Je recherchais une poussette qui était en rupture de stock dans une autre boutique. J’ai appelé pour savoir si elle était disponible. La vendeuse était agréable. Je suis allée la chercher le lendemain. La boutique est magnifique il y a beaucoup de choix.

Mauvais service. J’y ait été deux fois, le personnel n’est pas accueillant du tout, à peine s’ils disent bonjour. La boutique était vide les deux fois. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Mauvais service client. On nous a promis une barre pour convertir un lit de bébé, en ouvrant la boîte on se rend compte qu'elle est optionnel, nous avons payé le gros prix nous promettant cette barre. En plus que la commande est arrivée 3 mois en retard. Le propriétaire est arrogant et désagréable, c'est dommage. Après une petite recherche je me suis rendue compte que les meubles en exposition dans le magasins sont presque tous sur le site de Walmart. J'imagine c'est qu'ils ont la meme compagnie de fournisseur. MON CONSEIL aller voir les meubles que vous voulez, prenez en note le nom du meuble et cherchez sur le site de Walmart ou simplement sur internet. Personnellement j'ai trouvé le même lit de bébé à presque 100$ de moins sur Walmart. Ce magasin gonfle leur prix énormément, on peut trouver moins cher même chez mère Hélène. Si vous achetez demandez bien la politique retour, derrière leur "facture" il y a tellement de restrictions de retour, qu'il y a presque pas de marge de manoeuvre pour le consommateur. N'hésitez pas à contacter le service de protection du consommateur si vous sentez un abus. Dernière choses, je pense que les vendeuses travaillent sur la commission, car on nous dirigeait directement sur les articles les plus dispendieux. Soyez vraiment sûre avant d'acheter, car c'est presque impossible de se faire rembourser.

Excellent service! Personnel très serviable, un monsieur est sorti avec moi pour vérifier le siege de mon bébé s’il était bien installé (siège pas acheté chez eux) il a tout fixé avec de très précieux conseils. Merci

I recently purchased a stroller from peg perego and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this stroller. The service at bebe depot was amazing, the employees were very helpful and patient with me while shopping for all my baby needs. Absolutely awful experience. Once they take your money, you are on your own. Purchased a new Peg Perego car seat & stroller, gave them 1000$ and the car seat base was defective, never been used and they didn't even take the time to understand the issue. They dismissed us immediately. Baby is due any moment and no car seat thanks to them. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Beaucoup trop cher malheureusement. J'ai acheté un tire-lait à 450$ + taxe en spécial, normalement le prix affiché est 499$+ taxe alors que le prix réel sur amazon et d'autres magasins pour ce même produit est 360$+ taxe. Ça fait dure de voir que j'ai perdu tant d'argent. Je ne reviendrai plus.

Je magasine beaucoup pour mes enfants et chez bebe dépôt ils ont beaucoup d’articles de haute qualité que j’aime bien. Oui les prix peuvent sembler élevés mais ils ont qlq articles pour les budgets plus serré. Ils sont une belle équipe et vous aurez de l’aide du gentil jeune homme à l’entrepôt.

J'ai eu une belle expérience du service à la clientèle.un service tout inclus pour ainsi dire. J'ai acheté le siège auto et la poussette et je ne savais pas comment les monter, j'ai appelé et le gérant s'en ai chargé pour moi sans rechigner.:)

Personnel vraiment désagréable, des l’entrée au magasin, et surtout à la caisse. (Celle qui conseille les produits était la seule plutôt sympa).
On se fait presque réprimé pour demander s’ils acceptent pay pass, et leur dire qu’on a pas besoin de sac plastique.

Le nom « dépôt » pourrait faire croire que les prix sont plus bas qu’ailleurs mais ça n’a pas l’air d’être le cas.
Il manque du stock sur des produits clefs.

I'm very disappointed, We went there on saturday and told the manager that I live in the third floor, if the box for the chair was very heavy if We could shipped at home. She said it was 60$ for shipping, we decided to buy it and ask for help to my in father in law to bring it upstairs, so much trouble and today one day later, I see on their website that it was free shipping over 50$ not only she didn't mentione it, also when we asked to see the white one she said it was not on the website that she couln't show us.wich is false because I see that it is on the website.for real I'm very disappointed, for such a bad service if she knew that it was free shipping why she didn' t tell us especially during the pandemic that we don't want to bother people for help. Also the guy in the warehouse that said to my husband, when He asked for help to put the chair in the car "why I the driver doesn't help" and he said "it's my gilfriend" He answer: "women are stronger than man", my boyfriend had to specify him that I'm pregnant, like what a bad service.come on you work in the warehouse you can bring the box to the entry but you cannot help someone to pu the box in the car.like really? Especially knowing the the customers might be pregnant in that kind of store.reallly? Anyways We always try to by local, but somwtimes good bad service doesn't come with the price.it's the secon time I go there and the first time after 1h waiting for help we left because nobody could help us.now I see that even with help the people there don't care about the customers.

