 sem afin de s'assurer que tout était parfait.

Cauchemar depuis septembre 2019
Tout à commencer lors de la récupération du véhicule. Le vendeur (Tommy Bourgon) m’a demandé de lui laisser le véhicule 3 jours (après avoir signer les papiers) pour qu’il retouche la peinture, fasse la maintenance dû, vérifié les freins car ils faisaient du bruit etc…
3 jours plus tard, rien n’a été fait.
À mon arrivée, Tommy courrait dernière minute avec le crayon de peinture sur le capot (pour les rock chip) sans compter qu’il a tâché ma grille en plus que les freins faisaient encore du bruit.

Je rappelle et tombe sur Peter. Je lui explique que rien avait été fait comme promis, il m’explique que j’aurais dû demander au vendeur d’écrire les promesses sur un papier et le faire signer et que les freins qui font du bruit depuis l’essai routier ça va arrêter éventuellement et que la maintenance avait déjà été faite en mai mais que le véhicule était rester chez le concessionnaire depuis.

1 mois plus tard, je retourne le véhicule pour les freins qui font encore du bruit. Audi accepte de les changer sous garantie car les disques sont finis.
J’en profite pour faire changer le rack du toit ouvrant sous garantie car il fait du bruit.

1 semaine plus tard j’essaie de fermer le cache soleil du toit ouvrant, il brise.

J’appelle, Peter me dit de repasser et qu’ils le changeront, que ma prochaine maintenance est couverte et que j’ai jusqu’à août pour passer.

Les mois passent, on est rendu en avril, le véhicule affiche une alerte qui indique qu’il manque d’huile dans le moteur.
J’appelle Peter en panique, laisse un message, il rappelle pas.
Donc je rappelle 1 semaine plus tard, je tombe sur Zoé, explique la situation et c’est là qu’on m’explique que je dois faire mon prochaine service en Mai et non en août mais que c’est pas grave si il manque d’huile ou que si je dépasse la date prévu car le moteur ne va pas exploser (lol) et que c’est courant pour les véhicule turbo (je n’ai pas de turbo)

Je prend rdv avec Zoé pour la maintenance et j’en profite pour expliquer que lorsqu’ils ont changé le rack du toit ouvrant ils ont brisé le cache soleil.
Elle m’offre un véhicule de courtoisie qui en passant était sale, de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur.
J’en profite pour redemander à quel point c’est normal que je manque d’huile entre les intervalles, on m’explique que peut-être que lors du dernier changement d’huile, Audi aurait pas rempli le moteur à la limite (n’importe quoi)
Ça leur prend 2 jours pour confirmer qu’ils ont bel et bien brisé le cache soleil en changeant le rack du toit ouvrant et qu’ils le changeront mais.je dois attendre 5 jours pour qu’ils commandent la pièce.
Entre temp Zoé m’appelle pour me dire que mes disques sont finis. Je lui explique que c’est impossible, ils les ont eu même changer en octobre. Elle me texte en me disant qu’ils ont revérifiés et que c’est effectivement leur erreur et que les freins sont pratiquement neufs.
Je remmène le véhicule de courtoisie, Peter se précipite à la porte pendant que je décharge le véhicule en criant, est-ce qu’il est prêt ce véhicule!? J’ai une cliente qui en a besoin! Non seulement c’est déplacer comme commentaire devant le client mais une fois de plus un véhicule pas nettoyer est remis à un autre client (ALLO COVID)

Pour conclure, ça fait plus que 6 semaines que j’appelle et laisse des messages à Zoé car personne ne m’a appelé pour me dire qu’ils aient reçu la pièce qui devait prendre 5 jours à recevoir. J’ai été plus que patient dans cette situation, manque de temps + la covid, ont fait en sorte que j’ai laissé beaucoup passé mais j’ai jamais été aussi dégouté pour le manque de professionnalisme d’une entreprise. Certainement pas le service auquel je m’attendais de Audi.

With France during covid no problem to have a service/ or recall appointments for my E- Tron. Since many people left, got Peter recommended from France.called 2 times the same day and left my messages, after 3 days Peter never got back. Changed with Mrs Dimitri and the same didn't call back either! Maybe better to get in touch with Mr Holmes.

