Been here for breakfast.
Nothing special to say. Food was good.
Service could have been better (we were 2 folks, and the person at the counter served an order to the Drive through between my order and my friends one).

One of the few places in the West Island that say 24h service that actually have a 24h drive through

Whoever was serving 11: 15pm Oct 3rd 2023 made an unforgettable meal. Amazing value, the freshest Ingredients. I Salut the exceptional level of diner expertise. Well done.

I did a Hawkesbury run from Montreal on a nice sunny day and I always keep coupons for restaurants on the passenger sun visor side under the sun visor. I throw them away usually, but this time I realized around 12: 00 noon that I didn't have a breakfast and I only had my coffee and I was hungry. So I rattle through the first coupons and I saw the A&W one and pulled into the place and it was very clean with three ladies serving and they were all very nice and by the time I was finishing my lunch around 12: 20 just after the noon hour people started coming in. I was surprised because the burgers and A&W in Montreal aren't particularly good and sometimes they're really actually a rather sad situation. But this burger in hawksbury was actually excellent. Different beef and different content? It certainly seems like a completely different type of burger and it was good. With a fries and a Coke and I was in junk food heaven. It's not often I go for junk food but this one was very nice. The place clean the service. Wonderful! And the three ladies were a good communicators and a great team working there. When I saw the people pour in the team had no problem servicing everybody nicely

Then I accidented and took care of all the business stuff I had to do in Hawkesbury. But I was really surprised that an A&W burger in Hawkesbury was so much better than any of the three places that I've tried in Montreal district in Quebec. So Quebec A&W. You're unnotice, time to improve your burgers. This hawksbury in W has much better burger meat than we have in my own hometown.

I always love root beer and a&w is always the place for me plus the chicken is a real chicken too.

Hamburger froid, ambiance typique de un fast food.service pas fort, me suis fait regarder pour avoir parler le Français et seulement répondu en anglais.me sentais vraiment pas le bienvenue, un endroits a éviter.

Aliments tel qu’attendu. Endroit un peu salé, les tables ne sont pas lavées régulièrement ainsi que le plancher. Commande reçue inexacte, je n’ai pas reçu mes frites tel que commandé initialement

Good location! But I won't eat here again.

Cons: to high prices! For the money you spend on a burger. You should get more stuff on it! Like lettuce onion and more. Not just like your eat your last burger. When you take a combo? You should be allowed to change your frIes for free not pay extra if you want rings.

Pros: place is clean and staff is nice.

Other: save your money and find a Harvey's if you want onion rings. As Harvey's gives it for free. Plus you get to choose what you want on a burger and whatever the amount of stuff you want. Other than that. You can eat at A&W if you want. But you will spend your savings here. Save it and go and find a Harvey's to save and watch out for coupons and save more. Plus you can use your scenes card at Harvey's.

Bonne portion, prix adéquat, bon dans yueule! Le personnel anglophone s'exprime bien en français et vous pouvez être servi dan les 2 langues sans problèmes.

Très déçue du trio hamburger que j'ai commandé: ça ne goutait rien, tellement de laitue que j'ai eu l'impression de manger une salade, pas d'assaisonnement dans le burger. En plus pour avoir une petite sauce épicée pour les frites, il faut payer un surplus. Vive Harvey's.

While I love A&W, food quality is not equal across the different locations and while this location was good in the past my order tonight was very disappointing.

The burgers were cold and the lettuce and other toppings were used very sparingly. The Onion rings were also cold and inconsistently seasoned. Some rings were glad with no seasoning and some were very salty.

In the future, I will choose another burger joint in the area when I'm looking for a good meal.

It's fast food.
Not the best, but it'll save you when you're hungry.

I do believe it's better than McDonald's however. Maybe on par with Wendy's

Très très déçu, à 7$ le burger végé cest tres cher et en plus rendu à la maison on a découvert un gros burger de bœuf avec bacon et fromage. J'ai eu ma leçon: plus jamais aw.

I was very disappointed this time. The fries were like reheated and brown, didn't look freshly made, the beverage was flat, laying bubbles. It wasn't the quality I knew from A&W.

I May not go back again. Very disappointed.

Haven't been to A&W for years and went back after seeing the ad for the Mama Burger. All of a sudden, I remember how good their burgers are! Not the cheapest for fast food level, but, it's totally worth it!

The service yesterday morning was terrible which is a shame cuz I usually love this place but lately its been bad especially in the mornings.
Service wasnt so good, wait time for my food was embarrassingly long, and in the end my order was incorrect ‍️

Definately not service with a smile, the assistant manager who was at the cash register was not particularly friendly, felt like I was annoying him by being there. Ordered using the app, once food was ready the app told me to go get it at the drive though, so I did, then they told me to come inside, and I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get my food. I definitely do not recommend using the app.

Wrong order at drive-in. They also didn't apply rebate. I realized it when I was back at work. I contacted them for a resolution, they said they would look into it in March. Still no answer, and I tried emailing them twice since.

The food is decent but mainly forgettable, it's fine for a quick snack but id prefer other fast food places if I had the choice

The worst service ever. Twice I go there and they charge me the full price instead of the price on the coupon! I'm disapointed

Bon déjeûner mais propreté laisse à désirer (tranche de bacon sous la table). Lait et crème à température ambiante à côté des caisses. La caissière ne nous regarde même pas et j'ai attendu plus de 5 minutes avant qu'elle prenne ma commande. Pas sûre que j'y retournerai.

