Checked in late in the night. Check in was pretty easy and straightforward, staff were nice and professional, room was clean enough, location was near enough from Montreal Airport, and breakfast was on time and fairly good. I recommend for a brief stay during unexpected long layovers in Montreal, like I experienced.

My wife and I booked this hotel two months ago for a stay three weeks from now. I recieved an email saying my booking had been canceled per my request, which I had never requested. I emailed them back, which they never responded to. I called them and they said someone had booked the entire hotel so my booking had been canceled. It did not matter that I had planned in advance, they leave me just a few weeks before my trip.
If you want to actually stay at a hotel, do not book here.

Its not that expensive but still for us the the air conditioning was not working. It was too hot inside the room, it was a little bit uncomfortable for me. The breakfast which was included was not that great. The customer service assistant were not quiet friendly. Even though we complained about the issues they didn’t take any single action

Cet hotel ne doit meme pas avoir une seule etoile, j'ai vecu l'enfer un soir a cause de la chaleur extreme qui sort dans la chambre, malgré le AC je ne peux pas le laisser allumé toute la nuit, j'ai demandé la raison pourquoi la chamre est elle chause a ce point la malgré que dehors il fait 19 degré, ils ne veulent pas savoir et pas me donner la rasion, le lendemain le shift change je demande a une dame elle me dit que la chambre 130 est en haut du landry room, en tout cas un serivce pourri un personnel vraiment aucune formation, le pire c'est que je demande une brosse a dent la madame me dit de la payer a 2$, j'ai dans les hotels luxueux ne la charge pas, et vraiment c'est pas une brosse a dent de marque juste une brosse de depannage.en fin de compte ne reservez pas dans cet hotel, jetez y pas votre argent de la fenetre. Le petit dej vaut un gros 0,2 tranches de pain non taosté ave une confiture et beurre d'arachide et une pomme et meme le lait dans vert pas fermé, ni comme les laits dans la boite scellé au moins

This hotel is worse, I have lived various kind of hotel and places but it’s the worst experience I had. They just advertised something and act different after taking your money. They are cheaters and take money from your bank account without letting you know extra money. The staff is cheap, rude, dirty and cheaters place. No proper breakfast, no airport shuttle service, no cleaning and moreover take money from you as extra free money from your bank account without telling you. Unethical, unprofessional, cheaters!

My experience was horrible. This is probably the worst place for anyone to stay and I would not recommend it. The standard of this place should be higher as it is located close to the airport. The room I stayed in had no A/C and it got hot in the room. It was difficult to even open the window to get some fresh air.

I missed my flight in Montreal but wasn't my fault. I didn't have enough time to make the connection to Vancouver. I have to book a hotel on my own. When I called to book a hotel, I asked for a shutter from airport to hotel. The assist from “rooms.com” by Air Canada said that the hotel provides this service 24h, but I had to call them and ask for. When I called the hotel to book the transportation they said: we don't offer it!
I tried to figure out what happened, that's means I called the Air Canada service, the hotel, the Expedia and guess what? I have to take Uber on my own.
When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to talk to the manager, and the reception guy said that the manager was around and he'll come soon. He never showed up. I showed to reception guy the screenshot of their website, which said they clear offer shutters 24/7. The guy couldn't say anything. After that, I asked for food, and they had nothing to eat (a meal, I mean). The reception guy gave me his muffin and tea. Another concern is that the room had a fly or mosquito (I couldn't identify it), and I asked for an Off repellent! After a couple of minutes, I couldn't sleep because of the fly (or mosquito). I asked the reception guy to change the room. When I entered the room, I realized that it was new and better than the first one, and the surface was wood and not carpet; maybe that's the explanation for the flies. I just wonder why he gave a bad room before?

Définitivement la pire expérience dans un autels de toute ma vie, c’est dans un cartier industriel où personne a envie de ce retrouver et on ce demande si c’est vraiment un autel quand on arrive sur place, quand on est entré dans la chambre il y’avait des traces de brun sur les drap et oreiller accompagné de cheveux et poile un peu partout, le lit était dure comme de la roche et je n’est pas dormi de la nuit, bref c’est la dernière foi que je met les pieds dans cette chaîne d’autel, sa vaut vraiment la peine de payer plus cher pour passer une bonne nuit dans des conditions moin médiocre. Ps le service à la clientèle était correct

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I stayed for the three day mandatory quarantine and my experience consisted of very rude staff, the hotel rooms themselves were disgusting and dirty. The meals were horrible; uncooked and not fresh. Do not recommend at all.

