A&W Canada

La nourriture est bonne, mais quand je commande sur uber eats de ce A&W y'as TOUJOURS de quoi de pas correct. Soit quelque chose manque ou c'est pas la bonne affaire. J'ai jamais laissé un mauvais commentaire d'un restaurant donc ça m'en prend pour venir écrire. Éviter de commander le soir.

Twice now, I’ve ordered a breakfast wrap and they didn’t include any bacon. Lame.

I’m a fan of A&W, so it’s disappointing when they make mistakes like this.

This place could be anything else but a real A&W:
1- Miserable customer service at counter with stupid attitude (speaking on the phone with airpods while serving customers)
2- Dirty kitchen and dining space, and broken W. C to wash your hands (good luck if you don't have hand sanitizer)
3- Food tasted nothing like the real known A&W burgers (wrong burgers served, fries tasted like curry flavoured and burger buns were wet.)

Avoid this place if you want clean, fresh and warm food.

Ordered for pickup through the app, they claimed to never had received it even though I showed them the receipt and proof. Said they couldnt refund me, hey seemed lost and un knowledgeable. Manager also couldnt do anything. Poor service, poor quality and poor management.paid 10$ and never got my food.

Les drink, les frites et le poulet sont très mid, mais les burgers sont fou (surtout quand tu reviens tard d’une soirée)

Management, you need more staff. Two people is just not enough to run the place. People are waiting, the place is dirty, and it’s not the employees fault. It’s management.

It’s a great a and w in terms of quality but there’s a kitchen manager, I can’t figure out if he’s paid to work there or what’s going on. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. He legit has his feet on the counter 3 of five times that I go there (late on weekends). Tall guy, legit would close the resto just for him. It’s bizarre. Otherwise great

Horrible service. Super unwelcoming. We finished our exam and all ate here. We came back so that our friend can eat because he finished his exam later and we didn’t want him to eat alone. They kicked us out very disrespectfully with zero patience.

I was 3rd in line and waited 20 minutes just to place my order. Then another 20 to receive it. Nobody was even trying to be efficient.

The food is good and what you would expect. The place was nice and tidy! What a beautiful restaurant.

Restaurant difficile d'accès aux fauteuils roulants ou poussettes à bébés car rampe excessivement inclinée (impossible de se propulser en fauteuil manuel, besoin d'aide d'autres clients, et les portes doubles sont mal distancées donc ça oblige à "défoncer" la seconde porte pour entrer, les boutons poussoirs JAMAIS fonctionnels et JAMAIS d'employé pour venir aider. Régulièrement brisé des accessoires sur mon fauteuil motorisé à cause de cela.
Préférable d'y aller l'été pour la terrasse (mais pas de service aux tables ni d'aide pour apporter notre repas dehors donc bataille incontournable avec les portes)
Attitude bête et froide des employés.

Update: I have been living around this store for 3 years … I have never seen a staff that is responsive and active. And no I don’t mean the same person being dull repeatedly. No matter who is serving you here. You will always get slowest service. Today after waiting for 7 minutes and being the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store I got SOGGY FRIES and paper bags to dine in because they don’t give trays after 6pm (never heard this rule before!)

Ordered through Über once. The order was accepted and my credit card was charged. Order was displayed ready to so I went to pick it up. To my surprise, the store was closed! But apart from that experience, food is usually good and staff is friendly.

Blue lights in the bathroom kinda give the vibe as to where it's positioned. Nonetheless, food is good, service is quick.

Don't bother coming here. Staff probably have depression (I understand) but the service is slow and food tastes bland. Needs new management and a raise to motivate them.

The tables were very dirty and the service was bad, the bathroom was filthy not going back there

I can’t get over how dirty the washroom was. The floors were filthy and sticky. It is lit with BLUE lightbulbs only. Condiments were poorly stocked. I don’t expect much from fast food places but franchises have standards. Just wanted management to know.

They advertise all-day breakfast but the staff refuse to make it. Often saying the have no eggs but one time she outright admitted she just didn't feel like it. Yikes.

Love this a&w! However i feel like there’s been a bit less sauce in the burgers and wraps:/ still My favourite midnight snack, thanks for being 24H ️

This A&W not only have rude employees as mentioned by others, but also doesn't provide receipt in the orders and charge different amount for the same order to each other customer. It is totally ILLEGAL in Canada. Someone needs to correct the issue ASAP.

Alors avoir un super concept de verre givré pour les boissons est top.
Encore faut-il que les verres et le congelé ne serve qu'à la décoration.
De temps en temps nettoyer les tables surtout en temps de covid c'est vraiment le minimum.
Parler français n'est pas un luxe non plus.
Je trouve les sandwich de cette chaîne vraiment bonne dommage qu'il n'y ai que ça de bon finalement.

