Used to be better. Some of the new staff are just plain rude. Update: it's still slow for driver's. Update: getting worse. So of you order from here expect loong wait times.

I'm never going there again. They slap the burgers together without paying attention to what goes inside. I wanted to go there a few times before I wrote this review. And every time I went I was disappointed, not only by the food but the service is equally terrible. They should shape up their employees and also the ones putting your meal together. P. S. Don't get sweet potato fries.they are always undercooked.

The breakfast was very good and the service was very fast. This was 5 years ago.

A big one star. Completely the opposite of my top review.

It took 20 minutes for the food to be ready, received the wrong burger, the app to order from the car did not work, received eat in order instead of take out.

3 times now I have gone and all they have is chubby chickens. I drive from Chelsea quite often and I will NOT be going back.

Super slow service, i understand there is new employee’s and tired employee’s but it shouldn’t play with the clients time…20 minutes for 2 coffee’s, food and drinks are warm and great but they need to upper their service and speed.

Waited over 30 minutes for food I never got! Car behind me backed up out of drive thru after his order was done and left. Truck in front of me waited 20 minutes at window with 0 acknowledgment and finally left but with no food. I pull up, guy is inside taking care of Uber orders, after 5 minutes, I honk so I can let him know truck left, guy doesn’t acknowledge me. I watch him taking Uber order and loading up those orders (at least 5 orders were made while I was in drive thru as I saw at least that many drivers go into the restaurant and leave with orders so I finally drive off after at least a 30 minute waiting experience.

Unprofessional bunch. Given attitude and denied a service request when I asked for lettuce wrap "no we can't do that" without any explanation I ask and "because we don't ave enuff lettuce" wouldn't have that problem if the staff knew how to make a lettuce wrap to begin with. It starts with not using a whole head of lettuce to make one burger-lettuce wrap. Won't be going back, much better service at other locations. Do yourself the favor and skip this one.

I love the burgers at this restaurant but I'm really getting fed up with this location closing the kitchen down at 4am. I don't have very many options early in the morning so if you cant be open 24/7 don't advertise being open 24/7

Yikes super slow service and the place was really dirty. They served us fries that were sitting under the heat lamp for at least 30 mins (likely longer) as that's how long we waited to get our order and they were there when we ordered. I understand that businesses are struggling with staff but it's unfortunate to pay that much for a meal and it really not meet expectations. The staff were also clearly overwhelmed.

J'aime le root beer avec un Mama burger de temps en temps. C'est propre, bien géré. J'ai le droit.

Restaurant propre.
Personnel gentil, bon service.
Nourriture chaude et délicieuse.

Je suis allé au A&W à la commande à l’auto et j’ai demandé d’avoir les chubby burger au poulet cuits fraîchement puisqu’il était tard, l’employé m’a fait attendre plus de 10 minutes, qui est un temps raisonnable. En revenant à la maison, la nourriture n’était pas mangeable.

Order from Uber had extremely hot peppers on the chicken burger. None of the menu items even have this. Why am I getting this on my food, when I didn’t ask for it/it isn’t even an ingredient on your menu? Waste of money

Ordered a mama burger after a long night at work on my way home, it was handed to me as the cashier was giving me back my change. The burger was ice cold, burger patty was dried out, cold slice of cheese thrown on it. This was on a Saturday night, no one in the restaurant or in drive thru other than myself. I find it absolutely unacceptable that this is the product being served at your establishment in Aylmer. I live a 2 minute drive away. Gone way down hill since you opened. Waste of my hard earned money and time! Will never go back!

We stop here almost every Friday when going up to the family cottage. We have lots of experience.

So the burgers are normally warm and on point.

The staff is great, they're quick and friendly.

My gripe is over the onion rings. Its really a hit or miss and more often, it is a miss. This time it is bad to the point that I must review it for others to see.

Pretty much all the onion rings were doubled/tripled. Meaning they throw a clump of onion slices in the batter and then deep fry them that way. This creates excessively large onion rings with a very thin layer of fried batter. Nobody wants to eat them like that, we want batter and that famous A&W spice. The onion to batter ratio is way off.

I'll continue going and post every time the onion rings are bad. If this persists, I'll complain to corporate because I don't want to have to ask them to redo them all the time.

If the owner reads this, could you please consider re-training your staff for the rings. It would be appreciated.

Ok do not order from this place through Doordash. I was charged $47 American dollars and they deliver 2 root beers which I didnt even order. Oh and it took them 2 hours to arrive with 2 sodas! I can't even rate the food as it wasn't delivered. I can't even fathom anyone looking at this order and daring to deliver 2 drinks with a receipt of $5.00 but charge $47 on my debit card. That is some major tip there! Stay clear is my recommendation.

I also decided to give them an in person chance and dropped by to order a vanille shake. They said, "we don't have vanille" and force an awful strawberry shake instead. Now let me ask, how do they make a root beer float without vanille ice cream? Is this an A&W or not? I sure as heck don't think the chain would suppport an A&W without vanille ice cream! Perhaps they should change the name.

Very inefficient staff.could not finalized a gift card I purchased with my meal order, after 3 employees at the cash. I canceled my gift card purchase.
Went back following week for lunch.was handed my meal.no napkins included.waited while the employee took the next drive in order till finally giving me napkins
