A very nice place, spectacular attention. They should put more effort into the fries since the cooking point and the size of the cut were not adequate.

Brutal, absolutely brutal! Not as advertise during the strike. High school cafeteria food with a bunch of 60+ super stars. Should be ashamed to even advertise as open. Want a full refund! Begged my woman for forgiveness for taking her here, un acceptable!

Waiter very friendly and the chicken wings were the best I ever had. Very big, and the coating is light with a tiny kick. Will have them again.

They sat us near 'the pass' so my partner was constantly being bumped. We also had the luxury of watching janitorial staff going to and from with full carts of garbage. That's not great either. Likely not even sanitary that close to food.

The steak I ordered was undercooked, not seasoned at all and not trimmed. It felt like it was cooked cold as well, judging from the texture. My baked potato also came with no butter and more microwaved than baked. Oh and the steak basically chewed like a worn boot and tasted less than appetizing than that.

The fish and chips my partner ordered was clearly frozen pre-battered fish just tossed in a fryer.

The price was ludicrously high for what it was too.

As for the service, when a friend asked if there were specials, the waiter basically scoffed at the idea.

I would not recommend it. Considering it's inside of a Casino, you'd think they'd actually.try. I'd rather eat chewed gum from the underside of a slot machine being ridden by the same person for the last 21.5 hours hoping for a jackpot.

Usual bistro food. However, it's pretty decent for what it is. I enjoyed their poutine and the angus/pull pork burger.

Waiter very friendly and the food was good and plenty. Had the chicken Cesar wrap and it was huge! Great place to eat.

I went here for my bachelorette party, and DO NOT GO if you are a large group. They have a set menu for groups of 8 or more, but didn’t at any point tell us this when we tried to make a reservation (which they don’t do Saturdays), when we put our names down or when we ordered. It was only after when we saw ppl ordering poutine and other tasty items that we asked why that wasn’t on our menu and we were informed why. The wait was over 45 minutes for our salads, the wait staff was super rude, they would try and take out plates before finished and acted frustrated whenever we had a request. They also set out table for one less, made no attempt to fix it and we just pulled in an extra chair to our table. At bill time, my bill had a different price (lower than the rest of my group) but my food order listed. The waiter went to get a machine but handed it back with double my original bill price, when I asked why and that he honour the price listed he said no that it was a set price and that the error ‘wasn’t my bill’. Food was tasty but def not worth the experience, do not recommend and wouldn’t go back at all.

Le pire « resto » depuis plusieurs années! On dirait une cantine avec de la nourriture surgelée! Nous avions pris des ailes de poulet, je n’ai jamais mangé des ailes aussi épouvantables, nous avons pris un nachos, tout aussi degueulasse!

Food was not fresh and left an awful after-taste. Rotten fruit placed on my plate, frozen, reheated meats, unpalatable. Never again.

La nourriture est bonne, mais je donnes une étoile parce que je suis venu ici pour la fête de mon chum pour manger la Poutine le tout pour le tout comme il adore la poutine. Nous avons décidé d’inviter sa famille pour célébrer et nous étions alors 10 personnes. Comme nous étions 10 personnes, nous n’avions pas le droit au menu original mais à un menu réduit pour les groupes. Par réduit, on parle ici d’avoir accès à presque rien du menu original, seulement 5 choix. Brisant ainsi le pourquoi nous avions choisi ce restaurant. Très déçu de cette politique. Je ne choisirais plus jamais ce restaurant pour les groupes.

Nice assortment of dinner items on the menu and everything we had was great quality. Overall very good value here, imo.

Good food whit a good service. Pretty much what you expect! And it's perfect if you want to pass a night out in the casino!

Quelle restaurant minable… par où commencer? Tout d’abord, Claude, notre serveur, a ordonné à certains gens de la table de quitter en raison de la COVID-19 malgré qu’on nous ai fait installer une table spécialement pour nous. Ensuite, il fut, par la suite, son rôle de serveur de façon très désagréable. En résumé, notre minable serveur a su gâcher notre soirée, ce qui mit fin à notre séjour dans le casino du lac-lémy. Bref, merci Claude pour ce pitoyable service…

I haven't been back to this restaurant for a while. Tonight I decided to drop by with my friend. The quality of the food is excellent and the service also great. Price is very reasonable. I will definitely come back.

Great place to go eat, service is great, great choice of food, the buffet is great, go give it a try, it's great.

This is the place to be for many reasons. Sociable bartenders, good selection, and there is the cigar lounge next room over foe aficionados. Great selection overall, including Cubans. The cigars are well seasoned in the humidor. Sampled many, and they all burned well. Then sampled a few more - and the only thing left wash ashes.

Mixed experience with the food and the service. The buffet is not always the greatest but quick and convenient. I have ordered from the menu that was good. Service is typically ok however last xmas made reservations for a large group, and older man was our waiter and he was so rude to me and disputed the fact that I reserved for buffet and some for menu and forced everyone to go with the buffet. I tried to speak to him discretely by the entrance as he stood there disputing my reservation to the hostess, and told me unless I went back to the table he wouldn't speak to me. He made everyone uncomfortable by how he treated me and I let it go out of respect for them. Will not go back there again. No one should be treated that way.

The price is right, lots of selection, certain desert tray was empty and limited table service. On the upside great location, accept reservations.