Le séjour était ok si je peux dire!
Là où le bas blesse, C’est que j’ai eu un problème avec mon vol de retour, devais rentrer le 28 juin mais pas été possible de prendre le vol Panama Montréal!
Donc j’ai appeler pour modifier la réservation et on s’est entendu pour le retour pour le 4 Juillet!
Sauf que le 4 j’ai oublié d’appelé l’hôtel, avec tous les autres détails pour organiser mon retour, alors l’hôtel m’a chargé 1075$ pour un séjour de 2 personnes!
Je n’ai jamais utiliser ce séjour du 4 juillet, je suis arrivé finalement le 9 juillet très tôt le matin 3,00 et j’ai payé mon séjour à 890$ pour 1 1/2 journée!
Et finalement on refuse de me rembourser en totalité le séjour non utilisé!
On me rembourse 889$ sur 1075$ il s’agit carrément d’un vol et on utilise le COVID pour charge des frais inadmisibles!
Je ne recommanderez pas cet Hôtel et je n’y remettrai plus les pieds!

On a oublié de m'apporter le dîner un soir, et à plusieurs reprises de l'eau. Aucun service de nettoyage journalier il fallait appeler pour changer les serviettes. La salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée. Ils sont très long et lent dans le service. Inconfortable

Pire hôtel, je suis rester là pour la quarantaine et j’ai reçu juste 2 déjeuner dans les 10 jours que je suis resté. Ils ne veulent rien faire pour me redonner de l’argent. C’est le pire hôtel. Ne pas rester la. Réceptionniste très désagréable et rit lorsque je lui dit que j’ai eu seulement 2 déjeuner pendant les 10 jours.

Right from the beginning, my experience was terrible. There no preparations done in the room I was supposed to assign. In fact, they were offering me a dirty room. There was no lunch available on the day I checked in. I was told to order from Uber Eats. Even my coffee was given to me at the front desk to take by myself to the room instead of getting it delivered to my room in spite I was under quarantine. The staff was very rude. There was no coordination among the staff members. Everyone was telling me different answers to my queries. Each and every person had attitude problem. Internet connection was terrible. There is no lift in the hotel. No help was available to shift the luggage to my room on the first floor. No one picked up the call at the front desk when I called them from my room when I needed anything. So, I had to go downstairs to take my coffee and breakfast even during quarantine. The food was ok. Overall, I will never recommend anyone to book their stay in this hotel. Very very poor experience.

I personally would not recommend this hotel at all. The room servive was so rude and makes you feel unwelcomed. The food is sooo bad. The bed sheets are so dirty. I got here at 10: 30 pm and the gave me one bottle of water. And when I called the room service to ask for a charger adapter bcs I came from a country that has different plugs. She told me and I quote "no I can't help u I Can't have plugs for every client that comes its the first thing that u should buy before coming" and that's not the problem, it would've been okay if she said in a nice/ respectable way. She was so arrogant and rude. Which I definitely didn't like.

Bonjour, j'ai réservé une chambre au Baymont en juillet 2021 dans le cadre de la quarantaine obligatoire. Je trouve que le prix est raisonnable par rapport à la prestation, si on prend en compte l'offre démesurée sur le marché pour les hôtels de quarantaine. J'ai été agréablement surprise la chambre est très propre. Les repas chauds diner et souper sont bons et généreux. Franchement, je suis heureuse de mon choix. Le personnel est agréable et courtois. On voit bien que c'est une affaire de famille et je suis heureuse de les encourager. Bravo et merci à vous, je vous souhaite bon courage.

Je déconseille cet hôtel de 1075 dollars pour 3 jours, nourriture salée et trop poivrée. 2 petits savons pour 3 jours, on ne change pas les serviettes, dîner servir à 13h30 14h, souper 19h30 20 h, rien à boire à ce prix. Mauvais expérience

J ai passé 3 jours dans cet endroit dans le cadre de la quarantaine, certes le personnel était à l écoute mais la nourriture était immangeable au point que le dîner du 2eme jour à été oublié. Les chambres était assez propres mais pour moi il ne mérite à la limite qu une seule étoile.

Mon expérience est en lien avec le séjour de confinement Covid de retour de voyage.

