The building is wood frame construction. Noise from above can be a significant source of disturbance.

The pool/hot tub had an odour of urine. There are no washroom near the pool and people are drinking in the pool. 2 + 2 I suppose.

Room service is an extra $25 each time.

There is a shuttle to the slopes which is a plus. Otherwise it is about a 20 min drive. 10 min walk to downtown Mont Tremblant.

I'd stay here again for the right price. Consider booking directly for the best support from the hotel.

Que de déception, un groupe de jeune accompagner d'adulte, on courru et crier dans les corridor toute la journée et ce jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit pour ne pas dire au petite heure du matin, aucun respect pour les autres invités, aucune supervision des adultes présents, après plusieurs plaintes, aucun changement dans les comportements, une expérience très décevantes. Aucun dédommagement offert si je ne l'aurais pas mentionner, pour ce qui a été offert, non merci, dommage cars l'accueil était très chaleureux et les chambres très propres et confortable.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Mont Tremblant. 12 mins away from the village anf Gondola. The hotel seems newly built. Great breakfast cafe inside the hotel too.

We went to Mont Tremblant to celebrate my birthday and stayed at this hotel. Close to activities. We found it to be a clean and quiet hotel, in addition to its beautiful view of the town.
Regarding the service: My wife got up to get breakfast and the boy who served her did not seem to care about providing good service, my wife spent more than 10 minutes waiting for her order to be taken and the boy did not pay attention to her because he was flirting with another hotel client.
For everything else, great to rest.

The hotel is like new. Very modern, very well maintained and very beautiful. It's 15min drive from mon tremblant. So not the greatest. They have a great outdoor jacuzzi. They don't offer free breakfast. Maybe I'm just used to American hotels. Some of the hotel policies aren't good. They close the adult only time portion of the jacuzzi at 10: 30pm. Why? There's no lifeguard anyway. Why take away the only entertainment from the adults? Why not keep it open 24hrs a day? The snack bar closes at 2 or 3am. Why? The receptionist is there 24hrs. They close the beautiful lounge at 9 along with the Cafe. Why is the lounge owned by the Cafe and not by the hotel?

Personnel sympa, lieux propres, jolie vue sur la montagne, piscine chauffée extérieur et spa sec appréciable. Petit hic, de ma chambre on entend l'autoroute et le système de chauffage est très bruyant.

C’est dommage, j’ai appeler pour avoir des renseignements sur une réservation et une employé du service a la clientèle ma répondu: je ne m’obstinerai pas avec vous et a raccroché au nez. Pourtant je voulais juste vérifier qu’il y avais pas une erreur sur mon prix car le prix affiché de mon achat d’indiquait pas de surplus. Pour un premier contact, je suis déçu de ce service.

Second time we're staying on this hotel and it is amazing. Amenities are good, as well as location. The hot tub is making its magic, our kids just love it.
Tha bar is nice and affordable. And more of that, you have tobogans nearby.
Will we rent the room again? For sure.

We loved this hotel! It's our new go-to when staying in Mont Tremblant. The staff was very welcoming, it's beautiful, the room was very spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, huge tv, great shower pressure and nice toiletries. The dry sauna and heated pool were much appreciated after a day spent skiing. It's clean with a great location, 15min drive to Mont Tremblant, 10min walk to restaurants.

So we had a trip planned here. Our motorcycle broke down on the way. We called and they would not cancel our reservation. So we moved it out a few weeks. Then the date we picked we could not go due to work. They would not allow use to change it. We tried a week out. Instead they just billed use $900 and said to bad. Don’t stay here stay away the manger is rude and greedy. We would have payed a fee not a problem but the full amount. That’s pure greed stay away. This tells you there business ethics money and money alone

Hôtel très bien située, prix abordable, stationnement et internet gratuit. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse au 3 ieme étage avec vue vers la montagne. Le service était parfait et on savait à l’avance que pour un séjour de 2 nuits, qu’il n’y aurait pas de service de chambre. Plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied (5 a 10 minutes) sur la rue principale.

Bel hôtel mais il faut demander une chambre côté village sinon vue sur autoroute.
Belle chambre tout confort et lit très confortable.
La personne à la cafétéria est très agréable et très aimable. La personne à l'accueil le matin est tout juste aimable.