Well I never got an opportunity to eat there as an overzealous security guard asked my two sons for ID. It seems he felt they looked under 18. My older son, 27, is in the military, 6 feet tall and has a full thick beard. My 22 year old, looks the same. Funny thing is, they both looked substantially older than the guard.
Now, as I didn't get the number of this restaurant from the internet, I didn't know an ID card might be required. In fact, I didn't know this restaurant was inside the casino. I called to make a reservation and was not told about the ID card and if you're sitting for a minute listening to voicemail jibber jabber there's also no mention of the ID card requirement either. I don't frequent casinos, so I had no idea. The reason we were turned away is my 22 year old was a passenger in the car and didn't think it necessary to bring his wallet.
So on Xmas day, with my older son leaving for his medic military training in a few days for a year, we had to find another place to share of meal on Xmas day, all thanks to a overzealous mall cop who looked like he wasn't old enough to shave.
So in closing, I'll never go there, besides, at 35 bucks a pop, I'd recommend where we did finally end up, Tutti Frutti, with amazing food at a fraction of the price off Boulevard des Allumetieres.

PS, si vous prenez la poutine Tout pour tout, c'est une portion pour 3-4 personnes. Mais c'était bon lol

We use to love this restaurant but now the service is absolutely horrible (not even worth one star). We went for the evening buffet and regretted eating there. It is very unfortunate because the food is excellent, nicely prepared dishes, lots of seafood and great desserts. However, the restaurant is very noisy, has the feeling of a high school cafeteria, and again I can not emphasize how bad/slow/rude the service is. If you want to have your evening ruined by a disappointing and expensive meal, this is the place to go ($125 total for 2 adults, better spent anywhere else!)

Service was great, as for the food, selection was minimal and geared for seniors. Where to start, greasy chicken drummettes, (who serves drumsticks?) cold pizza, fish dishes, everything was over salted and quite frankly not good at all. For $29 pp certainly not worth it and will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

The food was fair for the price, the atmosphere considering we went at 11pm was actually really nice. We went for our honeymoon and decided to come for dinner. We were sat at our table and the waitress let us know she would be right back, so for a while we sat with no drinks, at first the waitress was cleaning tables.then we noticed she was at the bar starring at the tv. The service at that point wasnt actually that bad we ordered and appetizer and it was brought to our table promptly.

How ever when our dinner arrived, I got a beautiful plate with an incredible looking MASSIVE burger. It was the El Blanco, witch is stuffed with cheese curd and other delicious ingredients. I was STARVING so I went to go and chomp right into this masterpiece! Unfortunately as soon as I bit into it all of the now liquid cheese came LAUNCHING out of this burger and all over my hand.now being cheese it didnt just drip off like hot coffee or soup! It significantly burnt my hand!

Now this was frustrating but totally my own fault.how ever when I went to the bar (because our waitress was seldomly seen) I asked for a rag with some ice, another waitress sujjested i go see the casino nurse so that i might be able to get a burn spray applied, I said sure assuming I could go down after me and my wife enjoyed our dinner.

I went and sat down again at our table and robocop in a suit comes and comes to ask.me what happend and if I need medical attention (i felt like i was being interrogated) I feel like they just assume after 10 pm that everyone is incredibly intoxicated witch we were not as we just arrived. I was forced to spend 10 minutes IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MEAL filling out paperwork because I didnt want medical attention. Why this couldnt have waited until after i ate was frustrating and also incredibly embarrassing in front of a resteraunt full of people. By the time he finally left my fiance was done her dinner and now I had a chance to eat mine.

Through out all of this the only time we saw the waiter was when she came and asked if I just wanted to "take the burger home" no remorse or even asking what happend or if theres anything she can do.

Upon getting the bill, there was no compensation what so ever for the debacle or even an acknowledgement that it even happend.

A frustrating and painful experience all around.

We’ve been to this restaurant some six or seven times. Our experience has been inconsistent, depending much on the time of the day and the server. For the majority of these visits, the servers have been quite in-attentive. For one or two, we’ve had an excellent server. In terms of the food, we’ve found it really depends on what you order. The roasted chicken and the burgers seem to be very well prepared and presented. The pizza lacks taste and texture. During our last visit we had an omelette and the behind meat burger, which is a great addition to their menu!

Souper pour 2,17: 00 à 18: 30. Avons pris le buffet à 29$. Excellente chaudrée de fruits de mer, 2e choix que j'oublie. Excellente variété pour les salades incluant grosses crevettes (délicieuses) et tartare de saumon (très bon), Côtes levées, ailes de poulet, saumon, rôti de boeuf, pizza, tortellini sauce blanche, j'en passe car non goûté. Accompagnements de riz, pommes de terre en purée, légumes sautés et plus. Carte des vins, abordable, choix au verre, demi bouteille ou demi litre. Desserts en petites portions pour en goûter plusieurs. Service (vin et débarrasser les assiettes vides, qui ont été nombreuses,) excellent. Somme toute, excellent rapport qualité-prix.très bien pour un buffet, tout était chaud. Bien entendu ce n'est pas aussi raffiné qu'un menu à la carte mais vous ne serez pas déçu si vos attentes sont en fonction d'un buffet.

La meilleur pour manger bon smokmeat. Et tres bon steak. Tout es don et tres bon service. Merci a vous tous.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'expérience. La bouffe était excellente, le service impeccable. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

La variété de dessert est à couper le souffle. Les desserts ne sont pas horriblement sucrés et ils satisfairont les palais les plus difficiles. Ces desserts sont dignes des plus grandes cuisines françaises. Ils sont tous aussi délicieux les uns que les autres et ils sont très raffinés. La nourriture est aussi d une qualité qu on ne trouve pas souvent ailleurs. Les plats ont une quantité décente pour un prix convenable. Je le recommande ce restaurant tout le monde. Si vous savez apprécier les desserts haut de gamme, c est une place incontournable.
