Got my 2007 Honda element from the dealership. They are very responsive. They promised to change a list of new parts and by the time I picked it up they put more in because they needed to be replaced but the owner took the cost. I am from Ontario, Kevin was very helpful to provide me with the details and photos/video until I am comfortable. He also picked me up from the train station so I can drive the car back home. Great experience. Recommend them.

Tellement déçu de cette endroit! Achete un char 5000$ avec les taxe pas loin de 6000$! Ils m'ont changer un galiper finalement mon galiper coule! Ils ont changer un speaker dans ma porte côté conducteur le speaker marche déjà pus! Ils m'ont changer une suspension la suspension fesait défaut! Ils m'ont dis que mon air climatisé étais fonctionnel finalement l'air climatiser fonctionne même pas! J'ai acheter le véhicule vla 2 mois et le check engine est déjà sortie et j'en passe! Ne faite jamais affaire avec eux j'ai jamais eu autant de problèmes sur une auto! Ont apprend de nos erreurs et à les entendre parler ben c'est ma faute! Complètement à éviter!

Best Service i've ever had, i drove 6hrs and would do it again to buy a car from these guys. I live in Toronto and drove down to purchase a Scion XB, lets start by saying the first conversation I had with Freddy was outstanding, upbeat.clear.answered every question without hesitation. He had to tend to something and i then spoke with Kevin.never missed a beat same service and courteous mannerisms as the other sales person.
These guys were completely upfront about the vehicle and everything was completely transparent, answered every phone call and text, they even sent me photos describing everything in detail so I could make a clear decision.
Honestly this is my 10th car and these guys are definately at the top when it comes to car sales.these guys know how to make a customer feel comfortable when there spending thousands.and my car was one of the cheaper ones and they still showed me that time and commitment.
First time I met these guys but you too will see what I mean if ever you see a car on their lot your interested in.very happy with my purchase car drives like a dream.
And Oh Yeah, Kevin made sure I had winter tires on for the drive and they changed the spark plugs and air filter before they left.
