Either the men’s washroom has been closed and out of service for months.
One time all 3 washrooms were closed completely and no reason. People were going outside and doing their job behind the building.
Now only the Women’s washroom is open and it’s just a single washroom for one person at a time. This was on the washroom doors.

Ordered Door fash from here tonight. The Sprite had no syrup in it, it was soda water. Great job A&W.

I ordered a poutine and 4 burgers. The poutine was half portion…. I can’t believe they even charge for this. Burgers barely warm…
1.15 CAD for the extra bacon….

The breakfast food was not fresh, all the fried items were dry and hard, but the cashier guy was very friendly

Repas à emporter. Déjà la personne ne connaissait pas ses hamburgers. Puis elle ne comprenait rien à nos question.
La préparation de la commande a plus qu’été baclé. Je ne conseille pas du tout ce restaurant. On ira dans un autre a&w la prochaine fois! Là où ils savent travailler!

Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 13 août 2023. Le service de nuit était terrible! J'ai reçu des emballages dans mon hamburger que j'ai d'abord pris pour des oignons, mais j'ai ensuite réalisé qu'il s'agissait d'emballages de nourriture. Cela m'a donné la nausée! La personne qui commandait le repas ne disait ni bonjour ni merci. L'hygiène alimentaire et l'attitude du personnel sont terribles!

J'ai passé une commande très simple au service au volant: un trio double mozza burger SANS bacon. J'arrive chez moi et qu'est-ce qu'il y a dedans? Bien sûr du bacon. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer comment vous pouvez faire une erreur dans une commande aussi simple? Est-ce que c'est parce que vos employés n'écoutent pas ou il ne savent pas comment entrer "no bacon" dans l'ordi ou? Incroyable

Got food today. $70. Ordered some mushroom sandwiches. No joke, 3 mushrooms and maybe 2 sautéed onions. Meat wasn't fresh. Last time.

Excellent service! J'y suis allé à plusieurs reprises et le service est EXCELLENT. Particulièrement sur l'heure du Déjeuner. La première fois dans un ''fastfood'' que je vois un employer prendre l'initiative de faire re-refaire la commande, car il a jugé que les œufs n'étaient pas bien faits. Et ce, sans que l'on ai besoin de le demander. Et la qualité est nettement supérieure à la marque du ''clow jaune''. JE ne sais pas qui est le gérant de ce restaurant, mais garder vos employer, ils sont super efficaces et transmettent toutes mes félicitations

Très cher pour ce qu'ont nous sert! 5.50 $ pour une rondelles d'oignons pas cuite les oignons durs et tout collé ensemble comme une balle de softball vraiment dégoûtant! Le service ordinaire, la place est vide et je comprends pourquoi!

Vous êtes supposé être ouvert 24 heures. Qu’est-ce que vous faites avec une porte barrée à 7 heures am? Faudrait peut-être que vous respectiez vos heures d’ouverture. Si on veut un déjeuner en allant au travail. Faudrait que vous vous forciez un peu pour débarrer la porte pour qu’on puisse entrer. Puis invoquez pas le manque d’employés. J’ai pu en compter 7 a l’intérieur

I was charge bacon and cheese when ordered cheese only and when mentioned to the cashier she went to the kitchen counter took out the bacon brought back my burger and gave it to me.which is kind of ok I guess (unless I was muslim) but then when I mentioned to her that she had charged over she told me that itwas the same price. (liar) after I ate my lunch I asked to see the person in charge (Micha) to ask me if that was true and he replied to me "she was polite with you".
!?
And so was I.but the problem is that she lied to me because she doesn't want to do her job properly and this manager clearly isn't doing is either.

Anyway you get what you overpay for!

One of best A&W in a 10 miles radius, IMHO.
Quality of food, timely and friendly service (tho' doesn't feel rushed).
Mostly drive through these days, but prepandemic the place was sparkling clean.

I'm visiting from the US and wanted something comfortable. I was able to order in English and the food was much better than the Wisconsin version. I don't normally eat fast food but I would definitely recommend the Oncle Burger with onion rings.

The white lady with blond hairs don’t know to talk with customers. Our order missing few items and also received substitute of what we’ve ordered.

I order a combo with a Pepsi she gave me root beer.i went her for Pepsi.she very rude with me.i can pay for another drink.but she was shouting on as. (white old lady) ….: (

If you like your food hot, go somewhere else, if you like your food cold and take twice as long as anywhere else to get your food, you've come to the right place

J'y vais régulièrement, les mets sont toujours bons, chauds et le personnel patient et très poli.

Toujours bon et le personnel est très gentil. Il est arrivé à deux occasions où la pâte des rondelles d'oignon de détachent facilement mais vraiment pas très grave.

Just ordered 2 momma burgers, 2 mozza burgers and a poutine from here and what we got is 3 single patty burgers with absolutely nothing on then. No toppings to condiments no anything. They are all barely warm and when we call to complain they tell us to deal with it…

Déjeuner dans un fast food mais servi dans de la vrai vaisselle, ustensile et café dans une tasse. J'ai bien aimé.

Service was mediocre, the entire staff seemed to be lost. Onion rings were so greasy as to be almost inedible. The root beer was almost flat. The teenburgers were barely ok but might have been better if we could have eaten them when they were still hot but we had to wait almost ten minutes for the onion rings so by the time we got to them they were just warm.

Then there was the bill. Can someone tell me how a special for two teenburgers, rings and Root beer at 14.99 ends up costing $20.43?

We can't figure it out. I could go on, but what would be the point? I waited two days to post this because I needed to cool off a little bit. Anyways, I won't be going back to that location again.

Good burgers, Vegetables fresh. I only wish more variety on the menu and some interesting desserts.

I like the changes made on their burgers, This location is quite new and the facility is customer and children friendly. I like it.

J'ai trouvé intéressant les 2 lavabos dans la salle à manger près des poubelles.
Je n'ai pas aimer l'attitude du chef d'équipe qui était présent.

Egger was a mess, bacon horrible. Hashbrown was cold in the middle. Loud annoying music. The staff were all friendly and helpful, though.

The place was very clean and there wasn't a lot of people. I enjoy the fact that there's two sinks in the dining room so you can wash your hands without having to go to the washrooms. The staff could have been a bit more friendly (kept their conversation between each other while taking my order)

Out of all the A&W's this one ranks #1in my books.great breakfast and for all the rest of the menu, just as my rating, it gets let's not forget the service and staff

Excellent déjeuner classique! Les jaunes d'oeufs sont énormes! Le café succulent. Le service excellent et efficace. Hautement recommandé!