Envoyer sur les roses a l’accueil quand on demande pourquoi. Il fallait demander 24 heures avant pour que le lit soit refait. (mais personne ne le dit a l’accueil) sinon hôtel tres bien avec piscine agréable. Bref ideal pour une seule nuit seulement (demander les chambres sur l’arrière car autoroute tres bruyante)

Très déçu de notre expérience concernant le service. Nous avons réservé en ligne moi et mon copain le forfait Escapade Spa (presque 500$) pour une nuit la fin de semaine du 22 mai 2022. Nous avons reçu un appel de confirmation et nous nous sommes fait dire que les peignoirs que nous étions supposé avoir dans notre séjour etait en rupture de stock, qu'il pouvait faire le remplacement pour une bouteille de bulle ou recevoir un crédit pour les peignoirs. Arrivé sur place, après 2h de voiture, nous sommes mis au courant qu'il n'y avait plus d'électricité depuis la veille. Je suis consciente que ceci est du a la météo et que cette situation est hors de contrôle pour l'hotel, par contre, nous sommes en 2022 et je ne comprends pas comment un gestionnaire de l'hôtel n'a pas été en mesure de prendre un téléphone cellulaire sur appel masqué pour au moins appeler les clients et les aviser, ou envoyer un email ou trouver une solution. Au prix de l'essence, ça nous aurait eviter de débourser un 100$ et plus supplémentaire sur l'essence. Encore une fois, très déçu!

Deuxième expérience à cet endroit?

Bel hôtel à proximité du village du Mont-Tremblant (St-Jovite). 5-6 minutes de marche Permet de flâner, magasiner dans plusieurs boutiques chouettes ou acheter ce qui vous manque! Bons restaurants dont « Le vieux four » accessible sans prendre la voiture!

Salons, salle à manger et aires de repos propres, accueillant et intimes. Parfait! On se sent chez sois.

Chambres très propres. Nous avions 2 chambres rénovées avec accès commun. Génial pouf petites famille (ou 2 couples ou 4 filles en escapades!) Douche italienne dans l’une d’elle; génial!

Petites cuisines avec micro-onde, cafetière, petit frigo et vaisselle; permet d’épargner sur certains repas et/ou manger dans sa chambre en toute tranquillité. Tout y est même le savon à vaisselle et linge!

Petit-déjeuner variés au petit restaurant au rez-de-chaussée: , délicieux et complet.

Piscine chauffée extérieure et sauna permettent de se détendre tout en sirotant un apéro

Petit gym permet aux plus sportifs de se dégourdir les jambes ‍️.

Petit séjour de 2 nuits que j’ai adoré! Trop court finalement!

J'adore y aller en famille ou avec des amis. J'y suis allée plusieurs fois. Selon moi, la meilleure destination quand je vais à mont tremblant. Je recommande forte et en plus c'est bien situé.

Breakfast was horrible. Waffles, eggs and potatoes were all microwaved. Family of 4 cost was over 70$. No table service. Cafétéria style!
This was an average motel experience but with an expensive hotel price tag.
Staff was great and helpful.

Bad experience. We booked the weekend which was a public holiday in Ontario. Unfortunately we got a 40cm blizzard and the Hotel refused to change the date of our reservation. Hotel without flexibility and consideration for the customer, as it was our Life that was in danger of driving on a road with so much snow. I do not recommend this Hotel. I will definitely visit the city and stay far away from this hotel.

Be careful with their hidden charges.
No detail price of what you prepay, their webpage showed an option of $30 breakfast to be charged $60, doesn't matter the age of the guests breakfast rate is $15/person flat.

Le service è la clientèle, nous avons fait ne demande de changement de chambre car nous entendions les voisins comme s'il était dans notre chambre et la senteur de leur nourriture était très odorante pour ne pas dire écœurante, la répons a été non malgré le fait qu'il y avait des chambres de disponible, nous avons demander d'être remboursé pour le deuxième nuit et la réponse à encore été non. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel si vous voulez avoir de la tranquillité et un bon service à la clientèle.

