Its a very Good and nice Bank to Bank and Partner with. Their customer care/workers were nice and also has a Good Listening Ears. Speaks both English and French

Worst service ever. They refused to give me a bank draft cause I came 3.15pm
They only do this kind of service from 10am to 3pm only! In the same time I went to RBC at 4.10pm and they did it right away. Guess what they even didn't charge me for that.
BTW, I don't have premium account at RCB, but at National Bank I'm a loyal customer since 2016 taking almost all kind of services they offered.
Time to change that bank forever

Worst experience I've had at the bank I've been a national bank customer for at least 20 years I went to this location to change my credit card pin number I was in the area for business so I went in. I was interrogated for at least 30 minutes they were asking me why I came to this location and random questions about my bank accounts. They asked me for 3 ids and questioned my drivers license because it was the older version which was not expired yet. I've never had any issues with banking before today. I felt very uncomfortable and will never be returning I'm gonna look into changing banks after this

Great service from Alfred! After 6 attempts to solve my problem with different agents on the phone and at different branches. He managed to solve my problem and went above and beyond.

Perhaps you may say… it’s a little annoying to wait for service, but that’s every bank these days!
However I must say Employee Olivier is great.
What I truely needed. Someone who will take the time to be certain he is doing everything correctly.

I think it’s worth mentioning it, because he cared!
