Great service from the late night staff. Very friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately I was missing my fries with my order but the service made up for it! Thank you!

Excellent service. The Latin boy is very kind and cordial. I recommend the sweet potatoes and the burger.

Probably won’t be ordering from here again, at least not late. Not sure what happened but the food I got last night tasted so bad, old and overcooked maybe? Tasted like rubber or something. Onion rings were undercooked pretty undercooked and the batter was all dry and flaking off. And I got a coffee instead of root bear lol.

Today the cashier tried to scam me and pocket my $12.30 change! He was making small talk trying to distract me, I couldn't even get a chance to upgrade my fries to onion rings. He said I cannot change the fries when using a coupon which is not true, I've done it at other locations.
Then he played dumb when I asked for my change. The lady in the kitchen seemed to be on it too, as she was acting awkwardly.
Avoid this location at all cost. They try to withhold your CHANGE!

The place is a bit messy. The tables were not clean, so I had to improvise and clean myself the table I wanted to sit it. Sitting outside is not agreeable to me since a lot of traffic passes in front. But besides that, nice burgers and nice employees.

Came back. Today the place was clean. No messy tables. Food always nice and employees very polite and nice.

La bouffe était excellente. Tout ce que l'on a droit de s'attendre de A&W Les frites et les rondelles d'oignons étaient cuites à la perfection.

I have their "beyond meat" veggie burger a few times a week. (Without cheese to keep it vegan) It's a healthy part of a vegan/veggie diet. Best burger option for sure. Get it!

The waiter/cashier had no energy, was very impolite. After I ordered, my food was still not ready, but she put my
root bear, for 10 minutes, outside. Naturally, in this heat, I would like to drink a cold root bear (its your advertisement). She acted bad when I asked her to replace my root bear which according to your ad has a -15 degree guarantee.

I told her if you dont like your job, change your job.
It is not our fault that we eat here.

Pour le prix sérieusement les Burger font dure excellent services par contre nourriture zéro

My chicken buddy burger was raw in the middle! I am disgusted. I’m never going back to this location again.

Why would we need to pay 4 dollars for fries when I'm already paying for the combo? It means that when ordering a mozza combo you'll have to pay about 17 dollars before tax, this is insane, I'm never going to pay that much

Have you had A&W before? Have you been in an A&W before? Then you already know what's up. Service was good. Food was fresh and quick. Tasted exactly as it should (higher tier fast food) Main dining room seemed clean enough. Did not use the bathroom for obvious reasons.

The girl with the edges and long hair was rude and gave me the worst customer service ever! Didn’t even talk to me and slammed my order on the counter. If you dont like your job then quit.

You know how they always encourage you to use the mobile app for pickup etc? Well I bought into the "hype" and did exactly that, only to wait for an hour in store waiting for my order, to realize my order was ready 30 mins ago but no employee bothered to call my name.

The mozza I ordered was dry and unedible. The patty was worse than McDonalds and that’s an achievement. If you want a decent burger, go anywhere else. A&W has gone stupidly downhill in the last few years. This is the 4th time in a year that I go to an A&W in Montreal only to be super disappointed by the quality and service.

I arrived and waited for 4 minutes to order, and while I was IN THE MIDDLE OF ordering it turned 11 and the cook refused to make the breakfast menu. Absolutely terrible. Cook was a tall male with a beard
I should add there was only 1 other customer in the building.

I went to A&W on St Catherine's, Montreal. For a Coffee Then I Went to the Restroom, I Never Seen so many Syringes/Needles On the Floor!

This location is amazing and unlike the one in Atwater they are friendly and fast. Like than 5 minutes my papa burger combo was ready.

Un fast food canadien avec un concept intéressant de taille de burger (baby, mama, papa …) Mais bien souvent tenu par des gens qui parlent très mal ou pas du tout le français … et l’anglais!

J’y suis allé et au bout de 3 minutes, mes burgers étaient prêts, extrêmement chauds et délicieux; les caissiers et les cuisiniers sont très ouverts et souriants, très belle équipe, je vous le conseille vivement, hâte d’y retourner!