Each time we walk in to this one particular and clearly request the cashiers to not put any bacon inside the sandwiches, they also reassures that there won’t be any bacon. But the opposite happens. Only one sandwich out of four won’t have any bacon, the rest will have it. Please check if all your orders are correct before walking out this restaurant. Don’t walk out by trusting them blindly

I got a beyond meat burger and made sure to specify to the cashier not to put any mayo or cheese in it and she did mention it on the order. When i got my burger i was very exited to eat it because the burger looked very fresh and hot as well as the onion rings. When i went in for my first bite tho i noticed that there was indeed mayo in the burger and no pickles or onions. I was very dissapointed. Like i love pickles and didnt even get one slice. Staff needs to pay more attention to order details.

I used to like it. But now the orders are not what they're suppose to be. Plus now with the pandemic, they don't wear right the mask. Or like the previous time no gloves or mask at all! Food is overdone.

Service rapide. Les burgers sont excellents, comme dans tous les A&W! Les toilettes sont sales, comme dans la plupart des A&W.

Service is great. Staff is great, and the store is always clean. They screwed up the order by giving me a spicy chicken instead of the chubby, but were very prompt in correcting the mistake. I order the Oncle burger; it's one of my favs and always lives up to my cravings.

Fake advertisement. It say's Ouvert 24h. When we went there on a saturday at 3am. They said they had no more meat. They didn't want to serve us nothing. They just don't want to be there. They insisted they had nothing to cook back there in the kitchen. If it was the case, then they should close the place so that no one comes in. Horrible service. I wouldn't even give a star if that was an option.

The food is what you expect, but it took over 10 minutes of standing at the front of the line before they took my order. I know because I was watching my coupon code count down wondering if It would expire before they took my order (they’re active 20 minutes).

Every time I go in the customer service is terrible, the cashiers are so rude it’s extremely awkward. Like it would be nice to get a “hello” and “have a nice day” instead of a death stare. Also they should get rid of the open 24h sign because it’s not.

Food is standard but agree with most other clients that say staff is dismissive/rude. The place has also not been open 24 hours for a long time. They have a board up now with open hours but they dont make sense. Sunxay to wednesday 6Am to midnight, but Thursday says open 24 hours. Starting from when exactly, because if you show up wednesday at midnight (technically Thursday at that point) They're closed. Pretty sure the night shift has just been closing at night to not work and get paid. Neon 24 hour sign above door is false advertising.

Mal chauffé en hivers. Employé non-chalent. Non-respect de l'uniforme. Bouffe très bof (par comparaison avec d'autre A&W)

Chemical free and hormonal free foods in every restaurant chain.
Sweet potato fries delish with spicy chipotle mayo. Also the root beer is delish.

Rude customer service, nobody was smiling when taking orders. Also the floors were a mess and very slippery. Didn’t bother going to the washroom as it would probably be dirtier

AMENDED: this location’s service went downhill. The level of care by employees decreased and they’re VERY stingy with any extras you’d like.

ORIGINAL: Very friendly staff, clean space and tables. The terrace is spacious and nice.

They messed up my delivery order (no extra drink and missing burger contents) and made it my problem asking me what they are supposed to do about it.

They messed up my order. It didn't have anything to do with the delivery service I used. They didn't deliver a second drink that I payed for they didn't add all of the extras I payed for my burger and then when I call to complain they say "how am I supposed to send it now that it has already been delivered? " well I don't care how you will do it. Just do it. I ordered it because I have two broken bones and two metal implants and it was snowing and I didn't want to risk it. How is your problem of giving me poor service my problem? I already did a formal complaint and waiting to be contacted. We will see if you respond the same way after you find out I'm taking legal actions.

Lost my appetite after my visit to the toilet. Whatever you do, do not go to the toilet. It is so dirty and to make it worse, I reported the condition to the guys but they ignored me like they heard nothing.

Service very slow & the girls at the counter are very rude. The Indian girl is nice though, but the others, it seems you are disturbing them when you try to place an order.
The place is always messy & dirty. Toilets omg better not go there!

Are we sure this is called 24h? Around 11pm i came to order beyond meat combo asked for a poutine no more ok fine ask for sweet paptoes non left wooow ok lets take onion rings jokes on me NO MORE! Woow ok so what do you have left? Fries? Hummm no thanks bye just killed my hole vibe!

Excellent service by the cashier but cheap portions. Literally got 7 onion rings (side of onion rings for 3.89). More than one occasion ordered from here and they cheap to the max on the sides.
