Wish they gave more fries, but their burger was really good. Their sprite is also top tier.

J’ai en général un très bon service à l’auto rapide et sympthique. Les burgers ont vraiment bon gout dans ce resto et sont en général frais, pas comme dans d’autres resto de la franchise. Je recommande celui-ci.

We went drive thru, ordered $46.66 worth of food. Waited 25min, my partner went inside to follow up only to find out that they forgot about us waiting outside. When we got home, found out that we have missing orders. Super bad service!

Devant mon étonnement, la caissière m'a dit de "virer de bord" avec un ton hautain et en roulant des yeux.
Je lui ai poliment de "changer l'heure sur la porte" et elle m'a répondu "peut être un jour" en me pointant la sortie.

I barely go to fast food restaurants, but whenever I do I usually go to A&W because of how good the food is. Today the service was horrible, initially I ordered two chubby burger combo and a poutine and instead I get 3 beef sandwich combo, and I went through without looking at the order. I get the smell of beef while I'm driving away and check in my bag and I have received the wrong order so I go back and wait in the long line again, and I told the situation to the employee and she gave me the correct order and let me keep the wrong order (which I gave it away to an individual sitting alone because I was going to throw it away anyways), I only check from above this time, and I see the chubby burgers so in my mind I say to myself "okay I got the right order this time". So I head back home open the bag and the poutine is missing. I'm not going to disclose the timing or the individual, but please give your employees better training, and I got a lesson that I should always check no matter the situation.

One of the best fast-food joint, their food tastes fresher than other places, the meat is tastier and the toppings are too. I would suggest looking at their coupons website for good deals on combos and family options.

My favourite fast food restaurant. This location is spot on. The food is always good and fresh. The service is very descent. I definitely recommend.

One of the worst branches ever, I was there on 22th of October at 11.30 pm approx, customer service was below zero, it was actually silent service since the person on the cash didn't bother to talk a word, Food was cold, onion rings were sinked in oil not once but clearly twice (to heat them up, whoever works in a restaurent will know what I mean), a very very bad experience in this branch, cold food oily sinked rings and below zero customer service.it's a shame cuz it has never happened to me in any other branch of the amazing A & W franchises

Get to the drive thru at 1: 50 on Saturday night, no one answers. Finally someone comes to the door after knocking j don't know how many times, and she said they stop serving at 1am. Why don't you update ur hours instead of letting ppl drive all the way there for no reason?

Worst A&W I've ever been too. Bad service. Never have what you want. Didn't even have meat. Only chicken. Will not go back.

Bon resto bien et bon simple. De la commande a la bol rien n’a dire tous c’est dérouler selon se que la nature avait planifié.

Pire service a vie que j'ai vu 45 minutes pour se faire servir au service au volant en plus la nourriture était froide pas de liqueur en fontaines de aucune des sortes et ça tout pris pour avoir une bouteille en plastique a la place car les employés ne sont pas capables d'aller changer les recharges de liqueurs honnêtement je n'y retournerai plus jamais et comme on dit une entreprise c'est très difficile a gardé en vie mais c'est plus facile de la faire fermer donc au propriétaire ou au gérant change d'employés ou met la clé dans la porte car sa manque vraiment de gestion j'ai déjà travaillé dans un A&W et jamais un de mes patrons aurait accepté sa donc je vais aller encourager un autre restaurant et si j'aurais été capable de mettre moins 5 étoiles je l'aurai fait mais on est obligé de mettre une étoile

J'aurais mis 0 étoile mais malheureusement ce n'est pas possible. Service à la clientèle vraiment médiocre. La caissière ne prend même pas les commandes sous pretexte qu'elle est débordé. Aucun respect. Vraiment si vous voulez un service humain n'allez pas là.

Venu vers 3h ce samedi, le resto était tranquille, mais j'ai recu une longue attente pour 2 burger et un mauvais service de la part des caissières

Tout était froid et même le restaurant était froid il prépare d'avance quand il n'y a pas de client donc quand tu arrivé il te servent ce qui était là très très déçu je ne recommande pas du tout

Probably the best fast food franchise (in general) in all of Canada. This specific location has excellent service and the food is always hot and fresh.

Everything is great but the past 3 times I've been they keep messing up the order. They keep switching the onion rings I order for fries.

If ordering drive thru make sure you have everything before you pull off. If in the restaurant, enjoy a seat near the window on the "BANQUETTE"!

Loved that they have vegan options. Their beyond burger is way better than the vegetarian burger. Wish I could go back to have it again. Their onion rings were a bit on the oily side but so glad to have a place the whole family can stop and everyone can enjoy something.

Everytime I come here I wait forever and they always and I mean always screw up my order even when I repeat it to them ten times, legit the worst service ever.

Pas mangeable, j'aime manger chez a&w, mais pas à celui la, ça fait 2 fois que j'y vais, les 2 fois pas bon.
