Nous attendons notre premier enfant et en préparation de la chambre du bébé nous faisions une grande recherche pour les lits et le meilleur rapport qualité prix pour nos achats. Heureusement que bebelelo existe. Dès notre première rencontre, Elias, propriétaire et conseiller à la vente, nous a mis en confiance et laisser le temps de regarder. Il était disponible pour tout nos questions et de plus, nous offrir plusieurs conseils.ce genre de service et accueil est très rare de nos jours. Nous sommes donc retourner peu de temps après et il y avait une belle promotion pour la chambre de bébé avec le matelas, couvre-matelas, la poussette et le siège d'auto. Nous retournerons très bientôt pour d'autres articles pour compléter les besoins nécessaires.

I order 5 laundry baskets from them they were very friendly with me at first I got upset and then was accused of swearing when I didn’t. They only gave me 2 out of the five I ordered so they reorder the 3 I was missing and ended up not getting them an got two of the ones I already had. I finally had enough and just asked for a refund of the one I was still missing and I still haven’t seen the refund. The stuff they have is great quality but it would be nice to actually get what you order. I won’t ever use them again

J'ai acheté une bassinette pour mon Bébé et j'ai été très déçue du suivi du service à la clientèle. J'ai aussi acheté un kit de conversion pour lit de transition et de lit double. Quand vient le temps de mettre la barrière pour le lit de transition, surprise! Il ne m'ont pas vendu la bonne chose! Ils ne l'avait pas alors ils m'ont remboursé. Un peu plus tard, vient le temps du lit double, 2e surprise! Il ne vendent pas le bon kit de conversion. On me dit de prépercer des trous dans la tête de lit pour y mettre la base de métal. Dans le livret de la bassi être c'est clairement indiqué que le kit de conversion doit avoir des lanières de bois. Le magasin ne le tient pas. J'essaie d'avoir un remboursement et aucune nouvelle. J'appelle et aucun retour, je leur écris et c'est la même chose. Le service après vente est exécrable. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais et ne le conseille à personne.

J'ai envoyé 2 emails pour faire le suivi de ma commande et il ne m'ont jamais répondu. J'ai aussi utilisé le messenger de leur site Web qui dit: poser nous des questions et nous allons vous répondre et aucun suivi.
Lorsque j'ai commandé, il était inscrit que les articles seraient livré entre la 3e et 5e semaines. Je veux confirmer que le tout sera bien envoyé cette semaine et je n'ai encore une fois aucun retour. J'ai vu plusieurs histoires où que certain articles étaient en rupture de stock et le magasin n'a fait aucun suivi, j'aimerais savoir si mes articles en font parti.

Bon service à l'achat. Toutefois le vendeur nous promet le démo et le donne à quelqu'un d'autre.nous devons maintenant chercher à remplacer les pièces ailleurs pour un prix plus élevé. S'ils n'ont pas les articles en stock ne comptez pas sur leur promesse en magasin. Aucune possibilité de nous dédomager pour le montant à débourser pour en acheter un autre.

Pire service à la clientèle que j’ai vu nous avons été sur place pendant 30 min et pas aucun employé n’est venu nous demander si nous avions besoin d’aide. Ensuite il n’y pas d’espace de stationnement j’ai rarement vu un manque de professionnalisme en vente. Quel manque de respect!

This company is a scam, they advertise products that they don’t have via 3rd party company (Walmart). Once they received your order they’ll call you and said the product is no longer in stock, then trying to sell me another product as if they are giving me discounts. After much back and forth they finally agree to refund. It has been 14 days (they claimed 3-5 business days) after they confirmed refund but the credits still didn’t show up in my account. I have emailed them of coz no response, even Walmart tried to chase for me still no response. What is more ridiculous is that they product is still on advertise on Walmart website though they said they don’t know when they will have the stock back. It’s a scam they took your money then trying to sell you another product and not refund to you (even they claimed they did)

