Horrible experience the pasta with meat sauce had no meat and the pizza was soggy. The waiters were very rude and slow. They should change there name because really is not a Bella Vita if you go there. I would liked to have given no stars but that option is not available

We visited the place for dinner and everything was delicious. We were a group of 5 and the server accommodated us in a beautiful table with old port view. The food was delicious, we had the homemade lasagna, napolitana and bolognese pasta, cesar salad. The sangria was great full of fruits. The server was so friendly and she speaks Spanish, we went with our parents from Costa Rica and they were delighted with the service. I definitely recommended this place for a nice dinner and great food.

Lasagna was frozen in the middle, burger was a frozen patty from Maxi and pizza was awful. You can't call this a restaurant. They're buying pre-made packaged foods and reheating it. Awful experience.

Delicious food.the minestrone, pizza and even cheese burger were delicious and perfectly prepared and the tirimisu was spectacular

Good was decent, great price for what you get. Not authentic Italian but still pretty good! The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

This place has a great location, good food, and okay service. The prices are fair for the food quality, but the server was a bit rude and not very friendly. The food was brought out quick so it was a good place to stop and get a bite, but if you’re looking for a nice meal I would walk down Rue Saint Paul and visit another restaurant.

Nice place, with excellent attention and very good food. I already eat the pizza and pasta Alfredo with chicken and I recommend it 100%

If It were possible To put 0 stars I would. The glasses we’re dirty we told the waiter and he didn’t apologize 3 times! The food was dry and WAY over prices for the quality of the food! It wasn’t good at all! McDonald is cheaper and tastier. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACES AT ALL! I DIDN’T ENJOY MY BIRTHDAY MEAL I WAS ABOUT TO PUKE

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The prices weren’t bad and the food was excellent. The waitress brought us free bread while we waited for our food and it was AMAZING.

I do think that the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. We sat by the window and there were spiders and dead bugs lying around on the windowsill. One of the waitresses also hovered over us while we paid, checking to see what we put in for a tip.

Other than those small issues, I think that this restaurant is great and I might return if I am in the area in the future.

J'ai commandé une poutine pour emporter. Le temps d'attente a été correct. Par contre, la serveuse qui m'a accueilli ne parle pas un mot de Français. Bravo! Il n'y a pas que des touristes dans le Vieux-Montréal, des gens y travaille aussi. J'ai été encore une fois insulté dans ma propre Ville. Au moins mon repas était excellent et encore bien chaud en arrivant au bureau.

Meal is not worth the price.
The Chicken salad is advertised as chicken but in fact you will be served a chicken burguer sliced on top of your salad.

Host was fairly obnoxious smoking in front of diners and saying he could do what he wanted because he owned the place.

We ordered garlic bread with cheese when it came out 20 min later it was 4 burnt pieces which it was 2 breads cut in half. We order chicken noodle soup excited to have authentic soup but I'm 110% sure they served us a 88c can of Campbell's chicken noodle for $5.50! The servers hair was in our drink and she didn't want to admit it was her blond hair when our table was all black hair! And the owner is money hungry he just walks around trying to cash everyone out quickly. Just go somewhere else!

Went in there to eat some poutine, it was okay. For the price it was below average. The main reason for the one star is the waiter was very disrespectful, while paying the bill he was hovering over me and when I was tipping he asked for more tip. I have been to a lot of restaurants and this had the worst waiter. The washrooms were not even clean, it was a very dirty place. I would not reccomend going there, there are other restaurants and this one does not offer anything special.

Ordered poutine and it was okay for its price.
What got this as a one star review was the waiter was demanding the tip he wanted. He was hovering over my friend who was paying and making sure the tip is what he wants. Go find another place, this is just a mediocre restaurant with a very dirty bathroom.

It's now called something else "PARADISO", but horrible service. Very small portion of pasta and it came to$20. He didnt ask me which kind of pasta I wanted, until I went back to confirm which pasta as I heard him say spaghetti, just to find that there were 3 options, which we werent offered beforehand.

Water had something floating in it.

Another girl who cleared the tables offered us bread, whereas it was the waiters job to do so.

Waiter took off with my credit card as he had entered wrong amount on receipt.

Came back with correct amount and no credit card.then went back to get my card.

I didnt feel like tipping him so i didnt. But first he told my friend that tips should be 15%, and then he told me that as well.but I'm sorry, if I dont like the service, I do not tip. Especially after he walked away with my credit card!
