Baskin Robbins

I went there to buy an ice cream cake for a birthday. The cake itself was excellent and the lady who recommended it to me was kind and helpful!

Nice and friendly staff, sometimes flavors are not available. But overall, they provide good service.

This location of baskins is pricy then other locations. Not only in terms of price but the quantity of ice cream is less too! The person will give you icecream which is half filled in cup. Same brand different location good quantity and good customer service. Never going here again.

Propriétaire trop arrogant! Jamais j’y retournerai à cette place! D’habitude la dame ou les employé qui nous sert sont gentils mais les deux dernières fois c’était le monsieur propriétaire qui nous a servi! Un service horrible déjà on a eu droit que à la moitié de ce ce qu’on recevait d’habitude et pire de ça il a décidé d’augmenter le prix! Et lorsqu’on lui a demandé pourquoi le prix a été augmenté on s’est faite engluer comme quoi on n’a pas le droit de se demander car tout est devenu cher partout!

Nothing fancy, just another Baskin Robbins store. Good flavors, service is ok, store is a bit old and could use some renovations and cleaning. They have outdoor seating area. Prices are average. Parking is easy. There’s also a lot of restaurants nearby.

Called the same day I wanted to go pick up, asked if they had the flavor nutty coconut, she replied yes….

I drove all the way there to be told “it just sold out”

Five stars for the ice cream. So many delicious flavours. They have hard ice cream only and it is delicious. It is also very expensive. Their small sundae has one ball- the size of the inside of the scooper! 6.29$. It’s hilarious how small it is and how expensive.
The service was good in that we eventually got what we asked for. Our order was for two small sundaes to go. I could tell that this information wasn’t reaching my audience, so I said it several times. She made one to stay and one to go. We were an adult and child. Im wondering which of us she was hoping would stay.
Your best bet for value and service are the prepackaged ice creams in the freezer. Still expensive just a little less so.

They do not allow you to use a coupon for a cake purchase unless you print it. Not cool as email received says present your printed coupon OR coupon on your device.

We love to go here for our icecream cravings. My favorite is the Rum and Raisin. I buy a small tub at a time lol. So good and the owner is also very nice and helpful.

Most expensive Baskin Robbins in Montreal. Owner makes up the prices depending on the customers and is super rude.
