Service is great, buy the food isn't good at all. We ordered the chicken tenders and a ceaser salad and they don't even use the proper ceaser dressing and the tenders are stale and cold. We've tried the seafood pasta that as well isn't good. Best baton rouge is in saint jean!

I order it all the time and I will say that for the most part the food is super good. The only thing is when I get it on week days (Mon-Thu) it's not as good in my experience (not as fresh, not as well cooked). Otherwise on weekends it's just amazing

Except for the ribs, the food was ordinary. Lighting is so bad that we all had to pull out our phone flashlights to read the menu. Waiter was speaking in a low voice, we could hardly hear what he was saying. Would not go back.

Back for the ribs and fries. No wait, quick efficient service, food came out in a very reasonable time, hot and tasty. Just to bad the restaurant does not have the specials of years gone by.

Service was spot on and waiter was friendly and did not rush us. All in all a very nice evening with the family!

The salad with tuna, nothing good, unfortunately, customer service is very good, somewhat expensive

Aucun goût! En plus les morceaux de saumon tellement défait qu'on aurait cru qu'ils avaient déjà été mâcher!
Je suis amateur de tartares, et j'en fait moi même, et celui ci c'est le pire que j'ai mangé!

Je fais une réservation 1 semaine à l'avançe par téléphone. L'hôtesse me dit que ce n'est pas nécessaire juste de me présenter. J'arrive la journée en question elle me dit que je dois finir de manger et quitter en 15 minutes car il y a une réservation après moi?

Food was okay, nothing too special. The lychee sangria was amazing. Good service despite finding a piece of plastic in my mash potatoes.

Service was good, food was good.
Would of been nice for manager to make an appearance. The waitress did a good job for the amount of people.

I came with my service dog and my dad today and it was wonderful. They offered my service dog water and were very kind to him. I have a celiac allergy and they went out of their way to give me gluten free cake during my dad’s birthday celebration. Sabrina and Robert were wonderful waiters!

The food was decent, though the service could have been better. The waitress wasn't the friendliest and even had attitude at certain points. One waitress started us off by taking our drink orders. Then second came. When we told her previous waitress had taken our order her response was "how am I supposed to know". Not exactly an appropriate answer. A simple "ok" would have sufficed.

Souper de fête mémorable! Les entrées de calmars excellents. Nous avons pris plusieurs plats. Les tartares de thon et de saumon étaient sublimes. Les frites étaient chaudes et croustillantes. L'assiette à deux étages avec différentes viandes, pomme de terre au four, légumes et riz étaient à point. La bavette de boeuf et la cuisson était parfaite. Les champignons en à-côtés étaient savoureux. Ce magnifique souper était bien arrosé avec de très bons vins. Une carte de vins bien remplie. Cette soirée fût mémorable grâce à Naomi, notre serveuse qui est professionnelle, hyper gentille, souriante. Je recommande ce restaurant haut la main. Nous reviendrons! Merci, Naomi!

Did take out. Only got half what I requested after telling it 5 times. Fortunately one a fry was missing.

Clean, dark, Keg like decor. Great staff, and their rack of rib special was pretty insane. Fall off the bone delicious. $19 for a full rack is a great deal. I pay $38 for this all day long in Ontario.

This used to be our favourite place to go and I don’t think we will go back after the experience we just had. For the amount of money we pay we expected a lot more and comparing to the past, the quality of the food and service greatly diminished. I simply don’t recommend this place anymore because it’s very unpredictable on quality since sometimes it’s good and other times it’s very bad.

Just came to BR today. What a disappoinment.

The ribs sauce was smoky but lacking some flavor.

The filet mignon was requested medium. It was sent back twice. The waiter was gracious enough to refund us the plate for having to bring it back twice.
The veggies are now cold.
Baked potato was still warm.

The bavette was ordered medium. Came back medium rare on the outside. Rare on the inside.

The tomato sauce for the pasta was bland. Strong tomato taste with no evolution.

This is more of a suggestion, when ordering pasta with shrimp, remove the tails. These shrimp were actually difficult to remove.

The pasta wasn't over or undercooked at least.

3 different bills. 3 different mistakes.

For 2 people it cost 100$.

I' will go to the Keg next time. This meal was not worth 100$ for 2 people.

Excellent repas, salade César est la meilleure que j’ai mangé, linguini crevettes sauce rosée excellente, côte levé et poulet parfait…

All is good, the place is very beautiful and nice inside. The portions are big especially the chicken salad. Ribs are the best.but.:) the only thing that could upgrade this place to full 5 stars is the french fries. Currently it's too thin and dry and not that tasty as it could be. When ordered online it's overcooked. The whole potato was also too dry and was not the best choice. It whould be better if cooked with butter and/or served with some mayo souce.

