Allright, not happy at all. My Amana AC thermopump was installed 2020 and in 2021 Boris finally sent a competent worker Anthony to figure out that the unit was overfilled with freon. Running great for only 2 years now the unit doesn't run. I called the owner of B. Air and he told me he doesn't want to come service my area because he doesn't have the manpower. How is that my problem? I spent 7000$ just 3 yrs ago and he says my area is too far and they don't have enough employees. Very disappointing and I hope nobody has to deal with this kind of business. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else. I will be filing with small claims court for repairs that have been bestowed upon me when it really shouldn't happen for a fairly new unit. NEVER AGAIN!

My experience with B. Air went very smoothly when my wall mounted air conditioning unit had a leaking issue.

The technician showed up on time and was very efficient with his work. He was also able to deduce the source of our leaking issue relatively quickly and fix it. Then proceeded fine with the rest of the maintenance. He was also very patient with us in dealing with our unique condo setup when needing to access the back of the wall mounted unit as well as the outdoor unit.

Overall, we had a great experience with B. Air and will definitely use them again for future air conditioning needs.

Very irresponsible company. Wasted my time and money. Two men came to see my heat pump. The main man made sure to convince me that it needed to be changed and not repaired. They charged me over $200 just to tell me that. So even after I called the company back several times to ask them to install a new one, no one ever called me back to make an appointment to have a new one installed.

Boris and his team Phil, Alan, & Chad did an excellent job of removing the old heat pump, furnace and oil tank. The installation of the new system went well despite the rain. Everything works great. It is nice to have people that take pride in their work. I'm more than happy to recommend B. AIR to friends and family.

I had an issue with my thermopompe. They came when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat even though this crew was just there to diagnose and add Freon if needed. They explained what they were doing and why, gave me recommendations for maintaining my system running. Very happy.
I had a small issue after, and call them back. The owner came over to my place and addressed my issue quickly at no charge.
Highly recommend this team.

When we were looking to replace our Old wall mounted AC with a new energy efficient Heat pump inside our condo apartment, I have found Entreprise B. Air to be the best among all in city with their past good experience and rating. Mr. Boris and his team have done a highly professional job in sending a timely free estimate & competitive price quote after carefully looking at our condo AC specs. We were promised a day for installation upon placement of heat pump order and the team did install both indoor and outdoor unit as planned and in a clean way. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them without any hesitation.

My a/c system was installed in May, so I thought it best to wait until the first couple of heat waves before leaving a review. I've also divided this in a few categories as you will read below.

The need: I live in a five story townhouse, until now, I had been using floor model air conditioners, they worked well (ish), but, the cool air was obviously not dispersed evenly around the house.

Pre-ordering Research - I researched many companies prior to deciding on B. Air being one of the three companies I would get a quote from. On any major purchase, I ALWAYS get three quotes. What made me decide on inviting B. Air as being one of those three quotes was not only the great reviews, but, in the very few instances of negative reviews, the owner replied with explanations or "mea culpa's" and, in both cases, offered solutions to the person who posted the negative review.
The meeting and quote - I met with Boris at the agreed upon time, I had in mind to have an entire air conditioning system with ducts etc. I was fully mindful that the cost would be about 50% more than getting wall mounted air conditioners, but, given I live in a five storey townhouse, I thought better to not "cheap" out and regret it later. While Boris said if that is what I insist on getting done, he would be happy to quote me on that, but, he insisted that two wall mounted air conditioners would suffice. I insisted on getting a quote for three.lol. I have never done this before, but, my research and feeling of Boris lead me to conclude that Boris and B. Air was the company I would choose, so, I gave him the order and cancelled my other two meetings for quotations.

The Installation - I was equally impressed with the installers as I was with Boris, they were punctual, polite, organized and respectful. Add to that, when I asked that they move one of the heads over by 4 feet (after they had already installed it), there was no hesitation nor frustration on their part, they just went ahead and moved it, without causing any delays in the expected time of completion.

The system itself: Nothing short of terrific, this weekend was a hot one, all five floors of my townhouse were sooooo comfortable.

I would not hesitate at highly recommending B. Air, as a matter of fact, I already gave their name to one of my friends/neighbors, and they were extremely satisfied.

I took a chance calling B. Air to get a second opinion on a costly repair. It was a life saver. Boris was so helpful, patient and even offered analyze some photos before I arranged a visit.
He found a part no one else located. His expertise and honesty was very evident when he
Diagnosed a different cheaper cause of the problem: thermostat not evaporating coil!
He was even willing to coach me if I decided to buy and install on my own, which I decided against especially since he personally offered to honor the product guarantee. On top of all this, he explained to the buyer of my home, who by chance stopped by, how to operate the thermostat. He offered them the guarantee going forward too. My luck finding Boris saved me a lot of time, expense and worry. I would highly recommend Enterprise B. Air for their professionalism and empathy to anyone needing repairs to energy equipment.

Over the weekend, our central air stopped working. After googling AC repair, I found that the nearest was also the best rated company. I assumed that after a long weekend, with a heat wave in effect, that B. Air would be slammed and I had fully expected to wait several days for a technician to arrive on site. I was wrong!
In under an hour, they arrived at our home, opened up the outside unit and had found the root of the problem. Just a few minutes later, the issue was resolved and the air was running cool again.
The price was reasonable, the service was professional, friendly, and just about as fast as you could ever hope for!
I will call B. Air for any and all HVAC work I need to have done in the future, and will gladly refer them to anyone else with HVAC needs.

I recently decided to have a new heating and ac system installed in my home. Anthony came over and took the time explain everything to me and within a few weeks, I had my entire system installed! Anthony and his crew, Kar and Daniel, worked 10 hours straight to get the system up and running in one day. They were very professional and super efficient. We bought our house in November and knew the AC unit likely would not be functioning. So we called B. Air and Anthony Woo came to check it out. He confirmed the the unit needed to be replaced. Once he saw that we had a newborn baby (only a few weeks old) he put a rush on the unit. Just today I had 2 wall mounted AC units installed, the team was extremely professional, quick and super efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely polite.
