Si je pouvais moins qu’ une étoile je l’aurais fait les personnels sont très limités la seule chose qu’ils sachent faire c’est te transférer ou te faire attendre les pannes avec bell c’est une fois par semaine.

Just switched from Rogers to Bell to try and save some money. I save $5 a month in the end after the sales rep said I would save $30 a month. Bell internet is garbage I have no reception around my house, Rogers is by FAR the better service provider, DO NOT SWITCH FROM ROGERS TO BELL you will be disappointed!

I've been struggling for one month to fix my bill and phone number. Bell is a disaster they just rob your money. Best solution to take you to the Small Claims Court. Worst customer service ever. I can't imagine how this company function. They just made you loose your time and money.

Worst service ever, they say it would take 2 hours for the service call, but always takes all day.the technicians are incompetent, I had to show them were to drill the hole and how to measure.por training. Bell has always cared for their pockets first, customer service last.

Who do i talk to about the vary poor customer service im a long-time customer with multiple bell products but in the last 4 years ive been through 7 receivers that malfunction and every time i call customer service they give me the run around and when i when i finally was getting somewere with the main customer service office they came up with a solution but then they stop calling me and i finally after 2 months got a hold of them again and they when back to not helping me again im at the end of my rope with this i like bell but without them fixing my receiver problem for the last 4 years i can't take it anymore with the bad customer service that has went way down hill im sending this to the bbb of canada im tired of dealing with the nonsense of bell paying for service that dont work and they dont want the help fix
