Très déçue de ma commande uber. Le service était bien. Le bol que j’ai commandé ainsi que celui de mon conjoint était minuscules comparément à un bol que nous aurions reçu en personne pour la moitié du prix. Nous nous attendions au même produit qu’en magasin. Nous nous sentons dupés. Nous avons aussi commandés une portion de churros et il n’y avait pas d’indication au nombre que la commande contiendrait et nous avions assumé 2. Il n’y en avait qu’un. La prochaine fois, nous irons en personne, s’il y a une prochaine fois.

Staff is horrible. They look so bothered as soon as you step in and don’t look too happy to serve you.

I don’t normally review fast food places, but this deserves a shout-out! I had a beef burrito with crispy fries, all was very fresh and tasty. The service was fast and friendly, esp the young man with the beard who was very patient with me since it was my first visit. My only disappointment was that there was no ketchup packs for my fries, but overall I was pleasantly satisfied. Bravo!

Mauvaise expérience à chaque fois, les portes sont toujours fermées 10-15 minutes avant l’heure de fermeture et les employés sont impolis. Même s’ils étaient 5 employés, on a pas voulu nous servir autre chose que des bols malgré que nous sommes arrivés 25 minutes avant la fermeture puisque l’équipement était probablement déjà lavé. La clientèle devrait recevoir le même service et le même choix de repas jusqu’à l’heure de fermeture.

Mauvais service. Employés très froid et impolis. Ne voulaient pas faire du burrito car nous étions proche de la fermeture (30 minutes) et ils ne voulaient pas relaver leur équipement.

Le personnel est courtois, la nourriture est bonne (tacos au Chorisos était super). Pas beaucoup de places assises c’est plus un take out ou pour manger sur le pouce.

What a letdown. I've been wanting to try this place for so long now. I ordered two identical burritos that had chicken and all the toppings. The burritos were alright, tasted fresh! The fries, oof. As of 2022-09-18, your frying oil needs to be changed, theres no doubt about that, the flavor was very gross. The tortilla chips were extremely stale and the red salsa had no flavored and tasted as if someone had diluted it with water.

Et les quantités sont plus que raisonnables par rapport au prix.

Children menu states that it comes with chips and salsa. We took the quesadilla for children and we were denied the chips as supposedly it does not come with it and they don’t add any vegetables for them!? No where it states that on the menu.poor customer service as well, will take a long time before we go back to this place.

Horrible… ingredients were not fresh, super greasy. The crew is not following the protocols, for example no gloves when manipulating food and the cashier would flip and slice the quesadillas while waiting on someone to pay but without gloves or washing his hand.
Do yourself a favour, skip it!

Les portions sont généreuses, on en a pour son argent. Excellent rapport qualité+quantité/prix. Je le conseillerais à mon entourage.

Les plats sont délicieux, et vous découvrez ce que son vraiment des mexicain! A essayer sans hésiter!

C'est vraiment délicieux, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste, et les légumes et les ingrédients sont également très frais. La prochaine fois, j'appellerai mes amis pour qu'ils m'accompagnent.

Service is ridiculous, no respect and when i ask questions they make me feel like i should no everything and make me feel like i asked how was planet earth created!

First girl serving me had an attitude and couldn't answer my questions about the food. Second girl was nice, knew how to answer the questions about the menu. Food came cold, extreme nachos and the burrito including its meat cold too.they do put the burrito on the press, but its not enough to heat up the meat inside the wrap. Although i asked for all dressed, they didnt put like 1/3 of the ingredients. Overall, food good despite it all being cold.

I have been to this place few times, I have to say the food are generally okay, and most of the staffs are very friendly, but only one that I think it’s the manager (the Asian looks guy) he was not pleasant to talk with.

Je suis allé à cet endroit quelques fois, je dois dire que la nourriture est généralement correcte et que la plupart des membres du personnel sont très sympathiques, mais un seul que je pense que c'est le directeur (le gars à l'air asiatique) avec qui il n'était pas agréable de parler.

Les plats sont très bon, et pas si cher que ça.
L'accueil est plus que satisfaisant.
J'ai hâte d'essayer tout le menu!

Rude staff, I couldn’t hear them and they got angry with me because of their mumbling. Got order wrong and gave me attitude when I asked for it fixed. 0/10 friends and I will go to another place now.

I've ordered from here 3 times. The first couple of times, the food was fantastic. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was one of the best I've ever had. The last time I ordered though, I got the fish burrito with extra protein (assuming this meant a double portion of fish) but I got halfway through the burrito before I found a piece of fish.and it seemed like it might have been fried and then refried.one end of it seemed very chewy. I really didn't enjoy this one.

With each order I've gotten fries and if you try this place, you should too. Loved them every time.

My daughter got a pulled pork quesadilla. Don't get this it was not good.one bite and it went straight in the garbage. Don't order this.

Bottom line here is that it's hit and miss. When it's good it's really good but when it's bad, it's not something you want to eat. It probably depends on the staff that are working since I've seen reviews about some of the staff not seeming to care.

Absolutely delicious. Just some workers didn't seem they wanted to be here wich was quite uncomfortable. But the food is fantastic

The Owner/Manager (short with glasses) is rude and racist towards staff and customers. Gave me attitude for asking for utensils and napkins. I regret spending my money there last night (family of 4).

Very awful place, I heard many people Felt uncomfortable after ate from here. The service is poor, Specially the short old guy with glasses, probably is the owner of this restaurant, i cant describes how disgusted I have felt after delt with his attitude. Just talk with him for 10 seconds, I'm sure you will lose all your appetites.

