The man at the counter had an extremely rude and condescending tone when I went to return some clothes. Won't be shopping with this brand again.

The one in downtown Montreal was good but they closed down. Now I prefer going to the outlet locations since you have more choice and better prices. Generally, the prices are high for what you get.

Très déçue du service. La personne qui s’occupait de mon retour lançait les vêtements sur le comptoir. Très irrespectueux. Par contre bon choix de vêtements et il y a souvent des rabais.

I love the clothes from here. Whether I am looking for a business attire or simply looking for something a bit more casual then have what I need. I bought a few shirts and a pair of chinos. The material is just amazing. Very comfortable and durable. I plan on buying some suits pretty soon.

Very poor service! I had an item I wanted to exchange for another size. They didn't have the item and the employee made a huge deal out of having gone past the 45 day return deadline even though I only wanted an exchange. Like, dramatic to the point where I thought he was joking at first. I buy A LOT from this brand, but I will be sure to do so in other locations moving forwards. You shouldn't mock or scold your customers!

Very rude and unsupportive manager. I bought some clothes in BR downtown and as this one is closer to my house, I decided to return some stuff in this location. Right when I stepped foot inside, the manager asked me what I was bringing and immediately refused service, saying that the things I bought were "exclusive to the downtown store", and it would cost him more to process. I understand the reasoning but his attitude was very rude, he talked to me in a brutish way without trying to help.

Quality is not what it used to be. This season's designs (fall-winter 2018) are very weak compared to last year's with Olivia Palermo's capsule collection. I haven't bought anything this year and last year, I had bought 75% of the Palermo items

Since Jacob closed, I just can't find affordable, classic work clothes except for Banana Republic. I love their products, which are better quality than what you find in the US outlets. I came out with a huge bag simply because it has great specials.
