Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar

We were there recently and the 5 of us each had an outstanding meal. Chicken fingers, club sandwich, NY Strip, salmon and filet mignon. Generous portions, great service and delicious food. What more can you ask for in a night out? Will be back again!

Nous étions un groupe de 20 et le service fut excellent pas trop d attente et nous avions tous été servis en même temps! Nous avons pus apporter notre propre gâteau!

Good vibes, delicious food and great service. Came here with my family and we had a wonderful time. We ordered Big Devil Burgers sweet potatos and poutine the portions were good and tasty. Prices are reasonable and also there’s a free parking lot next to the restaurant.

Very little knowledge of what different types of meat and steak should taste and look like same for cooking standards. Sad. It used to be a good restaurant but I guess everything has an expiration date.

The food was excellent and the service was perfect. Was there a year ago, and our experience was not good. They have improved their menu and the quantity of food is much better.

If your looking for something that is in a good price range for a high en restaurant Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar is THE place to go. One of a kind experience, best food for the price I've head (Their ribeye is amazing and is super filling). It has become a staple to order and get food there for anyone that has tried this place for me. Over 20+ of my friends now only eat at Baton Rouge after trying it once that's how good the food is.

We were 19 people for my mom's 85 bday party and told we had 2 hrs to eat? I told the server sorry then no te for desserts and coffees then.ypur loss

I ordered the cod which is new on the menu and give it a five star. My man had the chicken with feta which I thought was gross. Tastes too acidic whereas I thought it went bad. The server wasn’t very enthusiastic. Kind of lame. Prices were expensive.

Very nice service, fast and helpful staff. Food tasts great especially those ribs.

First time to Baton Rouge. It was delicious, service was great, atmosphere very comfortable. Total thumbs up.

This location has the classic Baton Rouge feel, and I am glad that they did not renovate like other locations. Better flavors compared to other locations.

Plutôt bon mais très voir trop copieux, les assiettes sont quasiment pour deux personnes, les prix sont acceptables et c’est surtout l’un des rares restaurant de l’Ouest de Montréal qui est satisfaisant

We went as a group of 6 and received awful service from the waiter (s). There was a misunderstanding with the selected plate for one of us and we still accepted it to avoid being complicated. After mentioning the error, the waitress made it clear that the error was not on her part and the attitude afterwards drastically changed throughout the rest of our meal. Very unpleasant and we were all shocked. 350$+ bill and bad service. Needless to say we won’t be returning to that location again.

Great place good food, but acoustics are weird, I know it's an odd complaint but it was actually hard to hear each other talking ahah

Les plats étaient succulents. La qualité et la rapidité du service était excellente. Pour améliorer l'ambiance, serait-il possible d'attendre un peu entre le moment où l'on arrive et où il faut faire un choix pour le repas? J'ai à peine eu le temps de regarder le menu et de déterminer quelle bière j'allais boire avant que la serveuse ne me demande de choisir. Ça a été la même chose entre l'entrée et le repas principal. Bref, j'aurais apprécié prendre mon temps et savourer mon repas plutôt que de me sentir pressé par le temps.

It was busy for a Sunday which is usually a good sign. The fries were not fresh and they struggled to coordinate the food orders. My wife's burger looked old and was way overcooked. Bun was greasy etc. My steak was underdone. A classic sign they were struggling time wise. We won't be back at that price.

We were delighted with the service here! Dina the manager is outstanding. We arrived in Montreal from a week’s holiday down south and after picking up our car, we wanted to grab a quick takeout for our drive back home with our daughters. After having a bad experience at the Keg (4 minutes away from Baton Rouge), our order was promptly taken over the phone and once we arrived Dina went above and beyond to make our trip back as easy as possible. Thanks Dina and the rest of the staff that greeted us and came to see if we had been taken cared of. The food was also fresh and delicious!

La salle à manger est conviviale et chaleureuse. Le service est correct sans plus. La qualité de la nourriture est ok les assiettes étaient froides a l' arrivée de nos plats principaux et seulement 3 sûr huit avait leurs plats plus chaud.
Les légumes sont là grande déception de la soirée juste blanchis mais tellement dure qu' ont arrive pas a planté là fourchette dedans et avec un goût d'eau trop longtemps bouilli.
La viande et les sauces étaient bonnes.
Et les entrées également.
Pour le dessert le faible choix de la carte et le rappel du serveur que l'on a 2 h pour manger nous a persuadé de le prendre autre part

Lovely staff the santa fe chicken was excellent same for the steak good cut and perfect medium rare!

Good food. On this one occasion during Covid in January 2022, I waited a long time for my pick up order.
Returned in mid-March 2022 to dine in the restaurant. Great service, enjoyed the meal.
March 2023: another pickup order available 35 minutes later than requested. Food was good, but $95 for two, on takeout, is getting high.
