The sales rep that worked with me (Sam) was the absolute best rep I have ever encountered at any phone provider! He took his time to find me the best deal possible and was extremely cordial and professional the whole time. I’ll recommend this Bell location and Sam to all of my friends! 1000/10

Kim went out of her way to stay in the store after 5 PM because I needed to change my modem on Super Bowl night after it suddenly died. My modem broke down at 4: 30 and after roughly 30 minutes on the phone with Bell they told me five days from now a technician will come to fix it, this was unacceptable. When I called the store at 4: 58 and told Kim I was 15 minutes away she said I’m about to leave but I will wait here for you no problem. She helped me very quickly, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you so much!

Our experience with Caroline at Bell was terrific. She moved a home phone number to a new mobile phone and was a pleasure to deal with. Merci Caroline

This is only a "franchise location" as was explained by one of the bell staff. This means that you will not get the same promotional plans or deals as you will if done online or through one of their "corporate locations" such as at Fairview. In my case, a promotional plan saved me $15 a month but I wanted my new phone immediately (didn't want to wait for shipping). So, all that to say I left today without a new phone.

Either way, the staff were helpful, polite and kind.

Good service today at Bell in Vaudreuil, Melissa and Joyce were both very helpful with the purchase of my phone and also my mothers.

As someone new to Quebec, i've heard a lot of horror stories about Bell. I think some of the press is earned, but after going into the Vaudreuil location, I can state that the customer service there, especially Mathieu, completely blew me away. Not only did I get all the services I wanted, I was not pressured into things I didn't need. Additionally, the rep went above and beyond to personalize my package and for a great price. If you are wondering if Bell has changed over the years the answer is found in Vaudreuil as a solid Yes and for the better.

J’ai obtenu un excellant prix sur le iPhone XR de Bell Mobilité; j’ai été bien conseillé par Kim Lajeunesse des Téléboutiques Vaudreuil-Dorion et bien soutenu par Caroline Fugère lorsque j’ai eu quelques difficultés avec Rogers, lors du transfert.

Une gang de voleur. Ils te vendent une garantie et n'explique pas que au bout de 2 ans tu doit absolument changer de téléphone pour garder la valeur payer sur ta prochaine garantie. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Cela fait 5 ans que je suis avec leur service et plus jamais je ferai affaire avec Bell. Je le déconseille fortement.

Bought a Iphone case, call later to return and the guy told me he cannot accept returns due to covit.
Couple of days later called and the girl told me the policy is for 14 days.

Even in these hard times I got the best services ever. This store understands customer service.

We purchased cell phones from Bell Vaudreuil. The salesman David was really great. He worked hard to give us the best service possible. Ask for him when you need a Bell product and avoid dealing with random client service reps on the phone.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kim at the Bell store in Vaudreuil. Went in there on Christmas Eve day to upgrade two phones for gifts and she was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything and never once made us feel like she was trying to upsell us. She listened attentively to what we needed and we left very satisfied! Excellent customer service by Kim.

I visited this store to get new phones for my wife and myself. We got a perfect support from Kim Lajeunesse. She was honest to suggest us the products most suitable to us with her own thoughts, and stayed late even after the store closed to help us complete the setups of the new phones. We visited again to ask her for some further help, but she was always kind and gave us perfect support. I strongly recommend this store and its staffs, especially Kim, to anyone who considers purchasing wireless products in this area.

I was greeted by Dave, who not only set up my internet plan, but helped me understand everything about my account and helped me get the best plan for my needs.

Terrible experience.

Honestly, it’s worth avoiding this place for another branch. They are overtop dishonest, tack on hidden fees, and don’t deliver what’s promised. They told me they would add extra data on my plan for free with my phone upgrade, once it didn’t appear on my app I called bell only to find out the Vaudreuil store didn’t have the authority to offer that and it’s not possible. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, this is a independent bell store and bell inc has no control over their terrible service here.

Go to a real Bell store or call in for better service.

*READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE*

This store is a franchise of Bell, they operate differently/separately from Bell which means that Bell cant help you when they screw you over. Here's my experience:

I upgraded my phone here, was offered a warranty plan via a third party company and was told it was my only option. Turns out it is a shady line of credit type account and is NOT the only option, it is a rip off. I had to return to the store 4 TIMES before they were able to get me out of this scam (they were very reluctant might I add). During this 4 day marathon someone left a terrible, all be it accurate, review. The manager called me to see if I had recruited someone to write the review. So just to be clear. This is my review.

Since the store operates independently from Bell, they were shady in the way they conducted themselves, and the overall experience wasn't good I decide to return the phone and deal directly with Bell. But you KNOW they wouldn't let that happen. All kinds of excuses were made as to why they couldn't take the phone back (which was a day and a half old) claiming there was a "hairline scratch" on the back, rendered the phone unsellable. This was of coarse BS.

Here is where the franchise aspect comes in; Bell Inc.was unable to help me with the warranty scam or the phone return since "the franchise stores operate independently". I have been with Bell for years, never had a problem and always felt like they were pretty fair, until this experience. I am truly disappointed in the lack of power Bell has over a store they technically own. What happened during my process should never happen and Bell should have the authority to step in and make things right when it's needed.

So, that being said, enter at your own risk but I would highly recommend dealing with Bell directly or find a brick and mortar store that is actually run by Bell. There are a few in the city including one at Fairview, I don't know what the experience is like over there but at least you'll actually be dealing with Bell, not salesmen operating under the Bell banner.

P. S.
They offered me a new screen protector product that is a liquid, applied once to the screen. I looked it up when i got home and it doesn't work (cost me $40). Don't trust your overpriced phone to be protected by this product, it's just more Snake Oil (no pun intended).

Went to this store to get an upgrade for my phone. Christopher served me and was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me pick out a phone that fit my needs and budget. He got me the best price he could, on top of giving me a few free gifts to go with my new phone! Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great, friendly service.

If you want to be tricked, bullied into contracts you don't understand, treated with absolutely no respect, and royally a screwed over then this is the place for you. Unbelievable how poor the service was here. Just so you know this is a franchise store, not the official Bell. Avoid this place and call Bell directly.

Please be careful because they will add warranty that you don't ask for it saying that its going tobe acredit but you will pay up front for it so there is no credit it's really a rip off

Bad service, long wait, got a new router got home and it was missing the documents for registering the router. Took another week before I could use it all because the person that did the exchange didn't know what to do. The person never registered the new router and didn't provide the credentials needed for the activation.
