Great customer service. The manager Luis took his time to explain everything. Didnt feel rushed or like a number.

Also watches another rep help a senior see with questions about apps on her phone. Very courteous and patient.

Pire service à la clientèle.ne s’occupe pas de leur propre modem et ce bien que propre employé ait dit de le déposer en magasin… horrible arrivé client

J’ai été très bien servie par Jonathan, un jeune homme souriant et patient qui a bien identifié mes besoins. J’ai apprécié également l’esprit d’équipe de ces employés.

There is usually only one person to answer, which takes a long time.and the last time I was in the store, I was poorly attended, Lionel was the one who served me, and he was not in the mood and patience, he spoke rudely to me, a person without education

Un agent en avant et un manager à l’arrière du magasin qui ne veut même pas aider une cliente d’entreprise à plusieurs lignes. Le pauvre agent est gêné de la situation et essayes de communiquer avec le manager. Celui-ci reste a l’arrière. Il ne veut pas meme pas garder une cliente au dessus de 15 lignes. Pas de problème un manager chez un concurrent prendra le temps de me servir.

I traded in my iphone for a new phone and the credit for my trade in was never applied, after 4 months of being told by the instore and online employees to wait I then had my service cut off. Upon contacting Bell for the 6-7th time they told me there was nothing they could do. Once my contract is over with Bell I will be going elsewhere I have genuinely never seen such unprofessionalism by admitting it was Bell's fault but yet they were unable to do anything.
