Contacted the store twice to confirm they had an item they were advertising. Even cancelled a purchase that morning. Two hour round trip metro from my place in the heat. Arrived: it wasn’t even in stock. Only reason I gave them 2 instead of 1 star is that they were apologetic and tried to find something else that might work instead. Very upset at the time cost/travel expense.

Ne perdez pas votre temps pour aller la, personnel méprisant et vos choses ne valent rien pour eux, faites vous une annonce sur internet. Leur inventaire n'est pas à jour!

Most horrible experience ever! Please never pawn any jewellery here! Their contract gives ZERO information on what will happen if you dont reclaim your jewellery within 30 days. When i tried to reclaim my necklace after 30 days they told me they dont know where it is! That maybe it is sold or sent to the Fonderie to be melted. I almost had a heart attack. Finally when they did find it they wanted to charge me amost 3 tilmes the amount i was supposed to give back wirh the interest! Never never again will i step foot in this place. They are dangerous and play mind ganes.