1. Une navette devait venir nous chercher à l'aéroport, il y avait un numéro de téléphone où appeler pour la faire venir, personne n'a répondu à nos trois appels. On a eu les infos par le chauffeur de la navette d'un autre hôtel (qui a eu le temps de faire deux aller/retour avant l'arrivée de la nôtre
2. Les gens qui ont des allergies/restrictions alimentaire N'ALLEZ PAS à cet hôtel, vous ne mangerez pas (mon copain est venu me porter de la nourriture pour ne pas que je meurs de faim)
3. Les fenêtres des chambres ne donnent pas sur l'extérieur, mais sur le corridor/hall de l'hôtel, donc pas d'air frais et beaucoup de bruit
4. Lorsqu'on appel à l'accueil pour avoir du service, il n'y a souvent aucune réponse
5. Pas d'ascenseur, donc bonne chance avec vos valises dans les escaliers (Par contre à mon arrivée, le monsieur à l'accueil m'a aidé, mais j'ai dû demander)
6. Finalement, à mon départ, je n'ai pas pu prendre la navette (qui fait de toute manière des aller/retour entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel toute la journée) jusqu'à l'aéroport. Parce que l'hôtel n'est pas dans un endroit bien desservi par les transports en commun, prendre l'autobus à partir de l'aéroport aurait été plus pratique pour moi qui n'ai pas de voiture.
7. Au final, j'ai payé 900$ pour une nuit dans un «Motel» un peu étouffant, sans nourriture (ou presque) et sans vraiment de service.

Mauvais service, personnel désagréable et irrespectueux, si je pouvais donner un conseil ne venez pas dans cette hôtel. Le prix est trop élevé pour une si mauvaise qualité de nourriture et d’eau.ce sont des racistes, bref ne gaspillez pas votre argent pour ça.

This place doesn't even deserve 0.5.1) Airport pick up: I e-mailed them well in advance that I'll be arriving at _ hours and how will you pick me up? But they didn't even care to reply.
Then I tried to call them, after baggage collection, 6 times and finally the picked up my call and they told a shuttle will pick you up.
I was carrying 4 bags (total of 55kilos of weight) so I asked for a help in keeping those bags in the trunk and all they did is open the door of that trunk!? !

2) During Check in at the"government approved qurantine hotel":
The receptionist, she was one of the rudest women I've ever seen.
Always gave rude, angry and frustrated answers to anyone who called her for a query or something.

3) Service: Arrived, Paid, checked-in, now I was given a room key.
Room was on 1st floor and the staircases were too narrow, again I asked them to help me and the reply was "the room is on 1st floor, take a left and then a right you'll find it".
So didn't help me at all.

Managed to the room will all my luggage alone, took a quick tour of it,
Condition was horrible (stinking), bathroom was very dirty, towels were yellowish, AC worked for one day and then stopped working.

There was a coffee maker with some coffee and sugar but no water!

4) I arrived at the room at 3: 00 PM and asked for lunch, they replied the lunch time is over.
I said there's no water in the room, they replied " they'll give a bottle with lunch and dinner"
And they denied to give not only the lunch but also the tiny 500ml water bottle which comes with it.
I paid $4.5CAD for that 500ml water bottle as my throat was drying.

I slept at 5: 00 PM and didn't knew dinner would come at 7: 00 PM. Also wasn't told the timing of the meals.
Woke up at 1: 00 AM and saw nothing outside my room. Called them and they said we came and knocked the door, we don't keep food at your door step.

Next day I saw my breakfast at the door step!
Everyday same food, A curry and a giant dry bun. How can we even eat a bun with paneer.
The pasta were tasteless.
Never had such a terrible lunch and dinner.
Everyday same curry!

5) If you want to pay for anything (water/food) you'll have to come at the reception and pay it there, or else you are not allowed (Qurantine) ?

6) I observed only 2/3 people per shift handling the whole hotel.
Wasted $900 in this 3-days Qurantine for this freaking garbage hotel.

I'll not even stay there for free.

This hotel doesn't deserve to be approved by the government for qurantine.

Cet hôtel ne mérite même pas 1 étoile mais 0! La chambre était sale, il y avait des cheveux (pas les miens) dans le lit, sur les tables.
La nourriture, que dire? MEDIOCRE!
PAYER 900$ pour être aussi mal servi? Autant payer un peu plus et aller dans un autre hôtel

Dormir dans la rue 1000 fois meilleure que cet hôtel,
A part les 3 madames réceptionnistes les autres personnels sont tout le temps en colères,
Nourriture pas soufisante, pas de salade, pas de fruits, pas de dessert, en général tu meurs de faim,
Pas de service dans les chambres, pas de nettoyage, pas de changement ni serviette ni draps,
hotel trop cher pour rien presque 300$/nuit pour quarantaine obligatoire,
En résumé ma note est en bas de 0,

Hotel is really poor not book this hotel for your GAA quarantine pay 100 more and choose another hotel according to my experience they also charging for 2 dollar extra for a single water bottle. Break fast is like a patient is getting breakfast in the hospital. They are just making money over there.

