My first couple of experiences were not that shiny there. But the service manager (Martin) of Mazda Brossard called me and explained the situation, and promised I will have a better experience going forward. It means they really care about their clients' if they hear feedback.

Hope my next appointment goes better. I will update this review.

Faites attention. Le dealer voulait me vendre un boulons d'étrier à 60$. J'ai trouvé le même pour 5.77$ chez NAPA. ON PARLE ICI D'UNE MARGE DE PROFIT DE 1158.41 %. MAUVAISE PRATIQUE

TLDR: terrible services, been told “Even their service desk and technician had a miscommunication, the client still needs to pay for the diagnosis because their tech spent time on it”

I went in for an oil change and had them check my front-end noise when reversing the car while turning the steering wheel. They told me I need to replace ALL 4 disks (rotors) for $700+ and been charged for a diagnosis for $42 plus taxes. How this front-end noise leads to ALL 4 DISKS needing to be replaced is baffling.

I then took my car back to the Mazda dealership where I purchased it.within just 20 min they jacked up my car and removed the wheels to do an in-depth inspection including a quick test drive. They told me only the driverside brake is causing the noise, and while it is not posting any immediate danger but the noise, it is highly recommended to replace the front brakes including the pads. The rear brakes are fine, no need to change them.paid, done, problem solved.

Bonus: Called Mazda Canada and complained about this shady dealership. Someone from Mazda Brossard called and tried to blame me who didn’t specify the issue at the beginning. So I had to correct him several times on the phone. Then he changed his tone to a more aggressive way by saying even if it was a miscommunication between the service desk and the technician, they were sorry but nothing can be done at this point you still need to pay for the time because they spent time on your car.

I think Brossard Mazda needs to re-learn customer service 101. The problem in this case is not me worrying about paying. It is simple as no one likes to be bamboozled by paying for things that are not relevant to the root cause. Why even bother calling your customer saying you’re sorry when your mind and tone clearly don’t even have them from the beginning?

I am glad that I paid $42+ taxes to recognize a bad dealership which will never have my money and also the money from people within my circle.

I would love to give a 0 for customer service and care! The 1 star will have to do! Do not go to Brossard Mazda. They do not care about you nor the car after the sale is done.

Edited. I will answer you. What your concern was on the phone was the 1 star should go to Mazda Canada not Brossard.
It is Mazda Brossard who deserves it. When we called with our concerns your staff told us it was normal wear and tear.the guarantee is over AND would only give us an appointment in One Month knowing the car could not be used. What other choice did Mazda Brossard give us? Absolutely no choice!

We bought a 2017 off the lot brand new. The deferential started leaking oil on our driveway in April. Find out deferential failed. We replaced it and paid. It is NOT a cheap job.thousands of $$$.
We called Mazda and the service department claimed it is normal due to weather in Quebec? The car has 68 000 km on it. This is NOT normal
Save yourself a headache, money and time. Do not buy a Mazda nor expect any logical answers or services.

Excellent customer service! I was from out of town and my tire got a flat. I came in with no appointment and still they got it fixed so quickly. Very happy with the folks at the parts and service department!

Weird dynamics between different branches of Mazda…something like jealous girlfriends (or boyfriends) :)
I called the Service department asking for help about the engine light in my car and right at the moment when I naively mentioned the problem was diagnosed at Mazda Longueuil the representative tells me he can do nothing for me and I should go back to Longueuil or wait for more than a month…OK maybe I should stop dealing with Mazda Brossard and go back to Longueuil … at least they seemed to value their customers
