La capacité et la qualité d'écoute et le professionnalisme d'une dame avec laquelle j'ai fait affaire au magasin Bell au mall plaza cote des neiges m'a juste trop impressionné, une personne comme on en trouve rarement malheureusement. Merci Mme pour tout le temps que vous m'avez accordé, exactement comme vous l'avez fait avec ma fille quelques mois auparavant, dont j'ai gardé un bon souvenir et c'est ce qui m'a permis de revenir dans ce magasin.

Super service, la fille était super gentille, j'avais un phone avec Fizz, c'etais long a transferer le num, l'agente etait super patiente elle a pris la peine d'attendre et appeler pour moi ca a pris au moins 1 hre pis elle a meme transferer tout mes photo dun phone a l'autre. Le plus beau service du monde je l’ai reçu au Bell Plaza côte-des-Neiges. J’avais un problème avec mon iPhone qui s’est éteint et ne voulait plus s’ouvrir. La personne a pris le temps d’appeler apple. J’ai laissé chez eux mon cellulaire pendant 24 heures pour tout régler et ainsi récupérer mes données très importantes pour mon travail que j’avais pensé avoir perdues.
