Great! This is a franchise that’s managed very well! The staff is well trained they work really really hard and they’re really nice, especially Kirk and Rami! The two of them made a great working team. Every restaurant should have great people like this, but it all starts with people who are in charge, it’s one thing to own many restaurants, but what makes it more respectful is the way it’s managed, I’ve been here several times late at night, and the crowd, is not always easy to handle and they have a lot of patience and great work ethics, and great personality and they always make me laugh. You’re very lucky to have them!

Je vous déconseille de restaurant, puisque aujourd'hui j'ai demandé auprès d'une employée d'utiliser les toilettes, elle m'a complètement refusé l'accès sous prétexte que je dois d'abord acheter quelque chose, alors que moi je suis diabétique et j'ai eu une envie pressante.
Donc je ne suis pas satisfait de ce restaurant A&W.

This very good the food but the service It's better, they attended me very quickly and I only saw two people, it's excellent work and attention.

Why is there never enough staff? Like one person has to do it all, that’s not okay. Also don’t advertise hotdogs if you DO NOT have them.

Came here at 3 AM, like 4 employees working and did a great job.
Came here at 5pm, 2 employees working, one of which I think was training. What is this scheduling? Why would you do it like that?
Also, I asked for the root beer in the big cold glass, and was told "why? The drink is already cold" and they poured it in the disposable cup. The bathroom was out of service and the ketchup machine broken.

All in all the A&W at Henri Bourassa is still worse

Bought food and needed to use a restroom.
They are operating a restaurant without a washroom. Which Law allows a restaurant to operate without a washroom. They claim their restroom is not in service. It is always not in service every time you visit this restaurant.

Going for a quick snack? Costumer Service is good, Food is faster, best spot to buy if you're running late!

C'est ma première fois pour cette place de fast food au Canada. J'ai essayé le burger beyond meat en trio, bon et juteux, les frites sont super délicieuses comme fait maison
L'employé était gentil et son service client bien.
Le magasin n'était pas totalement propre surtout les tables! Leur toilette n'est pas ouverte même pas pour les clients même s'il ya un consigne!

J'ai mis 1 étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre plus bas c'est la 3 ieme fois que je vais la et à chaque fois c'est la même chose il y a des erreurs dans ma commande (pas le bon dessert, des cornichons lorsque je dit non etc.) c'est terminé je ne met plus jamais les pieds là-bas

J’ai fait livré et c’était froid, mou, tout défait et j’avais demander sans cornichon et sans tomate et y’en avait! Normalement c’est bon mais livraison c’est fini

The 2 employees working on the 11 april 2022 at 9h30 PM are super cool, they are friendly and improved our general service quality! Will definitely choose this A&W over the other ones in the future, hope you guys get raises! ;) Thanks for the food and the attitude, keep it going!:)

Just ordered a combo with onion rings and was given with burnt rings.i asked the attendant if he can change it and answered that he can't do anything even they will cook again it will be the same. I said that's weird. They cooked the 2nd one and still the same. Omg. I used to work at A&w and we never served burnt rings. Will never come back here!

Horrible service after hours.one cook and one cashier. The cashier was so upset when me and another customer walked in. He instantly walked away from the cash and disappeared for 5mins. I didn't get to place an order after waiting 15mins so I just walked out. Staff overnight needs to be fired

A & w at cote vertu is very bad the employee does not know what is they doing the flavors are very bad and I am very surprised that can a person change the flavors of all ready have been masted to be good as a owner is thinking every thing is well designed so there is no room for error but buddy they are messing up your restaurant and the name of A& W

Pretty bad food for the price, $10 for a trio of small, chicken tenders, and a small fry.

Staff was kind especially the male at the front, taking on order after order while still being friendly. They were definitely understaffed with only 2 employees and a crazy line up.

Was very hard and there was little sauce in it.

Not only that, it was quite expensive.

