La dame qui m'a servit à été très bête et pourtant j'ai été très polie. J'ai senti que je derangais malheureusement.
Je suis déjà allé auparavant et j'avais reçu un bon service. Je ne sais pas si ça a changé ou juste tombé sur la mauvaise personne.

Today with Brahim was excellent could not ask for better service he always goes way beyond what is required you are lucky to have him as your employee. As for the rest of my story that has been going on since Nov 27/2022 I will be writting another letter directly to CEO thank you again Brahim.

The name of the store representative who was serving me is Nelli. She was a poor sales consultant and provided a terrible customer service experience. I was not at all satisfied with her knowledge and expertise, nor was she attentive to my needs. She made an unauthorized transaction without my consent and then was unable to reverse the transaction and give me back my original rate plan (I had to call Bell customer service and they rectified her error). She couldn't price match the rate plan in the store with the promotional offer on the Bell website and then berated me for coming into the store when I could get the same offer online. Moreover, she was very rude, hostile, and unprofessional. Overall, a terrible customer service experience with Nelli at store BC787 (Bell Les Promenades Gatineau).

Merci bcp à Mariette et son gérant sofiane, qui sont rester avec moi plus d1 heure après la fermeture du magasin, et qui m'ont donné un très bon prix pour tous mes services internet tv cell, je recommande fortement ce magasin merci pour tout

C'est n'a importe quoi! (Les experts de cellulaires Et incapables de régler un petit problème de connexion)! Sont également très Facal et nulles, je conseille de pas aller perdre votre précieux temps, comme ça été mon cas.
