On peut ce le dire, quand ca va bien tout le monde est contents mais c'est lorsqu'il y a des problèmes que l'on voit la qualité du service après vente.

William and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They know there stuff, they’re polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new car so much and I’m happy I went with these guys. Plus they make me feel safe and comfy knowing I can goto them for honest maintenance and service. I suspect I’ll be coming back for years for upgrades.

This dealership is absolutely amazing. The team, Will, Matieu, didier, liam are wonderful. I bought 2 Mercedes from them. After a week Ive got a oil leak in one of them. They fixed it with nocharge and also gave me a loaner car. They also price their car very decent. I am in process of buying another truck which I will buy from them too. There are lots out there with no customer service at all. Courtier Auto Laval will give you the best customer service for used luxury cars dealers. BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEAM.

Will a de la personnalité ça c’est sûr il n’est pas que là pour l’$ et tient à ce que ses client soient contents! Petit Whisky Oban 14 à la livraison et son team a le soucis du détail. Je suis parti de Quebec pour acheter une voiture que je n’avais pas vu donc ça prenait le petit plus c’est sûr! Il aime autant jaser en live et direct au téléphone que moi j’aime sauver du temps en textant et en envoyant des mails

Comme tout char usagé (2017 dans mon cas) ça peut pas être parfait, mais Will a su corriger ce qui accrochait et rendre un client satisfait!

Toys R Us for Big Boys. These guys are world class. Service is impeccable. They won’t try and sell you just any car they sell you the car that you want. I went in looking at a Q5 and came out with an A6 after 2 very long test drives, by myself I might add, and I knew which car I wanted. He would have let me test more but I was set on that A6. OMG what a car. Set me up with a set of black mags too and, let’s just say these guys go out of their way to make you happy. Will and Liam are now in my contacts lol ;D

***UPDATE***

So I love this place so much that I traded that same Audi for a BMW 750i. Vroom vroom! As I said Toys R Us for Big Boys. Will put a lot of work getting me in this car and I don't mean selling. I walked in for service, noticed the 750, test drove it and came back and told Will "I WANT IT". Thanks bud once again.

I've been with them for over 5 years purchased2 cars from them. Bought my first luxury car at there place and what is good is that they have a wide range of vehicles affordable and practical to luxurious and one of a kind. I easily change my car after a few years. Service is amazing staff is like family and overall a great experience haven't been elsewhere ever since I dealed with them.

Terrible service, salesman was late, rude, and ate in front of us while discussing business, car had 2km of fuel range during test drive and had to put gas DURING THE TEST DRIVE

These guys are amazing! I drive a Jeep Wrangler and love it to death so I only want to put it in the best hands. Every time I get it back, it drives beautifully again and is cleaner than when I first got it. Friendly, professional staff, highly recommend!

Sur les très nombreux avis positifs postés ici, on était allés voir des chars.mais ils étaient déjà vendus.probablement depuis longtemps mais qui étaient encore sur leur site. On nous a proposés une petite voiture maganée très dispendieuse pour le prix! Mathieu a été correct mais devait avoir trop de dossiers à gérer. William, un vrai vendeur de voitures. Donc Vendeur avec un grand V! À date, une pure perte de temps et d'énergie!

Spent weeks going to dealers all over town until I came across Courtier Auto Laval. Not only did I find the perfect vehicle, the gang there was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Their vehicles are all indoors and impeccable. I will highly recommend Courtier Auto Laval to all my friends and family and I will NEVER go to a "big" dealer again (which was painful to say the least). Sorry folks, reposted my original post from 3 years ago. Since then I bought another vehicle from Auto Laval. Went in for service on my original purchase and found another vehicle I just had to have. Trade in was smooth and within just a few days I was driving away with my new SUV. One of my family members also bought a very pretty red mustang from Auto Laval.
