I ordered a box of 12 bags but haven't had the opportunity to taste them all yet. We do like the Chicago mix. Before ordering I had a few questions and they were answered promptly however.after I received my order and there were a couple of discrepancies (wrong item sent and amount charged). I sent them an email mid-December and haven't heard back, therefore customer service is definitely lacking.

So excited to discover Bad Monkey popcorn! Everyone loves it and with dairy allergies I can serve it to family & friends with no worries. Ketchup, double butter flavors with no dairy! Yes please. Can’t wait to try the new heat and eat flavors. Love this Canadian Company.

Bought many bags at Winners, seems it’s always stale no matter the flavour. Wish it was better, as Kernals popcorn is expensive!

The popcorn is alright. I tried the double butter, and it was what one would expect from popcorn: a tasty snack.

This tastes like I’m eating the plastic bag. The texture is very stale. It’s awful. It literally made me sick to my stomach. I wish I’d spent the extra dollar and bought my usual brand. I’ve read responses to other reviews and am baffled at the idea that the popcorn is going bad in store rooms when every other bag of chips or popcorn from the same store is fine. If you are using less preservatives, that’s great, but maybe only do direct sales instead of in stores, then. The It seems more likely, though, that you’ve had a surplus of product that went old and decided to push it off wholesale to discount stores.

This is the best popcorn by far. The staff is truly wonderful and they have a lovely concept going on! Thrilling new innovative products coming out that I just can’t wait to try. Thank you so much for satisfying all my popcorn cravings

Had high hopes for this popcorn business but it’s awful. Popcorn is stale no matter how they package it and flavours are so disappointing.

Got a bag of the movie night salt and butter. Not good at all. Popcorn was stale. Of course this why I am sure the flavor was not good either. Bag was not expired. It's Sept 23 and it's supposed to be good till June 24. Not good from 1st bite.

Yummy pop corn. Love how there’s so many different flavours! Also, comes with instructions how to tenderize it. Guilt free popcorn right here!

I noticed this brand many times but had never purchased it. My husband bought two bags and they were gone before we made it home. So yummy.