Wine glasses were FILTHY. Cole slaw was broccoli and dressing was disgusting. Fries were good. Ribs were small and overcooked. Crispy shrimps … don’t bother poor imitation of Asian style shrimps. Going to pick up a pizza on the way home. I am hungry. Never coming back.

My boyfriend and I came for a quick dinner for date night and the service was great! Viviane and Patrice were awesome thank you and we will be back!

Baton Rouge is always known for it’s food quality but this time we’re shocked! The quality is gone bad like all other restaurants after the pandemic. The calamari appetizer was few in the plate, my burger was burnt, even the famous chicken strips was dry! We left unsatisfied paying that much for this quality.

Le serveur qui te demande 6 fois si tout va bien, mais que ne reçois PAS les bons accompagnement. Et la bouffe PAS chaude. Assez ordinaire pour le prix.

What can I say? Absolutely the best place for ribs in all of Montréal, everything else on the menu is excellent along with the quality and service. The staff is always so polite and accommodating in whichever Baton Rouge you go to ️

Service etais corect, jai pris des ribs pour souper, je ses pas si il etais pas bonne mes jai ete vrement malade vomie etc, jai quand meme payer 200$ pour nautre souper je suis vrement pas impressionné,

Très beau restaurant et le personnel est très accueillant, pas trop fan du plat que j’ai pris mais mon copain a vraiment aimé le sien.notre daiquiri a la fraise était délicieux parcontre.un peu chers, mais je recommande:)

I ate dinner here today: our waiter was awful. Took 15 minutes for him to even say hi. The restaurant was dead but he seemed more interested in a larger group.
The restaurant was soooo incredibly hot today, they had all the windows and patio area open, felt like no ac. For some reason our table smelled like vomit. We were to shy to ask to move but we ate very quick My partner enjoyed the food however I did not. My fries were cold. I like Baton Rouge in ottawa. This one was not good at all. Food seemed old and very frozen…. I will not be returning

I was invited by my company and the quality and quantity of everything was good. I will go back to try more with my family I ordered chicken and it was very juicy and tasty.

I am not sure why I am always underwhelmed here. Prices seem high for mediocre food and meh atmosphere. Like a Keg rip off? As if the Keg was that spectacular?

Regardless I had the tuna tartar which was ok. Slightly flavorless. Sweet potato fries were good, but when are they not. Lol. A half portion came to about 50$ with a tea (let's not get into thats quality, but I shouldn't have gone there. I knew better).

Service was prompt. It was a birthday. A free dessert was nice. However no song or anything.:/

So I won't be returning. Change things up and try a non chain. Or at least a different one imo.

Service par Michelle, pro souriante et à l'écoute. Le languini aux fruits de mer est excellent. Terrasse super et ambiance relaxante! Arrosé d'un bon Cabernet Sauvignon!

I got lucky on a Friday evening when a group of us (10) decided last minute to stop by for a bite to eat and they managed to squeeze us into the terrace. I got the Baton Rouge burger and my wife tried the Hero burger. Very tasty, Dijon on the burger was just perfect and not too sweet. Service was prompt for a Friday night. Kids menu has lots of selection. Portion sizes are good, I didn't leave feeling hungry. Overall a very good experience.

Was a mediocre experience this time. Ribs were cold and chicken fingers weren’t crispy. I think it sat for awhile before being served.

Had reservation for my sons bday last night. Reservation for 20 people, very bad service, with the exemption of Laurence, she was really trying to remedy the situation. The waitress assisting Laurence never cleared the appetizers before placing the main meals. While eating our main meal she was walking around with Styrofoam boxes. After feeling so rushed to leave, she forgot to bring 2 people their bills, we had to ask the hostess to ask to bring her back. Finally, one person hada piece of plastic in their salad and she took the plate without an apology and charged him for it! She demonstrated poor lack of service. Once again, Laurence was amazing at trying to remedy the situation!

I had dinner there on a Friday night, Patrice was our waiter, and gave us the best service I had ever received in my life. Keep up the good work Patrice. And to top it off, the food was amazing

This was also my best experience I have had at any Baton Rouge I have tried.

It was very good our supper. My girlfriend was not happy because you have the half rack of ribs on the menu BUT you don't sell it anymore. The waitress said it's because of covid-19. It's hard to believe it. You should change the menu. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Louisiana salad which is supposed to be their signature salad, it's supposed to be a grilled chicken breast sliced in it. Well when I got it I literally moved the salad around to see where the chicken was and called over the waitress and showed her. She said let me bring it back to the kitchen (she even admitted that there was something wrong) she came back with it 5 minutes later and said that they doubled the amount of chicken at no extra cost. I've ordered this before and you would have a breast sliced on the top. I was extremely disappointed but as my girlfriend had her meal already I just ate it.
I don't think I will be ordering this in the future 20$
