Tasty and good, Workers are very friendly, they speak Russian, English and French, Lovely.

Thought it was super weird that they display the French macarons so beautifully packaged in a lovely clear box with a ribbon but don’t offer the same packaging when people actually want to buy them? I really wanted to gift the macarons to someone and had asked if they could package it like they were displayed in the windows but instead they gave me my twelve unevenly baked French macarons in a takeaway box.

Also didn’t appreciate having being served after other clients when I was waiting first. Most probably because it is a super small place though.

Small but cute! They have seating upstairs which is a bonus. Their interior is adorable as well. Their famous “boule de beurre” and all their pastries look so pretty and they are delicious too with a wide variety of flavours! A cafe to visit in vieux mtl forsure

Excellent service and delicious pastries. I recommend eating upstairs to take in the full charm of this cute location. Coffee and pastries are way tastier and cost less than any chain coffee spot.

Excellent service, super gentille et malgré la difficulté de parler en français elle a fait l'effort de parler en français! Le seul point un peu plus négatif est que mon latte était tiède mais quand même vraiment bon!

This cafe is very cozy and a great spot to enjoy a sweet and cappuccinos, the cappuccino was really good! The staff were very friendly and polite. They had wifi available and clearly posted, so you didn’t have to go searching for it. The washroom was very clean and located off of the lower level. For sweets we had the caramel cookie and a brownie. They were delicious but way too much for us, so we took most of both with us. They still tasted great the next day. Loved this spot and we plan to come back when we return to Montréal! Merci!

Very nice and cosy place. We were 7 people, had lunch and everyone of us really liked the food and atmosphere. The owner and staff are smily and friendly.

The second floor has seating places and a couple of table. Excellent!

For sure we will be back again!

Lovely Cafe with high tea in middle of old port! Rustic and charming 2nd floor to enjoy tea or lunch. Not much room up there though.the two little tables are a bit TOO close but they don't have much choice. I still felt safe.

Highly recommend. Reserve in advance.

J'ai acheté une douzaine de boules au beurre à saveurs différentes pour une fête d'anniverssaire. Mais quelle déception! Choco caramel- citron- thé vert- framboise etc.ca goûtait toute la même chose. Vraiment TROP sucré. Vous devriez sérieusement repenser votre recette. C"est dommage car l'endroit est très mignon avec un beau visuel.mais je n'y mettrai plus les pieds.

Came here for just the butter ball and came out with a lot more lol they make everything in house and it was all delicious!
Got a butter ball red velvet. Each flavor has different butter cream that matches the overall flavor. They're in a fluffy type of cookie. The macaron were good and fresh. Cookie was big and soft. The blondie was good too! Everything wasn't overly sweet I found it well balanced.

Everything is so delicious, they always welcome you with a big smile and a cookie for your dog.

Good coffee. Good food. Good service. A+:) Oat milk Latte was perfect. Both delicious and not too hot so I could enjoy it immediately. Will definitely be back.

Very unique cookies and so many flavours! The boule de beurre are specialities here, and it was a mix between a cookie and a cupcake (cookie sandwich with buttercream frosting). It's just under $4/boule de beurre. The cookie aspect could have been a little better, as I found it to be a bit dense. Nonetheless, the buttercream frosting was flavourful and the shop was very cute!

Un service vraiment top! Les employées sont toujours accueillante et souriante (malgré le port du masque bien sur! Pour ceux qui ne savent pas, on peut voir le sourire sur les sourcils et dans les yeux ;) ).
Les sandwichs et salades sont top et la boutique dégage un sentiment de chaleur ou il fait bon s'arrêter.

We took the vanilla cake, it tasted like raw dough and the cake pop has nothing special. For these 2 disgusting things we paid more than 10$.
Deceived, and never going over there again.
Money stealer, only looked good from the outside.

The birthday cake pound cake was tough, not fresh, and honestly extremely disappointing, it was supposed to have coffee flavor in it but it barely tasted like it. The macaroon were hard, not fresh and disappointing. I couldn't believe the price they charged for such let down, seeing my mother who paid the whole thing munching in silence while looking down during a birthday was the worst feeling ever. I don't know if they excel on other pastries and I was unlucky maybe but even if it was unlucky, having been served unfresh and stale product, at that point I felt like I would rather have bought a grocery's cake and macaroons. I do not recommend for their birthday cake and macaroons.

Le bar à beurre est l'un des cafés incontournables du Vieux-Montréal! Ceux qui ont la dent sucrée je vous conseille d'essayer une boule de beurre!