Je voulais encourager une compagnie local de mon quartier pendant la pandémie quand c'était difficile pour les commerces et je me suis rendue compte que j'aurais dû encourager un grand magasin avec des protocoles qui se respectent un magasin qui offre un service après ventes.jai dépensé plus de 500$ dans ce magasin, on ma envoyé un article similaire qui se vend moins cher (un matelas) quand je les ai contacté il m'ont dis que celui que javais commandé était wn rupture de stock, donc si je ne me suis pas rendue compte personne ne m'aurait avertis, laissez moi vous dire que c'est TRÈS MALHONNÊTE.
Deuxieme chose, jai acheté un kit de poussette et siegede chez eux, depuis que jai la poussette, elle est défectueuse et a un problème dans la roue en avant, lorsque je les ai contacté ils n'ont même pas chercher à m'aider et m'ont dit de contacter directement le manufacturier.

Pour ma part, je ne refait plus affaire avec ce magasin deux situations qui m'ont prouvé que le service client est important et ce n'est sûrement pas chez eux que je ferais confiance la prochaine fois.

Actuellement j'aimerais acheter un siège auto qui est au même prix chez eux que chez canadian tire, cest plate mais je vais aller l'acheter chez canadian tire, au moins je serais sûre d'avoir un service apres ventre et surtout le bon produit.

We went baby shopping today and I really really found a nice place with nice smiles and good information about all baby items. All questions were answered, we got good prices and we ended our day satisfied:) we for sure want to come back to finish our baby shopping!

Buyer beware. They sell back ordered products and do not warn you it won’t come for months. Tried to order the car seat adapter for my stroller for my baby arriving within the month. No shipping notification so I contacted them only to be told it won’t come until end of July. Asked them to cancel my order multiple times and no response for weeks. Very shady business practises. Avoid at all costs. They are SCAMMERS.

You need to be careful from the company about return policy, they are awful never trust them.
Bought a stroller from them through Walmart. Did not work with me. They did not allow any return and they respond in a week or so. Such a waste of money to buy form them.

When I saw that Bebelelo had starter kits for a reasonable price I was already interested. I'm from Gatineau so I started communicating with Bebelelo via Messenger and the response was super fast. Me and my boyfriend decided to go down to Laval to check out Bebelelo and other baby stores not too far. We started shopping at Bebelelo and then proceeded to go check out other stores before making a final decision but we ended up at Bebelelo, you just get so much more items for such a good price. We had a good customer service from the beginning until our purchase. We are new parents to be so had a few questions, we appreciated that the owner and employee took the time to answer all our questions. We left there with a starter kit that includes 7 pieces (crib, mattress, dresser, swing, pack and play, car seat and stroller) and we also added a mattress protector and a nursing chair, all the items were in stock so we were able to bring everything with us back home. After a couple of weeks, we finally unboxed everything and we just love the whole kit. Good quality for a good price and good service. Thank you so much Bebelelo!

Je n'ai jamais été aussi mal servie! Commande qui n'est même pas encore envoyée après 3 semaines et déjà payée! Difficulté d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, ca prend plus qu'une journée! Pas encore de remboursement après 72 heures! On nous dit qu'on va nous rappeler et on ne nous rappelle jamais. Vraiment déçue. Première et dernière fois que je fais affaire avec eux!

Nous sommes allés la retourner en magasin et comme on s'est déplacé pour que ce soit plus rapide que la livraison, on nous a donné gratuitement la barrière de transition pour s'excuser de l'erreur. Ils ont débarqué et embarqué eux-mêmes la boite dans le camion. Bon service après-vente.

Terrible. The quality of the crib I got was scratched/cracked and scuffed in numerous places. The crib looked second hand. The wood is so soft that you can touch it with your finger nail and it scratches. There is also one spot where it doesn’t fit properly (almost like the material used is warped? That pinches if you put pressure). I contacted bebelelo multiple times. They responded at first asking for photos which I sent right away. I did not hear back. I sent more emails requesting to hear back and they never got back to me. I’ve now had the crib for 10 months. It’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made and I wish I would have went with Graco brand which was the first crib brand I bought.better quality and half the price. Of course I couldn’t afford to purchase two cribs because the company is so horrible to deal with and wouldn’t get back to me. Customer service was non existent and quality is also terrible. Do not buy from here! I’m writing the review now because I never usually write reviews and I’ve seen so many deals for their products with Black Friday here and I want to warn others. It’s not worth it. Even with the savings. Negative stars.

