Ouvrir les lumières à 11h pour vider le restaurant au lieu d'avertir poliment que l'heure de fermeture approche, quel manque de savoir vivre. Après avoir dépensé 100$, je me serait attendu à mieux.

Toilettes sales. Même pas de savon à mains, ça fait peur sur ce qu'il peut y avoir en cuisine.

Excellent, bavette cuite à la perfection, chimichiri juste parfait, frites excellentes et service de Olivier super, vraiment un 5 étoiles bien mérité

Excellent. My husband is 71 years old and he said the Club Sandwich as the best he'd ever had.and he's had a lot over the years. He really enjoyed the fries and IPA too. I had the Atlantic Salmon with a white wine spriter, both were very good.

Fries are too salty but otherwise everything is great. Food, service and atmosphere on point.

Tried this baton rouge location for the first time and honestly, once is enough. To be fair, I haven't been to other locations since the pandemic so the observations here may be applicable throughout the franchises.

Overall food left a lot to be desired. Everything seemed to lack seasoning and quality. You can tell a lot of the product had been chosen in an effort to cut costs. Prices have increased (as they have everywhere else) but the lack of quality worsens the deal. Drinks were pretty good and service was actually top notch! Our waiter was very good and his service was efficient so at least there's that.

Truthfully though, you go for the food and if you're going to spend 140+ for two people you expect more. The menu has also shrunken to the bare minimum and so you've lost quality, you've lost options and you've increased prices.perhaps they too are suffering from being bought out by MTY and the recession but I won't be visiting again which is a shame because the location is convenient and inside it is quite nice.

Souper de retraite il avait moyen de monde donc le service etsit un peu ralenti. C'est ok des quon allais au comptoir service impeccable! Le risotto surf amd turf. Excellent! Les crevettes un peu seches mais le bœuf et risotto était parfait. Super soiree dans l'ensemble.

Accueil charmant, décor magnifique et service très courtois. Les plats principaux sont très généreux. Aucun problème pour le stationnement. Je recommande.

A ne plus aller déçu qualité des produits n'a plus les mêmes recettes. Pour les 3 repas extrêmement déçu les tendre poulet n est plus le riz réchauffer salade de choux fade dilué pas manger

Food was great. Always is. They make no mistakes. However, unfortunately service was very poor. I got my appetizers but didn’t have a dish to eat it in. By the time I got one my food was cold. Also, the place was extremely hot. I asked multiple times if they can do something, they didn’t. I had to leave because my son was burning up. No consolation offered. I asked if they can open the door so we get some wind, she said yes but never did it. Finally I asked someone else, they told me that’s the mall’s fault. We can’t do anything.
It sucks because I enjoy it there. We go often

C'était pour une soirée entre filles, on s'est bien amusée, bien mangé, les cocktails sans alcool étaient trop sucré à notre goût.
Personnel respectueux

On nous a accepté à peine avant la fermeture de la cuisine, la bouffe était bonne et le service aussi.
C’est vraiment à refaire

A very busy Wednesday night, we where seated quickly no reservations.
Hostess quick and efficient as our waiter.

Meal was great

Another visit at Baton Rouge.
Took a T- Bone steak, properly aged 40 days AAA Angus Beef, the meat was so tender and juicy, simply delicious, seasoning was excellent.

Excellent recommendations by my waiter Alex.

Comme apéritif j'ai commandé une Margarita. Je l'ai retournée car elle était trop salée et goûtait la saumure. Par la suite, nous avons commandé le saumon de l'Atlantique. Le saumon était trop cuit et la la patate au four goûtait l'eau et était servie sans beurre, les autres légumes étaient flasques et la présentation était très très ordinaire. Heureusement, nous avons été servis par Émilie. Elle était vraiment très gentille et toujours à notre écoute. C'est un modèle en matière de service à la clentèle. Bravo!

Service was great.food.not so great. They have been going downhill for years. Was really hoping that they could redeem themselves. Not impressed. Emilie was great though.

Ordered and highly recommended their salmon tartar, lotus bowl, BBQ ribs, baked gratins and steak!
Great place for birthday dinner, too, and u get a slice of.

J'ai regretté d'avoir passé ma commande à ce restaurant présentation de la nourriture très médiocre, frites signature celles du mc donalds étaient meilleures. Bisque de homard immangeable tellement qu'elle était salée. Fini pour moi ce resto