We were able to go on a short vacation at the Ax hotel because they had an amazing promotion available. The pool was nice a quiet at night and perfectly warm. Room were exceptionally clean. We appreciated the refillable bottles of soap, very ecofriendly and sustainable in comparison to the little bottles usually given. Front desk was very kind. This is a family oriented location so we found that there were a few kids and that they could be loud. We would recommend this hotel and hope to travel here again.

The rooms were good and cleaned. The restaurant was a best one, dinner was superb. The location of the hotel and the surroundings etc is very suitable for vacation.

I stay in hotels and travel for a living and this hotel is fantastic quality for a very reasonable price. <br/>The hotel looks fresh and inviting, it was recently renovated. Check in was very smooth and uncomplicated, their front desk staff are very professional and very courteous. <br/>The hotel sometimes has deals/packages on their website. I purchased one which included a bottle of red or white wine at check in, a gift certificate for their restaurant (which is BYOB) which is on site but a minute walk away, across the parking lot. <br/>The room was very clean and spacious, the room had a kitchenette with utensils, plates, bowls, a microwave, fridge, a Nespresso machine with some coffee pods, dish cloths, dish soap. It's a very convenient setup and it would be very easy to stay here for an extended amount of time with this little setup up. <br/>The room had a Bistro table with two chairs, a big sofa, two big beds, we also had a nice view of the heated pool which is open apparently all year round. <br/>I also really appreciated the hotels eco-friendly approach when it came to bathroom amenities. Instead of small plastic bottles they have big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which are refillable (the brand is called Bella Pella which is made in Canada and smelled heavenly), next to the sink they have big bottles of body lotion and hand soap. Really great concept and very similar to European hotels that I've stayed in. <br/>The hotel also has multiple Tesla charging stations. <br/>The restaurant Mad Grill Steak house was excellent. It's a very brief walk outside across the parking lot from the hotel. With the package that we had purchased, which included a bottle of wine, we brought it along with us and we had a special menu and my husband and I were not disappointed. The portions are absolutely HUGE and the food was piping hot and very tasty. The servers were very nice and efficient. I have nothing but great things to say. <br/>Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will absolutely come back and purchase another package deal from the AX hotel!

This hotel was recently renovated. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. But It's a bit farm from Mont-Tremblant city centre.

What an amazing place. Amazing value. Biggest nicest television I've ever seen in any hotel at any price. Highly recommend this place and if I ever come back here, I would stay here again.

Vue imprenable sur le Mont-Tremblant.

This is the former comfort inn with a massive overhaul of its name/brand/hotel. 3 years ago when we visited for the first time we fell in love with this place and havent stayed anywhere else whenever we visit tremblant. It has that cozy feeling of a small hotel but the amenities of a 7 star. 3 years and 4 stays later here we are. Gotta say there were signs of renovations and it expanded by year till it finally had a facelift/name lift.its 10 mins by car to the village its right on the highway its close to a tim hortons it has a OUTDOOR HOT TUB FACING MOUNTAINS it has amazing staff.
What else do you want Haha but in all seriousness its a great place to stay that wont damage the pocketbook too much. See you soon ax hotel

The place was superbly decorated, clean, the staff was courteous and professional. They had good prices. The food at the restaurant was very good (though the steak was rather small). The heated pool was excellent as well as the sauna. It's a great place to go and relax. Get away from the noise of the city to a quiet place just 15 minutes away from Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village. My wife and I are planning to go back in the fall!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are renovated. The staff is friendly. It features a lounge inside the hotel, very cozy place to share a drink. It also has heated swimming pool and sauna outside as well as a small gym. I would recommend showers in the pool area, it will be very convenient. Very beautiful view of the mountains. It is well located near the highway and very close to the downtown of the village (about 5min walk) where you can enjoy shopping and have a wide variety of restaurants.

It is great place to stay, I 100% recommending for everyone looking to stay around there, Make sure you avoid Rooms 211 - 213 and 217 you won't see much from Windows unless you booking late night and leave early. Stuff were very friendly. One more tip. Make to ask for mountain view room when booking.

Les chambres sont impeccables et très modernes. Dans les plus belles qu'il m'a été donné de voir. Et je passe +/- 50 à 60 jours par année dans les hôtels. Pour le prix vous ne serez pas déçu.
