Meilleur petit déjeuner à Brossard de loin. Un peu plus cher mais ça en vaut tellement la peine. Excellent menu, service et qualité.

We went to this restaurant for Father’s day with 2 kids and service was excellent. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful even with a full house. It looks like the dining room was recently renovated, the new decor is nice and modern. As for food it’s the typical brunch options. Portions were generous.

Premièrement j ai choisi un plat avec de l avocat, il ne l a pas mis je l ai dit à la serveuse, elle a eu petit étonnement, aucun remboursement aucune excuse, le plat était gras difficile la digestion

This place is great for Breakfast, very clean since the remodeling, the owner is often on site and runs the place well.

My family and I visit this restaurant often and we always have such a pleasant experience. Even on days it is very busy, the staff is always super kind and doing the best they can. The last two times I went, I had a server named Kathy and she was fantastic. She was very kind, fast, and genuinely a pleasant person. All the staff is very good at their jobs and kind to the clients.

So delicious food, the waitress was so nice and kind and the service was fast. I recommend it so hard you’ll feel welcomed there ️ can’t wait to go eat there again!

Tasty food and good portions. I removed one star because some items were missing from the table. We only had cream, no milk. The plate came with no apple sauce. When I asked about it, the waitress said they are on back order. I didn't mind but I would have preferred if they told us while ordering. Also, other breakfast restaurants have maple syrup, jam and peanut butter on the table. This place didn't have those.

J'adore vos confitures je les achetait au marché Métro ou IGA depuis quelques temps on en trouve nul part aurai t'il un problème j'espère que vous ne fermé pas définitivement.

Ouf depuis un bout je n’avais pas commandé la bas! La quantité et la qualité a vraiment diminué! A part la banane les fruits étaient immangeable Tk je raye se resto pour mes prochaines commandes!

Accueil impeccable. Le resto fermait à 3 h. Avant de me rendre j’ai vérifié et tout était ok. J’arrive sur place très bien accueilli on se souvenait de mon appel. L’hôte, le serveur tous chaleureux content d’avoir des clients de dernière minute. La poêlée de légumes chaude impeccable Simon au service

Qualité prix extra. Tout avait beaucoup de goût. Le service vraiment impeccable, pas de rush, venait voir souvent pour voir si nous avions besoins de qqch. Vraiment très satisfaite.

Kind of disappointed that this restaurant is located in a very diversified location and they do not offer any alternatives to bacon and sausages. I wanted a combo and asked to replace and they couldn’t do it. She offered me another dish on the menu which doesn’t come with the sausages but I would need to pay an extra to get the garnered french toast which comes off to be more expensive? Why would you offer me something that would cost me more? The potatos are bomb tho. Wouldve expected a better service. Didnt even offer to give me more breakfast potatoes.

Il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas eu une belle expérience déjeuner! La nourriture était excellente, les portions généreuses. Malgré l'aire ouverte, ce n'est pas trop bruyant. Et que dire du service de Karolane! Exceptionnel! Très attentionnée, ne brusque pas les clients malgré la file d'attente. Je vais très certainement renouveler l'expérience. Un gros merci!

Bonjour, je vais être un peu désobligeant dans le commentaire qui suis, J'ai eu affaire de L'INCOMPÉTENCE terrible, le commis du resto Taschereau au téléphone ma dit qu'il ne prenait pas de réservation et que fallait faire la file pour aller en salle, il n'était alors que 8: 30am, je suis donc partie attendre en ligne a ce resto Taschereau, 20 min passe et on attend jusqu’à plusieurs groupes nous passent dans la figure en disant qu'ils ont une réservation, Je suis devenue très en colère car j'ai rappelé au même resto Taschereau et là tout était différent, il prennent des réservations.je pense que L'INCOMPÉTENCE de se resto après une pandémie va lui faire du tord et je vais m'en assurer en donnant des avis sur se dernier.

J'adore le Ben & Florentine par sa variété du menu. De plus, notre serveur d'aujourd'hui était très attentionné et sympathique! Je recommande cet endroit!

LA Meilleure place pour bruncher en couple, entre ami.e. S ou en famille!
Menu varié avec beaaaucoup de choix, pour tous les goûts, portions généreuses, service impeccable et employés sympathiques et efficaces!

Leur sauce hollandaise est ma préférée de toutes celles que j'ai goûtées! Et leurs patates maisons sont juste parfaites!

Pendant nos 5 années passées à Brossard, on y était presqu'à chaque fin de semaine (même en take-out pendant la Covid)!

On va y retourner dès qu'on sera dans le coin!

The staff is very friendly, and efficient. The food is very well presented and very tasty.
Spacing between tables ensured proper distancing. Staff is doing a good job of cleaning surfaces regularly during my time at the restaurant to conform to the pandemic protocols.

Habituellement bon mais dernière commande avec fruit pas frais. Oeuf pas cuit. Patate dure. Dernierre fois je commende a cette établissement!

Plat pour emporter avec bon service et toujours assez chaud. Sauf peu être le café. Un peu trop fort.