We had an outstanding shopping experiance with Christoph. He had us test drive the vehicles we are interested in. No pressure no sales pitch. Outstanding knowledge of our models of choice and answered our questions in depth as well as showed us some unique features on the A6 Allroad we tested.

The WORST experience in any car dealership i ever had.
The salesman made me realized that i did a very big mistake stepping into this dealership.
1 - He was RUDE.
2 - Not willing to accept problem in his vehicle
3 - No giving space to make a decision. I know you want to sell, but forcing me will never get you anywhere.
The salesman was blaming everything on me and saying all this is your heads fault, our car are in mint condition (while the break was squeaking, vehicle response time was slow).
I'll most probably goto St Laurent dealership where they at-least treat people with respect.

Peter from the service dep is very professional and gives great service. I would say the only negative aspect was the loaner I got was not clean inside and out, with covid it is very important to have the interior clean. I washed it myself in and out at no charge.

Hi the service here is very good. I bought my first car here a Honda and it was a very simple and efficient process. The agent who helped me Ary was super nice and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a car. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Chris Roumeliotis was my sales rep and provided me with exceptional service. Not many guys in the industry would have gone above and beyond like he did. It's my 2nd Audi from Gabriel West Island, they take good care of their clients. Franco is my rep and was always present to answer my questions. Has gone above and beyond to find what we wanted. I referred my family to them already. Very good service

Last week at the gas station, the fuel tank cap won't open. We rushed to the Audi and to our relief the maintenance people were present and the problem was fixed. After few days, the same problem happened again and this time they changed the part. After few days, the car's trunk won't open and again have to visit them. The quality of Audi car parts is not upto mark.

Damaged my vehicle during service, not willing to accept fault, blaming contractors that work in the detailing department, which is somehow supposed to absolve them of responsibility, just because they are not direct employees? Very unprofessional.

I have a 2020 Q3 which I love. I new something was off when the clock was not giving me the correct time even after I adjusted it. I called Audi West Island & right away they new what it was. I scheduled an appointment with my service technician, Peter Salvo, when I got there Peter had a courtesy car waiting for me. He was accommodating & everyone I dealt with was very professional. I had an amazing experience & I highly recommended them.

I'm updating my review after having the car serviced twice since the initial review (upgraded from 1 to 3 starts - average from all visits).

I had winter wheels and tires installed there. They tighten the lug nuts so much I can't even take them off using the audi tools nor a 20inch wrench. I wonder how they expect customers stuck with a flat to change the wheel themselves. I have a tork wrench an usually use 90lbs/foot sometime a bit more. What I'm facing right now is way over specs. Not sure how much they put in but for sure more than 100lbs/foot. Crazy. This is bad for the wheels and now I'm stuck having to go see a garage to get the wheels changed. Thank you Audi Prestige! - Rating: 1 star.

I had the car serviced because the engine would get intermittent kickback. I was asked if I had a service light on. It seemed that no service light = everything is fine. I insisted, they finally decided to look into it. Of course, I was asked what kind of fuel I used. I mentioned premium (91) but from time to time 94. I was told not to use 94: Reason->There isn't much cars using it so gas stays longer in the gas station tank and gets humid. Really? I'm curious to ear what the Petro Canada station next door has to say about that. That said. Once they took the car in they did a thorough diagnostics and had to dig deeper than just looking for the error code. Problem was found and fixed. If it wasn't for the <don't use 94 gas> I'd give 4 starts. But this time it will be 3 stars.

Got the car in 2d ago, this time, can't complain. Everything was done in time and as per expectations. I even got a call to let me know that it took less time than expected and therefore reduced the labor cost. Great job. 5 starts.

Worst service I have ever received at a “luxury” car dealer. Came to see a used bmw 2013 advertised and priced like all other cars of the same range, when turning on the car and pressing gas you can easily hear something is definitely wrong. Then, the front bumper is poorly repainted and when I questioned the seller about that, he said there’s no history of accidents. Anyhow, I propose a deposit so they can fix the car & I pay the full price once fixed. The seller tells me the car is in perfect condition. That’s just disrespectful and that is not how you treat clients who know a little bit more than the average Joe. In conclusion, Poor customer service & liars.
