Une valeur sûre. Service courtois, local bien climatisé et ce n'est pas trop bruyant.

La serveuse n était vraiment pas fait pour ce restaurant.incompétente a 100%. La salade pas mangeable.service tellement lent.réservations prises à l avance pour un anniversaire et les places étaient dispersés.sa pris comme 1 heure avant d avoir nos cocktails.la serveuse n est pas compétente du tout.je m excuse pour ces commentaires mais c est la realite

L’assiette de morue noire sur céleri rave en purée était tout à fait sublime! Les saveurs m’ont resté en bouche longtemps. Le service est très bien, rapide, courtois et attentionné. Les banquettes pour 2 permettent une intimité pour un souper romantique. Ils ont des vins d’importation privée qui sont très bien, nous avons pris un Chianti, la bouteille est chère mais elle vaut le coût.

We were a party of eight eating Dinner at the Bâton Rouge last night. The food was excellent and our waiter Paul was exceptional. Thank you for a fabulous evening.

One of the best places to get a good meal in Gatineau / Hull! The food is amazing, the staff is courteous, fun and entertaining with everyone. Definitely 5/5! My favorite restaurant bar none.

For lunch we ordered RIBS & BLACK TIGER SHRIMP and that was fantastic, so tasty and well cooked.

It was the first time to try but the service disappointed us. The service staff just gave us the menu and then ignored us. They made us wait for almost an hour and had to leave. It made me have an unhappy Mother's Day.

So delicious. The waiter was awsome. Very busy, but he kept the pace. Live this place. Highly recommended.

J'ai quand même bien aimé. Cuisson était parfaite portion ne son pas les plus grosses malgré les plus gros prix. On dirait que les prix ont augmenté en même temps que les portions ont diminué. Me semble sa devrait être un ou l'autre. Une belle assiette de 43$ vide.
Une bonne chance que la nourriture est bonne et que les employés donne un excellent service.

Came for my anniversary with my fiancé. We were very happy! Service was great, and the food was amazing. The only thing is the price was definitely on the higher side!

Went there last Saturday on a date with my husband. We haven't had time to ourselves in over 6 months. To say that we were disappointed is not enough. The first drinks we ordered tasted like water, the second one was ok but still tasted bland (we ordered moscow mules) we ordered a calamari appetizer and that too was bland but especially mushy and just overall not great. When our main course arrived we received over cooked meet that was dry. My lobster tail was also over cooked, super chewy and I got 4 bites out of it at the end. My filet mignon was dry and my husband's too (we asked for medium rare). We loved the restaurant at first when it opened but as the years go by the quality drops. We waited long periods of time before our waitress would come by, we didn't have water when we sat down and it took forever to get our drinks. We spent 300$ on a dinner that sucked and that's probably the last time we will be going there

Food was good.
The included soup is nice but not entirely necessary and feels like a way to pad for the prices.
Service could have been more timely considering it was almost empty but the waiters were nice.

Good consistent place to order from. Interesting family options on the menu. Delivery is never as good as eating on the spot. Fries do not travel well but the overall meal is satisfying. The Louisiana Chicken Salad remains a favorite of mine.
