Karis was awesome at helping my mom and I with our new phones today. What usually feels like an incredibly long process felt like a fun experience with his kind interactions and guiding us through the process. He’s the best!

Great service and helpful support from Gabrielle! She quickly opened our business account and recommended products we would need for our business. Best in-store experience by far. Will defintely go back and recommed to others.

I bought 2 phones for my daughters on Black Friday and the customer service provided by Maria Lizzi was excellent. The service my family received from Maria made up for the times Bell fell short. Her communication and interaction skills are what will attract new customers and keep existing customers. Her qualities is what Bell should be looking for as a Manager.

Il a put s'occuper de nous sans rien manquer ou oublié. Même sans ce tromper de langue. (l'autre client était anglophone) Et il nous a trouvé le téléphone mobile qui répondait a nos besoin dans cette situation et à même vérifier tous les téléphones dans notre dossier pour s'assurer qu'on avait toutes les promotions possible.
Il semble y avoir un bel esprit d'équipe dans ce magasin. Tout le monde s'aidait entre eux.

Amazing customer service from Mika. No pressure to sign up or buy anything than what I needed even when I said I was going to look at other providers before coming back.
He helped me set up my daughters first phone plan and got me a better plan at the same time. Gave us a great deal on some accessories too.

I went to Bell store at Fairview for some information regarding when I travel in the states or international. I was serve by Gabrielle. Good service, good answer and good attitude. I give her a 10.

I almost cancelled my Bell account but Gabrielle from Bell at Fairview was very helpfull and very friendly. She really knows her stuff and she sorted out my issues. Thank you very much!

We had a great experience in the store today and it was all because of Gabrielle. She understood my friend’s needs and came up with a solution that made sense. She was extremely accommodating and I realized why my friend speaks so highly of her. Even though I am not a Bell customer myself, Gabrielle made a believer out of me too and I know that I’ll definitely have to consider Bell next time my family’s or company’s mobile plans are up for review.

I went to the mall yesterday to shop for new home services. After shopping around Alessandro was the only sales representative that was able to understand my needs. The store manager Gabrielle was also there to make sure I get the service and a better price than what I got with the competitors.

I dropped into the Fairview Bell store to enquire about the steps to trade in my iPhone - I had THE BEST service from Mika, who was 'en formation' What an amazing young man, he looked you in the eye, shook my hand, was pleasant and very courteous and together we got all the information I needed. Gabrielle Elafer was his manager - if she had anything to do with hiring Mika (god, I hope I am spelling his name right) she has excellent judgement. Gabrielle also sat with us for a bit, and couldn't have been more encouraging to him - she didn't try to 'do everything' for him, she really taught him how to find information we needed.
I live downtown, this store is far from my home, but will now be my Bell home store - I have been a loyal Bell customer for decades, I will continue to be, and will follow this team around.
Now if only Apple could send them the product quickly.thanks Mika, thanks Gabrielle for a VERY, VERY pleasant experience!

I went to this location to upgrade my IPhone to the iPhone 13. I was greeted by Maria who took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. She was patient and answered all my questions clearly and honestly. She made my experience truly enjoyable. Would return to this location because of the service she provided.

I brought my 95 year old mother and younger sister to upgrade their iPhones and plans. We were greeted with the kindest and most professional knowledgeable young men who gave us outstanding service. Abdul, Robert and Ron were most attentive and patient explaining everything in detail and making sure to take the time so that their new iPhone pro 13 was fully set up, accessorized and up to date with the new plans. This was by far the Best, most pleasant, one stop shopping experience ever! Thank you Bell for such world class service!

I phoned Bell and was told that if I took a samsung Ultra phone is would cost about $68. Monthly. If i took the S 21 regular, I could take 3 Pjones and still pay less with the current plan that I have with mo changes to my plan. Just pay for the phone in 2 years. When I arrived at the Boutique, the whole contract was different, even calling Bell and speaking to them. The person apologized, but I shouldn't have been told on the phone what they could not offer. Not really the Boutique fault, but Bell did not honor what they said.

Sachant de facto qu'on paie trop cher et ce peu importe la compagnie, je trouve que j'ai eu un service impeccable à cette succursales. Ils prennent le temps de bien t'informer, et ils sont capable d'admettre qu'ils n'ont pas la réponse à ta question et vont même chercher la réponse au lieu de te dire n'importe quoi. J'ai enlevé une étoile, car j'aurais aimé profiter des offres pour les nouveaux clients, mais outre ça, chapeau!

Was help by Maria and Gabrielle to upgrade 5 lines. Maria was very patient with all the questions and explained everything to us. She help with transfering our info from the old phones to the new. Explained every detail of the next billing so we know exactly what to expect. Gabrielle came to help Maria to move things along a little faster. First off, I would like to pin point the kind, approachable, helpfull and genuine personality of Sosa, the representative that sat with my dad and I for easy three hours if not more. AMAZING service. After having issues with Videotron, Sosa did everything he could, used every resource available to him to not only match, but beat Videotrons offer, and getting us 4 new phones with the EXACT plans we want, even after the competitor tried a second time to win us back over, purely the customer support and personality provided by Sosa is what made us stay/switch with bell. His customer service skills are second to none, very honest and outgoing, it was an amazing experience compared to other providers in the mall (Videotron). I hope he receives receives the recognition he deserves. Thank again!

Just wanted to say that we received amazing service from Abdul yesterday at the Fairview Pointe Claire store. We had a rather complex issue and he was so patient with us and made the whole transaction much easier to complete. I only wish that more customer service reps had the same level of patience and understanding displayed by Abdul. He is a true asset to your team.

I was there yesterday! The staff member was very rude. He looked very aggressive and impolite. I am changing for another company with better customer service.
