Horrible Place To Apartment number 14 had people yelling at hours of the night thanks Vincent white!

Management discriminatory towards youth and racist. The building manager pesters me non stop based off of my youth and race, though I have been nothing but kind to them. I have been racially profiled by them. They only want certain people that fit their “profile” to be tenants in this building. I have been personally accused by the building manager of wrongdoing, banned from facilities, targeted for constant surveillance, and even locked out of the building entirely. All of this on no grounds. The management is an utter disgrace. If you are a minority, avoid this place at all costs they have no respect. Thank you very much for the warm welcome Bogie Preis, I appreciate your discriminatory and racist nature.

Bayside Lakeshore has been the best place I have ever rented. During my stay of 1.5 years the experience has been wonderful. The management team is exceptional. Bogie, Kathy & Rèmi were so friendly and kind at all times. The apartments are extremely clean and well maintained with a beautiful little garden. The location is absolutely amazing too, just by the lakeside. So many beautiful memories with my young son, watching so many sunsets. Will miss this place dearly. A big shout out to Alexandre and the team for keeping up such good work:)

In a very bad place, the administrator always cheats you and collects your deposit. When you move out, you will deduct your deposit with various excuses. Taking advantage of my ignorance of Montreal's laws, I was forced to pay three months' rent and a deposit of 1,850$ at a time. These are not in compliance with the law! It is really a bad place. They were all deducted, my God!

Nice location, nice building, management team leaves a lot to be desired. Responsiveness is less than ideal, especially during this Covid period. Facilities staff less than serious when it comes to basic Covid precautions-masking, distancing etc. Visitor parking problematic and policies inconsistently applied.
