Very welcoming company, provides you with all your industrial, commercial concrete forming needs. Great place to work. And they are always hiring:)

I have never had an employer be so rude to. I had recently started working for them and I had fallen ill for 3 days, missed one day due to rain and had to take anothet off for a meeting I had scheduled.
I apologized to my employer telling him I would be in the following day, he responded with "No we do not need you anymore as you've absent too much. ". Sure I get that, so I take the high road and Apologized for all this just having bad timming.
This man then proceeds to say "We've had to replace you everyday as we have a lot of work to do and the peraon that replaced you is here every day, sorry bad timming. "
Now here are the two things I have aproblem with this. 1) I have never had employer be so rude to me due to me being ill and having prior engagements, 2) I know for a fact that they did not have anyone to replace as I was in talks with the other employee I worked with.
This makes me sad to say but, working for Bellai is like working for 90% of construction companies, it's all high school drama and they expect you to be there even when you are sick or have important engagements you've been waiting. I do not recommend working for this company as long as you're an actual human being with priorities.