This place is low on staff it seems, they are going one customer at a time.
There are a lot of people going in to order food and it gets a bit crowded.

One awesome thing though was the male employee who took my order. He was super kind and very calm despite all of the orders coming in.
He handled it like a champ, props to him.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STAR. I got half my order and realised when I got home.i tried calling the store, but it said it only answers to msg and even when I msg I got no answer. My kids were upset and it cased Kaos in my house. Thanks for ruining dinner as well as jot even answering to resolve the issue

I am a vegetarian. I tried their Beyond Meat burger. I had ordered via Door Dash.

The burgers were good.

However what I liked the most was they followed my instructions perfectly. I had asked them not to put lettuce, or mustard, or ketchup, or mayonnaise in the burger. And they did exactly as requested! Highly impressed.

Best places for fast food in Montreal. Very cheap, delicious, very fast service, great service.

J'ai commandé avec door dash. Nous somme le 2octobre il est 2: 46am. J'ai reçu la mauvaise commande et aucun article ne correspond à ce que j'ai payé. Je les appel et ça raccroche directement. Sérieux c'est du gros n'importe quoi!

Encore une fois, un hamburger au fromage qui manque son fromage. Est-ce trop automatisé que la commande passé à la cuisine par informatique se perd en chemin? L'employé fut bien sympathique à la cause mais A&W a cette fâcheuse habitude d'oublier un item.

By far one of the best AW ive been. Crew are always nice and polite, food ALWAYS fresh and hot, and the place is always clean.

Would had like to see a more varied menu with some details about what the specific burgers contain, as A&W are known for having different ways of preparing the same burgers at different locations. Nonetheless, the meal was tasty. Thank you very much

The staff and the service is very very poor, admament staff, still at the time of covid 19 they are using bare hands to prepare burgers. I saw it on 2020.05.05 at 11.38am when I went to buy a coke. The staff doesn't even behave in a professional way they are just rough and tough unhygienic way of preparation the food from AEW is always good except this kind of staff

The food was good, but the service was all right, the employees felt like they rather be anywhere else. Understandable as it was 11pm on a Saturday but still. On the other hand, The young black employee that seemed to have just started his shift felt really bright and happy thau so good on yah!

They charge you money for eating there more than 20 min and they want you to provide receipt for washroom use. Unbelievable too that they will call cops on people who stay longer than 20 min wow so disappointment

Service is quick and the restaurant is clean. I like the food. And the location is super convenient.

Ordered this place via UberEats. Estimated delivery time was 15-25mins. I ordered two combos at approx 8: 15pm, they arrived at 9: 15pm. The food obviously sat around for at least 15mins, waiting for a driver. The ice in the coke was already melted. Fries were cold and hard. For one burger, I requested condiments on the side. The request was not completed. If you eat at this place in person, don't be surprised if you have to ask them to remake an item. They won't even attempt to provide quality food for their delivery customers.

Excellent location, great to grab a bite after you've arrived by metro and waiting for your bus. It's literally at the bus stop. The food is superb of course, it's A&W after all. Anything we've ordered thus far has been very well executed. The downsides? Due to the convenient location, it can be very busy and in consequence, it's one of the dirtier A&W outlets I've seen, although the staff works extra hard trying to keep up cleaning after the customers. Theft can be an issue here as well, again due to the busy nature of this location, and there are signs duly posted to warn the customers.

I like that dude that works the over night shifts. He knows my order Everytime I walk in. Takes about 5 minutes and I'm out with my veggie burger. Blessss

It's right outside the Cote vertu subway station. Very convenient, and the staff us always courteous. Populated with teenagers in afternoon, but the staff is always quick to kick the slackers and those teen who are just waiting for the bus. I recommend.

No tray, no ice in drinks, cold fries and microwaved burger = will not com back. Not the A&W hamburgers I am used to!

At this A&W they had the buck at -12 or something. My rootbeer was really cold and a bit icy. The food was delicious as always.