I had not been to B&F in almost a year because of the pandemic I was really missing my favorite breakfast place, so I decided to order online. I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes and my wife had eggs benedict. It was delivered to my door by Door Dash in less than 30 minutes and was just as good as dining in the restaurant! Thanks to all at B&F and I will be ordering again very soon.

Everything was delicious and cooked as requested. Friendly staff, good service We went early for Sunday brunch and didn't have any problem having a seat. By 11.00 there was already a long queue outside.

Potatoes were old.
Asked the waitress to change them.
She took the whole plate and we had to wait another 10 15 minutes.
Absolutely ridiculous.

L’étoile est pour le TRÈS mauvais service. Personne n’est venu nous voir en 20min et les assiettes ont pris une heure avant d’arriver. Inacceptable. Les gens arrivés 30 min après nous ont mangé leurs assiettes et les nôtres n’étaient même pas arrivées

J'aime l'idée de la business, mais il n'y a rien de meilleur qu'un bon bol de Coaticook, à mon avis.

I have always seen the restaurant and heard their commercials on the radio and seen them on television but have never tried it. One day I stumbled upon a photo on Instagram that made me want to try their healthy options.

The place is always packed, you can call before to make sure there is a place because I don't think they take reservations. The plates are VERY affordable and fill you up.

I have tried the Duo-Santé option and the smoothie bowl is absolutely delicious. Just wished the portion was a little bit bigger for the cheese and the smoothie. I have also tried their Combo crêpe pommes and it was truly delicious as well, just felt like the eggs might've been old.

The service is quick and the waiters are very helpful. They also offer almond milk and soy milk if you would like that with your coffee.

The waiter was so nice and professional. Didn't ask for his name but he was great! Great food, affordable price. They even give a bottle to the kids so they can bring it home

I entered, got seated and then ordered. Five minutes later a "regular" entered and ordered. The waitress went to kitchen, said something to chef and two minutes later the "regular" had his breakfast. WTF? It was the same thing I ordered. So I left. Great way to handle business. Won't be back. Keep your favorites happy at the expense of a longtime customer of B&F. Went to Cora down the road and had an excellent service and breakfast.

It’s a heat wave outside and we’re starving so when get inside seems a little warm so we ask the waitress if there’s A/C and she says yes but it’s having a hard keeping up. So we sit down and order. We had Quesadillas and a breakfast skillet - the food was excellent and it the only reason we stayed in the restaurant, in fact I forgot to take my pics right away and I was so hungry - the bathrooms were ok, fairly clean!
But after when we asked our waitress about the A/C she said it always has a hard time keeping when it get really hot outside.so! She said it’s like a freezer first thing in the morning but it doesn’t stay that way very long when it’s hot outside! Too bad, I’ll remember not to get here when it’s hot, doesn’t make sense for a restaurant to not have proper A/C in this climate!

I went there when it was super busy but my waitress still took her time to serve me. I had an amazing service and the waitress even came to check if we needed anything else even though she had a lot of tables to serve.
Also, I love that this place has healthy options too! The Healthy Wrap is just amazing, i get that eveytime and still not tired of it!

Nice breakfast chain restaurants. Can be quite busy during brunch time so be ready to wait 20-30 minutes. Service is good and staff are nice.

Très très bon! On s'est régalés! Les assiettes sont copieuses mais pas lourdes sur l'estomac. Les prix sont raisonnables et le restaurant est propre et bien disposé.

Bons petits-déjeuners auxquels nous a habitué cette chaîne de restaurants. Rien d'élaboré mais bonne cuisson. Portion énorme de croquettes de pommes de terre épicées mais le bacon se fait plus rare. Pommes caramelisées ajoutées à plusieurs plats sur le nouveau menu: dures et n'ajoutant rien au goût. Service très attentionné. Dans la moyenne pour ce type de restaurants.

We often visit this restaurant for brunch and have yet to have a bad experience! The service is great, although when it is very busy on the weekend, it can take a while to flag down your server or get a coffee refill. The kids menu is great, and the kids always get a little plastic B&F cup to take home with them. Large portions, reasonable prices and many different options. Perfect spot for a brunch or lunch!

Service need to improve, washroom is disgusting, 30min + to receive your food.first time and last time.

Je suis allé là avec ma famile pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma soeur. La bouffe était bonne, mais ce qui m'a deçu, c'est ma soeur qui PARLAIT EN ANGLAIS AVEC SES AUTRES AMI (E) S. ON EST AU QUÉBEC SIMONAQUE, UN PEU DE RESPECT SUR LA LANGUE S'IL VOUS PLAIT.

Nice breakfast spot, casseroles are unique and quite tasty! Service is always friendly every time I have went. Bathrooms are kept clean, kid friendly environnement, came with my 12 month old son, was offered a nice quiet spot with high chair, the waitress even came back with extra napkins knowing that it might be highly needed! She also anticipated his quick to tout everything fingers. Highly recommend! And very well situated.
