Fantastic and pleasant service from the manager and his team. Needed to join two accounts on one plan and activate another phone. Service was professional & effective. Team, especially manager, was patient, attentive to detail and took the time necessary. They fixed/cleaned my charging phone jack and even transferred all my contacts and pics from an old phone to my new one. Manager was extremely knowledgeable about phones and how the Bell system works. The next day Bell had not activated all features yet the Manager called immediately and resolved the issue. In short; Outstanding customer service!

Dimanche 28 novembre 2021 a midi, j'ai passé pour m'informer au propos les forfaits du vendredi fou, il y avait une fille qui n'était vraiment pas de tout professionnellle et rude. Je lui ai demandé par rapport a un forfait que mon cousin l'a eu hier samedi chez Bell au centre Rockland (A32 samsung), elle m'a répondu ici c'est pas la même chose, vas y à Rockland, puis est parti avec un autre monsieur qui était dans le magasin pour fumer dehors peut être, elle m'a laisse seul.j'ai jamais eu un mauvais service a la clientèle comme celui d'aujourd'hui, je ne recommande jamais cette place a ma famille et mes amis. Merci

Such a bad internet provider, they've installed a new one at my house and can't even run a page or video without bugging plus at the moment I step out of my house the internet is gone and it's not even in the basement