It is to be avoided! This is really disgusting! My friends and I ate in this pastry shop, the three of us suffered serious poisoning. We haven't stopped throwing up for an hour. You really have to be careful! We have already reported the case to Health Canada!

C’est à éviter! C’est vraiment Dégueulasse! Mes amis et moi ont mangé dans cette pâtisserie, nous les trois nous avons subis une grave intoxication. Nous n’avons pas cessé de vomir pendant une heure de temps. Il faut vraiment faire attention! Nous avons déjà signalé le cas à santé Canada!

J’ai commandé un gâteau vanille chocolat pour l’anniversaire de ma fille dimanche.il était magnifique de l’extérieur mais il était malheureusement immangeable, l’intérieur était très dur et j’ai même eu du mal à couper la génoise au couteau à viande. Le gâteau était ou trop vieux ou décongelé mais certainement pas frais.dommage de gâcher une fête d’enfant, tous les invités ont laissé leurs assiettes pleines: (

The croissant I bought was stale and the man who served me had terrible customer service. Definitely not going back

J’ai voulu acheter une quinzaine de croissants pour mes collègues: on m’a dit d’un ton condescendant que la limite est de six par personne (bien que les quantités couvraient largement ma commande). Allez plutôt chez Mamie Clafoutis, une petite boulangerie au top!

Le personnel est accueillant mais, je crois que c'est la propriétaire, elle est disons.très sérieuse et sec avec les clients. Selon moi, elle devrait se concentrer sur la cuisine et laissé l'accueil à ses employés car le service client ce n'est pas sa force.

This place is all about fine handcrafted sweet desserts. We tried their cupcake and signature cookies, we simply loved them and we will come back for them. The drinks were what you would expect from an experienced barista with good ingredients on hand.
The vibe is extremely cozy and the owner is incredibly nice. We are just sad this place is not bigger but then again, if it was, it won’t be as great as it is now.
Definitely try the almond croissant.just try it but know that it will ruin all other almond croissant for you.

Super cute cafe with lovely flowers in the entrance way. Had a fluffy and buttery chocolatine, while my partner enjoyed a delicious brownie with nuts and a sweet glaze. Love the woof bowl too!

Chocolate brownie so rich and decadently delicious it ought to be illegal. Raspberry square was also wonderful.

Wir waren hier zum frühstücken. Die Croissants, die Baguette und der Kaffee waren sehr lecker. Alles war frisch. Es lohnt sich hier herzukommen.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Had a beet latte which was tasty and one of their Italian cookies. I really liked the atmosphere and the flower baskets over the entrance were cute. They do a high tea which I will return to try. All the pastries looked very food, so definitely recommend.

I love the savoury food that was served here. And I liked the mocktail a lot! We both got the Blue Lady tea which was delicious too. But I have issues wih their dessert. Their Lavender cookies tasted like soap so they weren't very pleasant to eat. I liked the lemon macaron but their pistachio one did not taste like pistachio at all. The space is cute but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of sitting at a bar for tea. Overall this place is alright, but I'm sure there are better high tea places in Montreal.

Unfortunately I was looking for a bakery (boulangerie) not a desert shop. Very small, some seating upstairs. Didn't stay to buy as looking for something different.

Croissant were good. But the desserts were sweet. Coffee were inconsistent. Salad were above average.

One of the best croissants or desserts I have had in Montreal and the best part is that I live next door! Hurray for me. Very sweet staff and a treat to go there and must try if you are in the area. If you are in mood for some good coffee they have that as well! You can pick up a nice bag of coffee beans too!

Walking distance from Notre dame. I was looking for casual environment but good food. They have great sandwiches and sweets. Servers are friendly and helpful. Great services.

Ew. Their cookies are very dry and flavorless. It's like having a mouthful of sand. Do you guys even taste the stuff that you sell? The cupcakes are disappointing too. I know a few places that serve decent vegan food and you are not one of them, the stuff you sell is awful.

For high tea it is recommended to make reservations so they can prepare the proper amounts of foods for the appropriate amount of people. There was a mix up and our reservation was not found. However the front server was very accommodating and spoke with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate and they could. Since we were 6 ladies, they allowed us to move furniture on the 2nd floor around so we could sit together. The service was wonderful; we did not feel rushed out even though they were not expecting us. For the value, I highly recommend this place for high tea. The sandwiches were delicious and there were lots of speciality teas to choose from. The decor is very instagram worthy and there were even props so that we could take cute photos.