Had the best gluten free quesadillas, absolutely amazing!
It was my first time trying a quesadilla, and I'll be back for it!

Great food, good portions. Have not had a bad meal here yet. Fries are always made fresh to order and delicious. Burritos are amazing.

Je n'ai jamais été servi avec de si petite quantité, c'est vraiment abusé. Et je comprends le fait de respecter les bonnes quantité, mais là c'était vraiment en dessous de la quantité normal. Je ne reviendrais plus, ça c'est sûre

Très mauvais restaurant, le personnel qui est court il est très impoli, la nourriture a mauvais goût, je ne le recommande pas!

Have been to this place many times now. Always fresh and tasty. But the fries are very oily than elsewhere, so avoid fries here.

I was very disappointed to come here and order 3 quesadillas and a large burrito at 6pm and ask for guacamole only to be told they were done serving guacamole for the day!? !? There was an open tub of it on the counter behind the server who was very rude and would not explain why I was unable to obtain what I requested. Very weird experience but all of my other visits have been great.

This restaurant violated many laws and regulations. It disregarded the health of customers and allowed employees with infectious diseases to continue to work. Vegetables dropped on the dirty ground were picked up and still continued to serve customers. There are already customers who are sick because of it.

I've never tried Mexican food before and omg I wish I had tried it sooner! I placed an order for delivery and everything was just super tasty! We order pulled pork burritos, spicy chicken bowls and chicken tacos, and everything was just really awesome! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

I did not have high expectations about this place because Hull isn't exactly known for its good mexican restaurants but wow, this place is really good! Lots of choices on the menu, decent prices and friendly staff. They even have a bottle opener!

Wow. C'etait ma première fois et mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris de photo. Oui j'avais trop faim et ca sentais si bon dans ke restaurent. Nous avons pris des tacos (boeuf hacher er poulet jerk), un grand burito au boeuf jerk et des frites extremes. Je n'est rien a redire!

They don't give you much meat in the bowls or burritos. They're pretty stingy with the sauce as well. It's tasty but pricey.

Savoureux, grosses portions et excellente qualité prix/Very tasty burritos and quesadillas at excellent price. Had the Jerk chicken burrito and quesadillas and was very satisfied with the size of the portion and the excellent price $20 for the 2 items. Will definitely be back.

Terrible service. I’m very upset regarding the bad service this place has with clients. The guy who was serving me was so annoyed by me ordering food, just because I was ordering for my family 4 people. 1 burrito, a bowl and 2 quesadillas. He had such a rude attitude. Aren’t they supposed to be happy to sell food? I let him know in advance that I was going to order more not just 1 burrito and was trying to be as fast as I could to order the food, as I know there was people waiting to order too. I’ll never come back to this place. It was a very stressful experience going into that place.

Great burritos at reasonable prices. Sometimes they pack too many of one ingredient on one side of the burrito which sucks, but for the most part they get it bang on. Guac isn't included unfortunately.

The parking lot at this mall here is wild! It's a mad max scene of uber delivery drivers, police and people who made a wrong turn for Walmart. Drive safely.

Très bon service reçu par les employés, même en période de Rush. C'était délicieux, en très bonne quantité et les ingrédients sont de qualité.

I used to love this place but to be honest, the workers have a lot of attitude and rush your order but once you get to the Cash out be ready to wait while ur food gets soggy. I asked for extra rice and beans like always and pay extra but this time it wasn't even an option cus it was clear they were more worried about the uber orders then the actual costumers in the store.

Food is good but the way things work with delivery is so confusing! One day its open the day after its not, you go on website it says its open for delivery then go to order but says its close.

Good food, but I always get a bad vibe from the employees. I dont know why, they seem pretty friendly, but they always look so bored and they seem to really not care about the quality of the food. I believe it's important to explain to your employees why quality is important, and why they shouldnt, say, force a broken/ripped burrito onto someone (speaking from personal experience).

Not the best Barburrito in the city in terms of the food, but it's still very good. A few employees seem annoyed when you order in English though.

Yesterday I ate from this restaurant, and I had a diarrhea, 30 min after that burrito sandwich.
I guess there is a bacteria, etc somewhere in the sandwich

Si vous avez faim et que vous voulez quelque chose relativement santé, rapide et de bonne qualité. C'est la place, c'est comme un pâté chinois de la restauration rapide. Efficace et sans réinventer la bouffe. Recommande facilement à n'importe qui.

Ordered on Uber Eats. The driver came with half my order. Literally half. Brought mine and my husbands food but not our 3 kids. I had to call several times before anyone answered the phone. The women who answered didn't know how to handle the situation and said she needed to ask her boss if there was anything they could do. Well I just paid $45 for food and delivery that I didn't get! Of course you're going to do something about it! Absolutely furious. Took forever to get the rest of the order delivered. By that point mine and husbands food was soggy and cold. We weren't going to eat in front of the kids. Won't be ordering from them again.

Although original for the area where it's located. Prices tend to be higher than other similar restaurants. The variety is not extensive but the food itself is good.

Great service and food quality. Watch out for the specialty sauce. They weren't messing around when they labeled it with four flames.

J'adore leurs burritos! Il y a même une version végétarienne qui personnellement ma préférée. Tous les employés sont accueillants et souriants. À chaque fois, c'est une bonne expérience!

La bouffe est vraiment bonne! C’est lent mais je crois que le gars était nouveau anyways ils étaient tous très sympathique!