Not really recommended, hamburgers are small, dry, really disappointing. I have been in a lot of a&w and this one is one of the worst with the one in cure Labelle (Laval). Service was ok, could be more friendly.
The place was clean, until some homeless came in and the whole restaurant was unbreathable. This was not the worst part, the food was.

Fast service when giving the food and the food is good. However takes time for the cashier to be present while theres nothing going on.

Better than most fast food burgers. Decent value. No frills no kid friendly screens. Just decent cheap burgers.

I have never tried the AW beer so i asked if i can taste and the answer was a rude NO. Worse, manager was right beside him and i asked again politely and he keeps sating a rude and dry NO. No sense of customer service

Poor customer service and cheap with fries. 15$ combo and you only get a half bag of fries? That can't be worth more than a dollar. So the burger is 14$? A Lack of pride in their work, Just to get you out fast.

Took forever to even be noticed. Not busy at all. Maybe 5 people in the restaurant and everyone was seated when I entered with their food. 3 people behind the counter walking around in circles like no one wanted to work by taking my order. Was to the point I almost walked out with my family. Sad as it use to have good service here. A&W head office needs to check this place out.

I will not return to the A&W at 3551 Sources Blvd, in Dollard-Des Ormeaux. My husband went to buy us some food, while I took a quick trip to the bathroom. Only one of the two stalls was available to customers (the other was closed for cleaning, probably). The one stall that we could use was so covered in dried, smeared feces all over that I was in shock at this hygiene nightmare. The management needs to make sure that the restaurant is reasonably clean and that customers are treated better!

Serves cold burgers. For the price you'd think they could at least make it hot. Cheese wasn't even melted.

I live there poutine it's amazing but this time it took some time before getting my order I had to wait longer then expected but over all it was a good experience like it.

Had a great breakfast this AM, egg and bacon with a good size coffee. I like the sinks for adults and children within the restaurant to wash your hands before and after your meal. Washrooms clean and well kept, service also prompt, go visit on Sources and Harry Worth going north from Pierrefonds blvd.

So many mistakes. Make sure you check your order before leaving. You can't even call them to complain. Phone number does not exist. And who wants to go back into the car and go back. Never again

Great food very fast sevice and awesome deals. My favorite place to grab a fast dinner. Cant beat it.

The food was good. I had a teen burger and it was exactly like I wanted it to be: fresh and tasty. However, the staff looked gloomy and looked like they didn't wanted to be here.

Washrooms ain't clean I recommend they contact Citron hygene. Also got there at 11 p.m. And they accepted the client's order in front of me but would not accept mine because apparently half of their crew didn't show up so they decided to stop serving customers.

I love A&W burgers. A few weeks ago I placed my order asking for no cheese or mayo on my burger and to give me extra chipotle sauce instead. To my surprise the eager employee decided to charge me 50 cents for the chipotle sauce for each of the 2 burgers. I told him that my order is to hold the cheese (which increases the restaurant's profit on my purchase) and to switch mayo for their chipotle sauce. Why am I being charged for switching to a sauce that I prefer? The employee insisted on charging me, so I cancelled my order and left the drive-thru. MacDonald's and Harvey's lets you have whichever sauce at no additional charge. I'm going there now as a matter of principle, even though I prefer A&W burgers.

I only eat here at like 2 in the morning or something. It's always weird and awkward but I like it. Not the cleanest but it is the openest. And hey cheers to the randoms outside dealing 'antiques' out of their trunk?

Les meilleurs hamburgers du quartier, prix compétitifs, mais le manque de personnel à midi provoque une attente inhabituelle. De plus, le restaurant reste visiblement longtemps sans être rangé ni nettoyé: tables sales, poubelles qui débordent, etc. Pas de cinquième étoile.

Had an issue with my drive-thru order where I changed my coupon at the window and they forgot my rings but was charged correctly (Papa burger w/rings instead of Papa burger w/fries & drink). I called back their No.on the top of the receipt and explained what happened, and since I didn't live far (5min drive) they said I could come back and they even agreed to exchange me for a coffee and blueberry pie at my request (even though they didn't have to). The service here is always great; they even allow expired coupons! Highly recommended for this location in particular

I think this is my favorite fast food.the legendary root beer, the succulent chubby chicken, the scrumptious sweet potato fries with southwest dip, the crispy spiced onion rings and the famous teen burger i recommend vividly. 24h in ddo

Always full and packed. The people there stays for a long time even after finishing their meal. Also full of dirty trays and trash!

I went there around 11pm on a Saturday and ordered 2 teen burgers. The order took a long time even though it wasnt busy. Got the burgers: room temperature (cheese didn't even melt), one strip of overcooked bacon, broken up patty and no tomatoes! Same for my brother's teen burger. An insult to the teen burger name! Took long to get the order so it wasn't worth complaining. Overheard the server telling a customer they ran out of tomatoes. Why weren't they transparent with us about it when we ordered? I hope this isnt their usual practice as I'll avoid this particular location if it is.

We like the taste of the hamburgers but you can taste that the hamburgers are full of salt which is something we should not be eating.
