I was scheduled to test drive a car, I booked an appointment from 3 days before and even the night before I checked with the salesperson (Dan) if it was still available because this was a 50 minute drive for me. Today I arrived at the dealership at 10 am (dealership’s official starting hour) and Dan wasn’t there. The 2 other salesmen there told me that the car was sold an hour ago!

They are not professional, I bought a bmw x1 from them and after couple of months I discovered that there’s left back led not working, I asked them to fix it they didn’t even answer me!
And by law there is insurance recovering that during the first 6 months…

Very clean and well organized showplace for their vehicles. My partner and I called the same day to do a test and with ease it was granted. Beautiful cars all around and they show very well. In these times I am very particular where, and with whom I will spend money so customer service must leave me with a good feeling, and high personable standards from introduction to exit no matter what price you pay for a car. Unfortunately, as much as we loved the car I was not left with feeling "yes, I feel good about giving them my business. " So we left after test drive and probably won't return. Note: this is only based on one interaction with one salesperson. I can not speak about the others there. Review is solely on my feeling, standards in sales and experience.

UPDATE: I read their response and it is totally fair. We will give them another try as they asked.

Loved dealing with the team at autoxtreme. I was looking for a specific car but when I saw the quality and selection of used cars I was able to upgrade and stayed within my budget. Thanks guys

Les gens sont courtois et sympathiques, le processus d'achat est simple mais le véhicule n'est pas livré avec des pièces neuves tel que discuté. L'inspection mécanique devrait être plus minutieuse et détaillé.
