Horrible service the ladies made my sandwich wrong and got upset with me started whipping stuff around on the counter telling me to leave? Simply because they got my bagel wrong? Never will I shop there again extremely angry customer service!

Bagels truly on par or better than either St. Viateur or Fairmount any day of the week. Bag them in the plastic bags right away, if any are left after a few days slice them in two and toss in the freezer. They stay better than the other places I mentioned, crisp outside, chewy inside, toast up great. You also much appreciatedly get a true bakers dozen, they don't do that at the other places.
Cheese danishes, pastel de nata, latkes are all delicious. They make a variety of fresh and tasty sandwiches and the coffees look to be quite popular. Most importantly for me they're owned and operated by a family who are all honest, friendly, and hard working. Spend your bagel dollars here, where it matters.

Best bagels in Montreal, hands down. I have been going there from childhood days growing up in CDN. When I'm in cote-des-neiges, it's a must for me to get their bagels.we are always satisfied. While you are there, get a pizza bagel and a cheese bagel. You won't be disappointed.

De bons bagels mais qu'est ce qu'ils sont désagréables. Faites un effort c'est pas compliqué de répondre aux questions clients sans avoir l'air de vouloir qu'ils dégagent.

Been going here since I was little girl. I love all of thier pastries but most of all - the nice and fresh bagels! Oh and I love thier tuna salad bagel sandwich However, I bought a French Vanilla and it was super sweet and the consistency of the drink is almost a thick syrup like and it had to be diluted with water but still didn't make it any better - so as for hot drinks, it's a no for me there.

Amazing and kind staff, and some of the best pastries I have ever eaten in my life. The U-shaped sweet cheese bread and the croissants are amazing.

I asked the younger woman behind the counter if the Jamaican patties are fresh, I asked if they come in daily. She wouldn't answer me and she pointed to the older woman, saying "talk to her". When I posed the same question to the older woman, she said "they are very old! " She then went ballistic on me. She began screaming, "get out of here, go somewhere else, I don't serve people like you! "
I said "what are you talking about? What's wrong with you? I'm just asking! "
She says she's gonna call security on me. I'm a delicate woman. Why is it necessary to threaten me with security over a question about freshness? She picked up the phone and starts saying that a woman is harassing her and to send somebody to remove her.
It was so outrageous! I yelled "is this an insane asylum? "
No security showed up as I waited while talking to other customers about the terrible behaviour that I was a victim of. One man told me that's how they usually are.
If I could give zero, I would.

Coffee and the staff are good. Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is not my favorite point of the city but I like these not-very-well-known shops.

Really good bagels, been customer for a while but on my recent order of chocolate chips and banana bagels, there was no chocolate chips

Terrible service. My mother bought a bag of bagels and in the bag were, unknown to her, mixed bagels with some being highly spicy for her. It burned her mouth. She went to the store to ask them if there was anything they could do. They refused to help, told her there is nothing they could do. Saying it was my mom's mistake, not theirs. It was a mixed bag, she didn't realize there were spicy bagels in there. Regardless of who made the mistake, they did not budge. Voices were raised and my mother ended up throwing the bagels at the person at the counter and left. Imagine a business that brings an 88 year old woman to a point of frustration like this. I called them to discuss. They insisted it was her fault and nothing they could do. If that's their policy and attitude, that's fine. Personally, it's a terrible position as a small business to treat customers like that. They could've been more accommodating for this issue and provided a small courtesy in exchange like a non-spicy bagel or two. But it is what it is. This is how they are. Be aware. We went there often but we will never step foot in there again.

Les bagels étaient bons. Par contre, le service l’était moins. La fille n’était pas capable de me servir en français. Elle avait la gueule de bois et ne savait dire aucun mot en français. Je suis très déçue de votre succursale sur ce point et un changement devrait y être apporté.

Le bagel cannelle raisin est tres gouteux et il reste frais longtemps! Les danois au fromage sont simplement EXCELLENTS et toujours frais. Et Les potato knish sont savoureux.
Ils font aussi des sandwich devant vous et Les muffins aussi sont tres bons. Ca vaut le detour!

Went there yesterday with the husband, ordered coffee and Jamaican patties, and though it was all hot, the patties were still moist in the center amd not stuffed with enough meat, the coffee was burnt tasting, but I will admit the staff and service are great.