I only booked this hotel for the mandatory quarantine as it was somewhat cheaper than others.
But don't make my mistake, Spend the extra money and go to a decent hotel.
First of all there was a used mask on the floor left by previous guest which is a health risk and it shows that they are not thorough with cleaning and sanitizing.
Second, The food is absolutely garbage and I ended up ordering with skip the dishes.
Third, No shuttle to the airport so you have to take a cab.
Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
This hotel doesn't care and they are just banking on the situation and making as much money as they can.

J'y au séjourné dans le cadre des 3 jours obligatoire pour les nouveaux arrivants. Les chambres sont correct mais aucune fenêtre sur l'extérieur, le premier repas du soir à été oublié, je n'ai pu mangé qu'à partir de minuit. Et les repas suivant était plus que limite en terme de qualité. Même si le personnel étaient aimable je déconseille d'y séjourner dans ces conditions.

Cost 907$ for 3 Nights, the lady at the desk didn't wear her mask and was having a cold. The food was fastfood ans the supper was served AT 9: 30 pm. The food in a hospital is better. The internet is bad. We have to log in every 45 minutes. Very bad when you have professionnals meetings online.

I just checked in due to Government instructions for travel Quarantine. As soon as I entered the room, got a shock of very low grade service. They charged me 888 $ and said we don't have even water in Fridge. Our elevator is out of order you need to take your heavy luggage through stairs. This room worth only 50$ which they are charging 300 per night. I would request Government to look into these kind of hotels, not taking care of their Customers.

They give you food that is less than $10! After paying over $1000 you can only have a bottle of Costco water if you ask for juice it's $2! The food is not their regular food from their kitchen. They give you different very cheap no taste food. You get better food in hospital. Shame on you!

If you are thinking of staying here for the mandatory quarantine, DON'T! It genuinely does not feel safe. You pay $900 for 3 nights (you only stay for 1) and it is supposed to include extra cleaning, security, food. The hotel room wasn't even clean, there were stains on the towels and sheets. No elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. No room service either. They give you one water bottle per meal and when i tried to get more they wouldn't answer their phone. It was also very cold in my room and they wouldn't turn on the heater. The food is absolute TRASH. This hotel is purely exploiting you, not sure how the government approved it. Spend the extra money somewhere else.

It is a very pricy hotel with very low services provided.
There is no difference than booking a room without a GCC Approval. The service is very bad, the elevator is not working, meals are very disgusting and they are not fresh. Internet keep disconnecting every 30 minutes.

I only stayed for around 18 hours in this hotel and they charged me for 3 full nights! They are scammers and they will be making tons of money from their customers without any reason.

Très mauvais service. L'eau du robinet n'est pas propre (ressemble a du lait) Je reçois deux repas sur trois pendant les trois nuits de quarantaine. L'entretien ménager est inexistant les poubelles sont pleines. La réceptionniste ne soucie même pas des clients. Imaginez payer 1000 dollars pour recevoir seulement deux repas (le petit déjeuner et le diner), Pour ce qui concerne ce dernier (le dîner) j'ai attendu une heure pour l'avoir et j'au du me déplacer jusqu'à la réception. Mes appels ne sont pas prix en considération.

If I could I would give this hotel not even ONE STAR they don’t deserve any at all, spent more then 900CADfor quarantine purposes they are literally taking advantage of the current situation.would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone barely got any meals that were worth of the money I paid for the room, food given at the hospital is way better then what they had given, the services is very very poor, asked for a water bottle they gave me a baby sized bottle asked if I could get another one and they ask me to pay 2CAD for it where did the 900CAD go!? If I paid that much why wasn’t the service equal to it!

For the 3 days quarantine, not worth the price. I found hair in my food twice, poor staff super overwhelmed. Very impressive in pictures but it's really different in person. The view from the room is scary, mainly if you're at the ground level, you are facing a very empty and scary looking parking lot, I felt observed.

The staff members where a bit rude and the guy said go throw the lady in her room in Punjabi. The room was so cold there was no heating and the breakfast was cold and there was nothing to drink. There was a wall plug and it didn't even work.
