I would give zero stars if I could. Took a long time to get a hood range extension piece, turns out they sent me the wrong one so now I have to go through a huge hassle to see if I can even return it even though it isn’t used, not customer friendly and returns aren’t easy. As an English speaker they hung the phone up on me 10 times as they refused to speak English and when I emailed they replied in French but I am not from Ottawa and recently moved here, I ordered my hood range from CAS in Nepean and for the extension for my AVG hood range I Was directed to this company who treated me unprofessionally and rudely. Not an experience I wish on anyone, very dissatisfied.