Really disappointing experience.
Too many issues with the payment- as they have an antiquated system. Depending on who you get on the phone- some staff were nice but some were outright ride and irresponsible.
They shipped my order incomplete, missing the most important item and when I called, they first denied it.then once they acknowledged the missing item they brushed off any responsibility. As though that’s not a big deal!
One staff even hung up on me when I asked for the updated shipping information.
Then they gave me the wrong shipping information.
Terrible terrible terrible. Slow, incompetent customer service, especially given the hefty prices!
I would NOT recommend this store.nor will I be purchasing from them ever again.

Bravo à l’équipe, ne changez rien. On peut sentir les tactiques de ventes, mais c’est normal.

Selon moi, vous n’en faites pas trop. On sent votre présence, votre regard, mais pas la pression de l’achat. Vous êtes connaisseurs et toujours là pour les questions.

Nous serons bientôt papas et avons dépensé déjà pas mal d’argent chez vous, sans compter en fait!

Mon seul truc serait d’un peu mieux harmoniser les sections ‘’chambre de bébé’’ pour donner le goût d’acheter en bloc. Enligner des bassinnettes, c’est bien, mais ca fait froid un peu. De petites lampes, décorations, accessoires. Les parents aiment visualiser l’achat, un peu comme les pièces IKEA.

C'est juste correct. Boutique jolie aux allures d'entrepôt. Il n'y a pas grand chose en stock, manque de banc d'auto pour bébé entre autre Ensuite il faut commandé pour des articles accessoires car il n'ont absolument RIEN en magasin.ordinaire de ce côté et puis vendeuse qui ne semble pas s'y connaître en marque.

Bon conseils de la part des employés, on offre un panier pour la coquille en arrivant super accueil. Beaucoup de choix.

On a acheté notre poussette ici et elle va encore très bien. Le personnel est très courtois et demeure présent quand on a des questions, sans s'imposer ni mettre de pression. Excellent service et beaucoup de choix. Les rabais valent vraiment le détour!

Bébé Dépot is my go to place to shop for my babys needs. The customer service is impeccable. The staff is professional, accommodating and attentive.

Mario, the owner of Bébé Dépot works with his heart and he ensures 100% customer satisfaction. A few weeks ago, I was experiencing trouble installing by old car seat in my new vehicle. I was pressed on time and being unable to figure out the steps on how to do it freaked me out!

Last year, I had purchased the car seat at Rose our Blue baby store but Bébé Dépot was the first place that came to my mind to help me with this crises because of the location of this store is 5 minutes away from my car dealership and the staff is reliable.

Upon my arrival, I offered to pay someone to help me setup the car seat that wasn't purchased from their store. Mario, came out of his office, he listened to my issue and told me that it's not a problem and it would be a pleasure for him to help me for free of cost! He installed my car seat like a pro even better then the staff member who installed it for me at Rose ou Blue baby store.

I'm so grateful to Mario for helping me out on that day.

We like a lot this store! First time we were there we met amazing staff Lilia and Tatiana. They were so professional, they gave us the best advices and we found everything we were looking for. They helped us choose the stroller and car seat and we were so satisfied with it. Few months later we received amazing gift from the store. We participated in a social media event and won! My husband and I were so surprised and so happy about it. So we went to pickup our gift, it was so beautiful and nicely decorated + we got a 10% discount on our future purchases.

Très mauvais service! Ils refusent de rembourser ni même échanger des produits défectueux. Suite à une plainte déposée au bureau d’enfants, avec un tel service, ils verront bientôt leur fermeture.

Ils n'ont jamais rien, toujours backorder a chaque foit que jai besoin de quelque chose, au point où mon conjoint leur a demandé si ils étaient en faillite. J'avais fait une liste pour mon babyshower, 75% des articles devaient etre commandés ou n'existaient simplement plus! J'y retourne plus, c'est hallucinant comment la gestion est mauvaise.

Received great service from several sales staff who was not pushy at all. Owner was nice for delivery arrangement. We shopped everywhere and bought our stroller there and reclining chair among other things because price was best in town. Very happy. We will go back and strongly recommand.

Love this store! They have a huge variety of baby accessories and everything you need! There is a Panamanian woman who works there who is so sweet and helpful! Some of the other staff are a bit pushy but other than that it’s one of my favourite places to shop for baby furniture and accessories!