I bought a stroller 4 weeks ago. They said 10 days ago that my stroller is leaving for delivery. I am still waiting and the most important no tracking information, no communication at all from them. I called and they are very slow to get back. I will not recommend. There's better on line web site to buy stuff. I forced myself to buy from a local store but I was expecting a better service

I ordered a starter kit for around 1600$. Got delivered on time. Everything else was okay except the changing table and STROLLER. They didn't have same changing table so i agreed to take any other one. But changing table drawers do not hold anything. Very cheap material. I didn't care about the changing table but when i put my baby in stroller i feel so guilty for ending up with it without any research. It was my first baby. Stroller is too big. Doesnt move at all. I need second person to straighten the wheels. I have no money to purchase new one so i am stuck with it. I do not take my baby anywhere because of the stroller.

J'ai eu un peu peur d'accoucher sans mes choses pour bébé, avec les commentaires que je voyais dernièrement et le délai de 3-5 semaines qui a été dépassé (d'une semaine seulement finalement).
Mais au final, la veille de mon dead Line que je laissais on m'a appelé pour confirmer ma livraison deux jours plus tard. Il allait me manquer un parc qui était back order. Mais le suivi c'est fait avec charme et je devrais le recevoir sous peu.
Donc, à part la petite frousse tout était parfait. Surtout la dame qui appel pour les livraisons, toujours très gentille.

Plutôt déçu en ouvrant ma commande de voir que mon stock provient d'un Wal-Mart en Ontario. Vous avez commandé en ligne pour ensuite nous le revendre.

Encore un GROS merci à toute l’équipe de bebelelo pour nous avoir guidé dans l’achat du « kit de départ » et des autres produits pour notre bébé! Livraison très lente. Attendre 2 mois en se faisait dire qu’il est en chemin à chaque semaine. Quand on les appelle pour avoir des nouvelles de notre commande, on se fait niaiser. Publicité très mensongère, j’ai commandé un matelas box spring à 300$ et j’ai seulement reçu des planches de bois avec un drap. Ce n’est pas du tout ce que j’ai commandé. Très déçu et je ne recommande à personne.

Ordered an 8-piece nursery bundle through Walmart’s site. After the first attempt and them not “finding my order” even though I had an order number, I decided to try again but a different 8 piece set since the original one I wanted was now apparently sold out. After almost a month it was shipped directly through Bebelelo to my house due to Covid. I received 6 CORRECT pieces from the set I ordered. The crib and dresser were from a DIFFERENT set that I did NOT order and I never received what I ORIGINALLY paid for. I spent $1800 fricken dollars to not receive the correct order. Reached out to customer service and they were absolutely no help. Now that I’m due soon I don’t have time to reorder or send the wrong stuff back because I now NEED them and don’t have time to wait for new items. I don’t know how the order could have been messed up, clearly whoever was shipping or receiving orders were not paying attention. AND to top it off, everything shipped on different days AND I didn’t receive a packing slip to even double check it was correct so now I have no proof besides my order number. Very disappointed. Most likely will never order anything from this site again. Pay attention when shipping out orders. It’s not that hard.

Ma femme et moi sommes très content de nos achats chez bébélelo, a cause de covid on a eu quelques problèmes avec notre commande d’un kit de départ, mais on a eu un très bon deal en plus Ely nous a offert un beau cadeau pour nous satisfaire, le gars est très sympa et très à l’écoute, je recommande vivement ce magasin. On est très satisfait de notre achat chez eux.

Coming to bebelelo was always in the back of my mind.never a « got to go » kind of place, until I walked in and got to meet their staff. They are so energetic and kind! The positive energy that comes from them is so passionate you want to do business with them. I was shopping for my first pregnancy and I recommend you pregos to go visit this store! Prices are so reasonable and merchandise doesn’t end only with what they have in store, there’s a whole online boutique as well. I give this store 5/5 because customer satisfaction seemed to be their first priority, also because they genuinely demonstrated that they care about any and all who walk through their doors.
