Horrible customer service, can't get a hold of anybody, no call backs even when I choose the option but if you're late even for a day they'll call you in a sec.

Pire service jamais reçu d’une institution. J’ai du appeler 4x pour essayer de régler mon problème, sans compter le nombre de fois où j’ai appeler et que la ligne a raccrocher. Au moment où j’écris cet avis, je suis toujours incapable de régler ma demande.
Ne faites pas affaire avec axis, à moins de vouloir vous casser la tête.

Ive been unable to get any information on the car ive been financing with this company. Ive been trying for the last week now and nothing. Not to mention i never got an account summary or any receipts/tax papers for the account either. Not sure but its feeling more of a scam the more i try to contact the company.

Worst company ever am so happy am done with them I wouldn't never recommend customer service in Montreal are so terrible arrogant non polite!

Pire compagnie de financement a vie. Mauvais service le bureau de Québec manque totalement de respect envers les employés.

The lady in collections is so ignorant this company isnt tryin to help those with bad credit it makes it harder

Sa été un première expérience pour moi. J'ai rien à dire vraiment à part un peu plus difficile d'accès pour parler à quelqu'un sinon le reste c'est une bonne expérience

I don’t know where they get their staff. I asked for a call back using their automated system. I was called back very quickly. However, the girl really doesn’t like her job or something. She simply « hi, who’s this? ». I was said who are you.you are calling me. She then identified the company.
She was saying « Ohhh that’s so cute ». I answered « excuse me?  ». She simply replied « I’m not talking to you ». Well, talk about professional employees!

Merci à Axis pour le traitement reçu et de m’avoir aider à pouvoir battir mon crédit, et j’aimerais aussi remercier a Mr Paulin très gentil et attentionnée

Moi, j’ai aimé l’expérience, ils sont attentifs, très compréhensif, j’ai aimé faire affaire avec eux. Merci
